Words of wisdom from Doonesbury creator Garry Trudeau.

This might be the most accurate description of Donald Trump that I have ever read.

I heard somebody else describe Trump as a comic book villain come to life, and I thought that was pretty spot on as well.

The problem of course is that we have to deal with this idiot in the real world, and cannot simply close up a book or fold up our newspapers and ignore him.

Stephen Colbert does that cartoon Donald spot on. He also does one now of Hillary. Fun aside. Donald is a real life villain. Nothing funny about him. He is our nightmares about to come true.

No kidding. Start dealing in cash. Hide away cash. If don is elected there goes the economy. We can stip it by not voting trump.

Except when the Donald destroys our democracy the federal reserve will go down as well and cash will be worthless. Better start buying gold coins instead.

Doonesbury has always been spot on with it's political satire.

Trudeau's skewer of Trump is spot on every time.

    He's doing his part.

Donald Trump stepped directly into my nightmares. Nothing comic book about him.

Trump is getting to Hillary's left on so-called trade, and now he's discussing a student debt plan to soon come out? It would seem like President Obama could nix TPP and Clinton could take up Jill Stein's Student Debt Cancellation, perhaps a few other items, and they could win in a landslide. So what is stopping them? What are they willing to risk Trump over, and for whom? And they say that the Bernie supporters don't understand the gravity of this election!? At least working folks are weighing the risk against their getting screwed by the Dems for the last 30+ years. The establishment Dems are weighing the risk of Trump against (apparently) their favors for the corporate donor/investor class. It looks like 2000 all over again -- the arrogance, the smugness, the deafness, the unwillingness to betray the so-called elites and their agenda, yet easy betrayal of working folks, and a frightening willingness to risk it all with their refusal to be a party of the people. It's like the potential landslide victory isn't worth it to them or something!?
