Bill Maher interviews Donald Trump's campaign manager on Real Time last night. Both very informative and quite chilling.

Towards the end you can hear Kellyanne Conway say "I can't support somebody who lies for a living" right after Maher had produced a laundry list of probable lies told by Donald Trump.

And she says it with such a straight face that you almost wonder if she even possesses a conscience.

But she is also very good at what she does, and though Maher does an excellent job of calling the Trump campaign, and its candidate, out over and over for pandering to the worst kinds of people in the country and for being duplicitous she is right there with some spin, or denial, or obfuscation.

She is like a political Stepford wife who looks attractive on the outside but on the inside possesses not a smidgen of humanity.

I really believe that she and Roger Ailes are the ones responsible for Trump's recent rise in the polls, and that if the media cannot get past her to reveal the real Donald Trump, we could be in serious trouble indeed.

I agree, she's wrinkled, haggard and needs a good night's sleep from the looks of her. She's a damn hard-looking 49, that's for sure.

She looks more Donald's age; I think someone might be lying about how long she's been here on mother earth :-)

She's so repulsive to look at, especially her profile. She was haggard looking way back when she and the other dry-ends bleached GOP females became a hot item and there was a magazine (I can't recall which mag) spread on the GOP bleached talking heads.

I want to see Trump answer these questions . I want to see Trump be responsible for once in his life to stand up without a surrogate to speak for him.

He hires others to do his dirty work while he sits on the sidelines.

Coward. He is an idiot. A spoiled brat with an unchecked ego who has tapped into the worst fears of Americans who barely get by.

And there are many.He is not the answer to jobs for Americans while he sits on his high horse and deals with China!

      Trump Tower, Trump everything!

"F" Trump. Some asshole born with a silver spoon really cares about a life he has never lived!

What the hell does he know about bills coming due and you scramble to pay them. What the hell does that asshole know of the real world.

He sat on his ass all his life paying other people to run his show.He thinks being President is an ego trip like some kind of game that money can buy. This is not a game. We are the most powerfull country in the world and this is what we get for a candidate as President.

A game player.By Dog or God we can not let this stand because if we do we will be a laughing stock. A bunch of weak people manipulated like Germany with Hitler living on fear.

Make America Great Again is treason to everyone who has fought for this country.America is great right now and to imply we are weak is an insult.

So go "F" yourself Trump you and your spoiled kids who have never served a day.

    New York Times
Donald Trump’s Anything-Goes Campaign Sets an Alarming Political Precedent

...“Nice hotel,” said Mr. Trump, the Republican nominee for president, delighting in his newest property and the opportunity to plug it free on live television. He was holding his news conference at his new hotel in the Old Post Office building on Pennsylvania Avenue, which, he promised, is “going to be something very special.”

He seemed untroubled in using an ostensible campaign event just a few blocks from the White House to openly promote his personal commercial interests 52 days before the election.

In fact, this past week offered a vivid illustration of how little regard Mr. Trump has for the long-held expectations of America’s leaders. He is not only breaking the country’s political norms, he and his campaign aides are now all but mocking them.

Besides using his campaign as a platform to make money on a new hotel, Mr. Trump leveled an untrue assertion that Hillary Clinton had been the first to claim Mr. Obama was born abroad. He also boasted about his health on the show of a daytime television celebrity while releasing just his testosterone levels and a few other details about his well-being.

Mr. Trump also continued to flout 40 years of tradition by refusing to release his tax returns, a decision that his eldest son admitted this week was not based on an audit, as Mr. Trump has repeatedly claimed, but on a desire not to “distract” from the campaign’s “main message.”

It may have been live on cable, but the networks refused to air it because the Trump campaign refused to allow the journalists or producers on the tour, only the cameras.

No more free ride for Trump.

And the CNN anchors threw a hissy over his lies.

I'd say the gloves are off and Trump isn't going to get a free ride any more.

Not just dregs, but Dominionist Dregs.

How Dominionists Gained Control Of The Trump Campaign

"Whether Donald Trump knows it or not, Dominionists are now in control of his presidential campaign.

In recent weeks, Trump has appointed Stephen Bannon to the position of campaign CEO and Kellyanne Conway as campaign manager. Both of these individuals are members of the Council For National Policy, a secretive Dominionists organization. In fact, Kellyanne Conway sits on the executive committee.

Dominionists believe that America is a Christian nation and they oppose the separation of church and state. Ted Cruz’s father is a Dominionist preacher. They mix well with Christian Reconstructionists who want to impose strict biblical laws on America including execution for adultery, blasphemy, and homosexuality. These two fringe religious groups make up the majority of the Council’s 500 member base; along with a colorful array of extreme activists on the far right.

The Council’s goal is to manipulate government agenda from within."

People should be aware that Kellyanne Conway is so much 'darker' than a political stepford wife -- she's no different than Bannon. She has bamboozled everyone -- she's so smart at what she does etc. Makes me sick.

Southern Law Poverty Center Hatewatch has identified Conway as having been a member of the same 'secretive' Council for National Party as Bannon, Jerome Corsi who is the propagandist hit man responsible for the “Swift boating” of John Kerry, Joseph Farah who runs WorldNetDaily -- just to name a few. SLPC has it written up on their website.

Bannon and Conway came to the Trump campaign as a 'package'. She ran a superPAC initially for Cruz which was financed Robert Mercer, a New York hedge fund magnate, who also financed Bannon/Breitbart. Maddow did a segment on this fairly recently. It's unfortunate that Maddow didn't look deeper into Conway's history. Media should look deeper and expose her as they have Bannon as so many are painting her as so smart etc.

He isn't a fan of Hillary but he shreds Trump. There is no doubt he will NOT vote for Trump. He may not vote for Hillary but Trump will not get his vote.

    He is pretty brutal.

    https://www.yahoo.com/news/ex-pentagon-chief-gates-trump-unfit-beyond-repair-182042389.html

    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/robert-gates-donald-trump-national-security_us_57dd63b4e4b08cb1409622ee?section=&

"Gates - a Republican who was Pentagon chief under Republican George W. Bush and Democrat Barack Obama - has worked with eight presidents and is among the most widely respected US voices on national security matters.

"I believe Mr. Trump is beyond repair. He is stubbornly uninformed" and "temperamentally unsuited to lead our men and women in uniform," Gates wrote in an op-ed piece posted late Friday on the Journal's website. "He is unqualified and unfit to be commander-in-chief.""

""He has expressed support for building a wall between the US and Mexico; for torturing suspected terrorists and killing their families (and) for Mr. Putin’s dictatorial leadership."

Trump had expressed support "for withdrawing US troops from Europe, South Korea and Japan," while being "cavalier about the use of nuclear weapons." He had insulted servicemen, their families and military leaders, Gates wrote.

Gates wrote that Trump was clueless when it came to the American military and foreign policy. Trump has praised Russian President Vladimir Putin repeatedly, threatened to not defend NATO countries, said he would “bomb the shit” out of ISIS and seemed unfamiliar with Russia’s annexation of Crimea.

“Mr. Trump is also willfully ignorant about the rest of the world, about our military and its capabilities, and about government itself. He disdains expertise and experience while touting his own—such as his claim that he knows more about ISIS than America’s generals,” Gates wrote. “He has no clue about the difference between negotiating a business deal and negotiating with sovereign nations.”

“The world we confront is too perilous and too complex to have as president a man who believes he, and he alone, has all the answers and has no need to listen to anyone. In domestic affairs, there are many checks on what a president can do; in national security there are few constraints,” he said. “A thin-skinned, temperamental, shoot-from-the-hip and lip, uninformed commander-in-chief is too great a risk for America.”

While not saying he would vote for Clinton, Gates said he would be listening for reassurances from her ahead of the November 8 election."

And how does Trump respond? Come, on. You can guess this.

That Gates leadership has been "a total disaster".

Right Donald. That's why he served under EIGHT, count them, EIGHT fucking presidents!

I don't watch those reality game shows.

Of course, not I'm being forced to since that is what our election has become.

Do you think Putin would have Trump assassinated at some point? Especially if Trump doesn't follow the wishes of the former KGB man?

      Will be interesting to watch!

She's good at the low-level, harassing, Palin brand of obfuscation which boils down to "Who said that?", then when you tell them, they say, "I didn't hear it" or "I wasn't there" or any one of a number of things to justify not commenting and moving on to attacking Hillary.

But I have to confess that last night was the first time I've ever switched off Real Time in disgust. She was so loud and so shrill and she spoke such bullshit... that she triggers my Sarah Palin Voice Alarm.

I sincerely hope that Maher regrets giving her the publicity.

Yep! That is the first time I've been disappointed w/Bill Maher and I've watched his Friday night show for years.

He gave her way too much leeway in her comments and didn't stop her and ask questions.

He allowed his supposed long 'friendship' with her to get in the way! Sad, sad!

    Thinking out loud.
Trump's new hotel in Washington DC can be used for spying.

Driving to the White House takes approximately 5 minutes (0.8 miles) using surface streets, even shorter as the crow flies. Coincidence?

Russia can possibly use the hotel for spying in return for building Trumpskie Towers throughout commie countries?

All it takes is Russian visitors (KGB) and Russian politicians (KGB) bring in spying equipment when staying at the Trump Hotel.

    Question
How did Trump obtain information about the cause of the explosion that was not publicly available?

Donald Trump tells crowd a ‘bomb went off in New York’ though officials had not confirmed cause of explosion

    Hunter Walker
    September 17, 2016

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump told a crowd at a rally that a “bomb” went off in New York City before any confirmation came from official sources about what caused an explosion in Manhattan on Saturday night.

“I must tell you that just before I got off the plane, a bomb went off in New York. And nobody knows exactly what’s going on. But boy, we are living in a time — we better get very tough, folks. We better get very, very tough,” Trump told his supporters in Colorado Springs, Colo.

“It just happened,” he added. “So we’ll find out, but it’s a terrible thing going on in our world and in our country. And we are going to get tough and smart and vigilant.

About two hours later, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio said at a press conference that the explosion on 23rd Street appeared to be the result of an “intentional” act and that there was no indication it was linked to terrorism. According to de Blasio, it was “too early” to say whether a bomb caused the explosion. The NYPD is also investigating a second location on 27th Street.
Trump, who made the remarks at the start of his speech, quickly pivoted to tout his poll numbers. Trump’s campaign has not responded to multiple requests for comment from Yahoo News about how he may have obtained information about the cause of the explosion that was not publicly available.

G'nite democrats. Your little social experiment has not been fun and we are done with it. Time to move forward as a real country that doesn't bow down to such low level bullshit. You know, what you all like to call progress(ive). But the right way.

What we've noticed is how AGED she looks compared to when she first starting babysitting The Donald. She was quite fresh-faced a mere month or so ago. Definitely headed toward the Crone archetype now.
