Breitbart releases it's own Trump friendly poll designed to combat the bad news from regular polls. They also find Trump losing by a huge margin.

Courtesy of Salon:

Right-wing website and top Trump booster Breitbart News released its own poll Sunday, the first for the conservative site.

“It’s an open secret that polls are often manipulated and spun to create momentum for a particular candidate or issue,” Alex Marlow, the editor-in-chief of Breitbart News, said in a statement announcing the poll. “Breitbart News Network’s first national poll marks the start of a major initiative to give our readers an accurate assessment on where the American people stand on the key topics and people of the day — without the mainstream media filter.”

Sounds like a great idea to help fight that "liberal bias" right?

Nope.

But despite their efforts to develop a more Trump friendly survey, according to Breitbart’s poll, Clinton is leading a four-way contest with 42 percent of the vote to Trump’s 37 percent. Libertarian Gary Johnson earned 9 percent of the vote, while the Green Party’s Jill Stein received 3 percent.

“In this environment, too many ambitious Republicans are willing to take their chances in 2020 against Hillary Clinton, instead of waiting out eight years of Donald Trump,” Doug Kaplan, the managing partner of Gravis Marketing, said to explain away Trump’s lacking numbers. “Former rivals, who should be working to secure his base for him are stirring it up instead, forcing Trump to defend his own base, while reaching outside his base,” he said.

Trump’s losing position in Breitbart’s poll comes with some of the most favorable conditions found in any poll for the controversial Republican candidate.

So even when they massage the data to give Trump the best possible outcome, it STILL shows him getting his ass kicked?

Okay, well that's just damn funny.

And back in the reality based world things look even worse.

Courtesy of the Washington Post:

The new poll’s toplines are alarming enough for Republicans: They show that Hillary Clinton is beating Trump by 56-20 among voters under 35. By contrast, according to exit polls, John McCain won 32 percent of voters aged 18-30 in 2008 and Mitt Romney won 36 percent of them in 2012, though this is an imperfect comparison of age groups.

Here’s what this all means, per the USA Today article accompanying the poll:

The findings have implications for politics long past the November election. If the trend continues, the Democratic Party will have scored double-digit victories among younger voters in three consecutive elections, the first time that has happened since such data became readily available in 1952. That could shape the political affiliations of the largest generation in American history for years to follow.

And here is what the new poll finds in terms of which party young voters are now identifying with:

In the new survey, half of those under 35 say they identify with or lean toward the Democrats; just 20% identify with or lean toward the Republicans. Seventeen percent are independents, and another 12% either identify with another party or don’t know.

In other words only 1 in 5 of tomorrow's voting population identify themselves as Republicans.

That is extremely bad news for the GOP.

Good news for the future of the country sure, but bad news for the GOP.

Trump whacked by another damaging poll

The Republican nominee's backslide shows no sign of easing.

The blows just keep coming for Donald Trump. The Republican nominee was hit by a new poll on Tuesday that showed him badly lagging in the crucial swing state of Virginia, underscoring the backslide that Trump’s campaign can’t seem to stop.

The Washington Post poll found Hillary Clinton leading Trump by a whopping 14 points among registered voters, 52 percent to 38 percent, in the state, and by eight points among likely voters, 51 percent to 43 percent.

While Trump has been a volatile candidate throughout his presidential campaign, the string of self-inflicted controversies since the conventions have presented a stark reality — Clinton appears to be breaking away.

The evidence is in the numbers.

Voting for Trump through gritted teeth

Even red-state Republicans in the Electoral College are uncomfortable with the man they’ll have to support.

Peter Greathouse, a Republican from Utah, says he’s not “comfortable” with Donald Trump as his party’s nominee. Jane Lynch, a GOP veteran from Arizona, says she’ll likely cast her personal vote for libertarian Gary Johnson or a write-in candidate. Loren Byers, a Texas Republican, calls Trump “a loose cannon.”

Their critiques rank as mild in this polarized election year – until you consider who they are. All three are members of the Electoral College, and if Trump wins their states in November, they’ll be asked to cast the formal ballots that could make him president.

I love how the Republicans are manufacturing excuses.

Like they'd rather run against Hillary in 2020 than wait 8 years for the end of a Trump presidency. They're assuming the asshat would be re-elected? That he wouldn't be a one term disaster?

That there will even be another election after Chancellor Trump takes over Amerika?

It’s one of the most uncomfortable and important jobs in Democratic politics: trying to embarrass the woman who could be the next president.

The person picked to be Hillary Clinton's sparring partner in her upcoming debate prep sessions is expected to confront her about the death of Vincent Foster, label her as a rapist's enabler, and invoke the personally painful memories of Monica Lewinsky and Gennifer Flowers.

Clinton’s team is beginning its preparation ahead of the first general election debate scheduled for Sept. 26 at Hofstra University. And one of the key components of that prep, campaign allies said, is finding a person who can stand in as Donald Trump during mock debates and launch personal attacks on the former secretary of state that will make the real Trump look tame by comparison.

Who is going to be able to stand in as Donald Trump?

That's like someone trying to stand in as Sarah Palin?

They aren't just loose cannons. They are whacko crazy nutjobs.

Who can pretend to be Trump?

They are assuming that Trump will be logical and predictable and attack Hillary on all this stuff. What makes them think he will be any different than what they've seen for the last six months? That's the Trump they are going to be debating. The 140 characters making stuff up Trump. The 9 steps of Trump rhetoric where he bigly shoots bunnies, then puppies, then kittens, then baby seals.

You can't prepare to debate someone that doesn't know how to debate, doesn't want to debate and has no interest in learning how to debate.

I expect Donald won't be doing any debate prep.

Which will make it impossible to prepare.

While journalists and political strategists are appalled by the distractions, Trump probably looks at things differently. Whenever one of his controversies generates a tsunami of media coverage, he may chafe at how “unfairly” he’s being treated, but part of him must be delighted as a child on Christmas morning at all the coverage. This is how he is wired.

After the past week, Trump must have trouble resisting the thought, “I’ve been the lead story in The New York Times five out of the last seven days—it can't be that bad, right?"

After his wife’s introduction to the country was spoiled at the Republican convention, Trump tweeted, "Good news is Melania’s speech got more publicity than any in the history of politics especially if you believe that all press is good press!” And that has, across four decades in the media capital of the world, always been one of Trump’s profoundest beliefs.

Trump unpopularity fuels wide lead for Clinton in new Virginia poll

...Beyond this reliably Republican region, Clinton has the potential to accumulate a nearly insurmountable vote margin in the inner Washington suburbs, leading by 45 points over Trump, compared with Obama’s 26-point edge in 2012. Clinton holds a seven-point edge in the Washington exurbs that include Loudoun and Prince William counties, which split evenly between Obama and Romney. She also appears stronger than Obama in the Tidewater region, which encompasses Norfolk and Virginia Beach, leading Trump by a 2-to-1 margin compared with Obama’s low double-digit victory there four years ago. At least two-thirds of voters in both the D.C. suburbs and Tidewater have a strongly unfavorable view of Trump.

And, I want to see L. Murkowski's ass kicked in Alaska! She is obiously afraid she could lose because I get at least ten items a week from her (and I'm a registered Independent/Non Partisan)!

They are colored, glossy flyers with photos of her. She's spending big bucks for her reelection campaign! I get satisfaction in tearing each one up and dumping them in the garbage!

Voters from both parties expect Donald Trump to lose.

More than 100 GOP officials, delegates and staffers are calling on the RNC to pull staff and money away from Donald Trump.

“We believe that Donald Trump’s divisiveness, recklessness, incompetence, and record-breaking unpopularity risk turning this election into a Democratic landslide, and only the immediate shift of all available RNC resources to vulnerable Senate and House races will prevent the GOP from drowning with a Trump-emblazoned anchor around its neck,” the letter states.

    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/trump-rnc-open-letter_us_57b3368ae4b0863b0284e683?section=&

Yep, he was done in by his last three:

    Attacking gold star Khan family.

    Obama and Clinton founded ISIS.

2nd amendment solution to Hillary and Supreme Court nominations.

He crossed the line from being a problem for Democrats to being a problem to everyone.

“Those recent outrages have built on his campaign of anger and exclusion, during which he has mocked and offended millions of voters, including the disabled, women, Muslims, immigrants, and minorities,” it reads. “He also has shown dangerous authoritarian tendencies, including threats to ban an entire religion from entering the country, order the military to break the law by torturing prisoners, kill the families of suspected terrorists, track law-abiding Muslim citizens in databases, and use executive orders to implement other illegal and unconstitutional measures.”

Gee, I think that last one might be eliminating the first amendment.

And Michael Moore thinks Trump is self-sabotaging because he didn't want the job in the first place.

    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/michael-moore/trump-self-sabotage_b_11545026.html?

Personally, I don't agree. I don't think Trump is that smart.

I think when he started he really wanted to be president. First he really wanted to be the nominee. But then once he got the nomination, things changed. And as the campaign wore on he became more and more dissatisfied. It was work. Hard work. He was being told what to do and he doesn't like that. I think he also realized that he didn't know what he was doing and wouldn't be able to do the job if he won and he was losing. Donald Trump doesn't like to lose.

So he may be self-sabotaging now but perhaps not intentionally but subliminally.

Or he could just be the shallow fecal cesspool that he is and just doing what he always does and being who he always is.

The younger voters are going to be voting for the next 50+ years. Many of them are already Dems because of the changing times (technology and whatnot) and many others were driven off by the thugs themselves. Honestly, I think we will be looking at the way thugs have conducted themselves and saying "wow, they really did us a favor by sh*)tting the bed."
