Donald Trump really needs to stop giving Hillary Clinton so much material for her ads against him.

Courtesy of Raw Story:

A new 30-second campaign ad from pro-Clinton PAC Priorities USA zings Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump on his laughable insistence during Monday night’s debate that his “temperament” is his greatest asset.

“I think my strongest asset — maybe by far,” said Trump at Hofstra University, “is my temperament.”

The ad goes on to show clip after clip of Trump losing his cool, talking about how he’d like to punch protesters in the face, bombing “the sh*t” out of ISIS and shooting people on Fifth Avenue.

“Donald Trump,” the ad concludes. “Unfit to be president.”

I have to say that I would be very surprised if this is the only advertisement inspired by those debates.

As I was watching I kept clicking off the sound bites in my head and imagining the ads that could be made of them.

Seriously the guy should be demanding some payment for all of the material he inadvertently writes for the Clinton campaign.

Which made his assertion during the debate that her ads lie about him all the more humorous by the way.

That clip slows one of the things I loved best about the debate -- Hill's bemused demeanor. Combined with her quick comebacks and factual answers, it was the right way to throw Trump off his game. He's not a serious candidate, no matter how much they try to polish him, and she hit just the right tone. He won't be able to do any better in the next two debates, because he doesn't know how not to be a bully.

He doesn't know the definition of the word temperament. He thinks it means he's a winner. I think he gets frustrated that people don't understand what he means. I'm not defending him. Just trying to figure him out.

The end of the ad says "Priorities USA Action is responsible for the content of this advertising".

Actually, they could have said "Donald Trump is responsible for the content of this advertising", since virtually every word was his.

The sheer facts are if you call yourself a Republican right now, in 2016....you are Trump, with every nasty adjective that goes with it. Harry Reid did a nice job on the Senate floor reflecting on exactly what that means, and he is right. I grew up (till college age) in NJ so it was impossible not to see headlines constantly about Trump. He has always been a criminal, liar, racist and bully. I believe he has actually become this man that he pretended to be all these years...he is a legend in his own mind. Why do you think we still have Nazi lovers, KKK believers...they are defective people being trained since birth. No amount of facts will ever change them because the moral compass doesn't exist. The GOP elite, their leaders have allowed all this hate to just brew for years and now Trump is their spokesman...he doesn't bother kissing their rings, he doesn't sugarcoat the message. I am really amused about all the fat shaming when he, himself is just disgusting. His total appearance is so offensive...that hair, OMG can you imagine how long it takes to just do that? When all those gross naked statues started appearing, where were all the mean tweets? Silence, total silence..I say bravo to that artist. I wish Clinton would bring that up...watch Trump's head explode. He has opened up a huge can of worms now with every journalist pouring over his past businesses....it would be really funny to see him land in jail instead of the WH. I keep dreaming about the Senate & Congress with a Dem majority...my goodness what progress would we see.

Employees at Trump's California golf course say he wanted to fire women who weren't pretty enough By Matt Pearce
    Sept. 29, 2016

    http://www.latimes.com/projects/la-na-pol-trump-women/

""I had witnessed Donald Trump tell managers many times while he was visiting the club that restaurant hostesses were 'not pretty enough' and that they should be fired and replaced with more attractive women,” Hayley Strozier, who was director of catering at the club until 2008, said in a sworn declaration. "Strozier, the former catering director, said Vincent Stellio — a former Trump bodyguard who had risen to become a Trump Organization vice president — approached her in 2003 about an employee that Strozier thought was talented.

Stellio wanted the employee fired because she was overweight, Strozier said in her legal filing.

"Mr. Stellio told me to do this because 'Mr. Trump doesn't like fat people' and that he would not like seeing [the employee] when he was on the premises,” wrote Strozier, who said she refused the request. (Stellio died in 2010.)

A year later, Mike van der Goes — a golf pro who had been promoted to be Trump National’s general manager — made a similar request to fire the same overweight employee, Strozier said.

“Mr. van der Goes told me that he wanted me to do this because of [the employee's] appearance and the fact that Mr. Trump didn't like people that looked like her,” Strozier wrote.

When Strozier protested, Van der Goes returned a week later “and announced he had a plan of hiding [the employee] whenever Mr. Trump was on the premises,” Strozier wrote.

A server, John Marlo, recalled seeing a co-worker crying in 2007. The woman had wanted to be promoted to server.

"She told me that she was upset because a manager had told her that she couldn’t be a server because of she had acne on her face,” Marlo said in a declaration. “According to her, she was qualified for the job and wanted it, but couldn't get it solely because of her acne."

The woman quit soon after, Marlo wrote.

Messerschmidt, the employee who said she was fired in retaliation for complaining about age discrimination, said in 2008 that one of her managers, Brian Wolbers, changed her schedule to give her time off during one of Trump’s visits because Trump "likes to see fresh faces" and "young girls."

Wolbers did not respond to a request for comment.

Gail Doner, who worked as a food server from 2007 to 2011, wrote that she was 60 and had often been frustrated by the inefficiency of the restaurant’s young, inexperienced hostesses, who “usually were not competent but were kept anyway.”

“The hostesses that were the youngest and the prettiest always got the best shifts,” Doner wrote.

Meanwhile, Doner — who had 20 years of experience working for wine vendors, and was at “the top of [her] game” while working for Trump National — said managers slowly cut back her shifts until they stopped scheduling her at all, “effectively firing [her].”

“It did not appear to me that this reduction in shifts was happening to any of the younger, more attractive female food servers," Doner said. She added: “I chose not to fight to get my job back because by that point I was fed up with the toxic environment and the way that I was treated.” "

Well, of course he would congratulate himself.

    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/donald-trump-alicia-machado-miss-universe_us_57ec5f9ae4b024a52d2cd2af?section=&section=us_politics

"Trump bragged that he “saved her job.” But he repeatedly claimed he barely knew Machado. (And, in typical Trump fashion, he bragged about his ownership of the pageant, which he said he sold for “a tremendous price” last year.)

“I mean, look, I hardly know this person. This was a person 20 years ago,” he said. “She wasn’t a successful, you know, I sold the Miss Universe contest for a tremendous price about, you know, six months ago. Worked out great.”

Yet Trump publicly discussed his efforts to get Machado to lose weight in several television and radio interviews at the time. He sent a camera crew to ambush her during a workout at a New York gym.

“I will bet you if you put up and added up all the time I spoke to her, probably less than five minutes,” Trump told O’Reilly. “I had nothing to do with this person, but they wanted to fire her. I saved her job because I said that’s what I was going to do. Look what happened? Look what I get out of it? I get nothing.”

Then he claimed that he “couldn’t care less,” and again claimed Machado was “somebody I don’t know.” "
