Donald Trump's debate performance edited down to its most profound moments.

I love it!

Kind of reminds me of this classic.
By the way Howard Dean is doubling down on his accusation that Trump was using cocaine:

In an interview with MSNBC's Kate Snow Tuesday, Dean acknowledged it's unlikely that 70-year-old Trump has a cocaine habit, but he didn't rule it out.

"It's something I think it'd be interesting to ask him and see if he ever had a problem with that," Dean said.

He added he wouldn't delete the tweet.

Come on a real estate developer in New York during the late eighties and early nineties, how could he not have once had a problem with cocaine?

Howard probable got a letter from Donnie's attorney that he is going to sue him for defamation.

Remember only the Donald is allowed to lie about others.

Do you think tRump would go to a complete physical of Dean's pick? I highly doubt it so there will be no lawsuit. Much like why Sara Palin never sued anyone she threatened to, tRump has too much to hide.

Trump needs Palin more than ever.

She has all that experience of speaking while under the influence of some heavy shit. She knows how to handle those things.

That may be her problem now and why she is quite and keeping her subjects quiet about the debate.

They need to sober up and think of how to reboot. Meanwhile, let the little people keep up their social media for them with trivial nonsense and old tired themes.

Reminding their public that Bristol has a husband and Dakota is a father. That is very important.

Did Jordan and Track take their baby boy home already? How old is he? 2-3 months?

How is that happy family doing with the new one?

Fond memories. It was a year ago that Track and his girlfriend were carefree and sailing in Hawaii. Now they are responsible parents like his sister and her man.

If Gryph had yellow skin, was jumpy, and/or other traits not expected of a healthy young man but common among steroid users, then it's a reasonable question. and last I knew, Gryph wasn't aiming to have his hand on the nuclear codes.

Although I agree with not blaming it on being in real estate, in NYC, in the 80s. But the symptoms do cause me pause.

I am suspicious and I think it's reasonable for him to come forward with valid medical information about his nose sniffing. It's no more invasive than demands about HIllary's health and her "tiredness" and fainting.

I struggle with asserting that all real estate developers in NY in the 80s and 90s would have a problem. Not all use is problematic. Stereotyping an entire group is something we have been fighting.

good point 9:50. I'm not sure how to get at it.

I think it is a more valid speculation than Hillary's "tiredness." It's based on observation data by millions of people. How many of you have a friend that would sniff their way through a debate like that? How many of you that work with drug addicts think it sounds familiar?

Why hasn't he come out with an explanation that he had a cold? or allergies? He may not get a doctor's statement that he snorts cocaine, but he could get a doctor's statement that he has allergies or a cold or other reasonable cause of sniffling (strong sniffling, not little sniffles.)

Satire from Andy Borowitz . . . or maybe not.

    -- quote
Palin to Advise Trump on Improving Sentence Structure

NEW YORK—In an admission that his message might have gotten lost in Monday night’s debate, Donald J. Trump has enlisted the former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin to advise him on improving his sentence structure. Campaign officials stressed that bringing Palin on board was not a sign of panic, but merely an acknowledgement that the Alaskan’s communication skills could be Trump’s “secret weapon.” “We would be silly to have a resource like this available to us and not use it,” said Trump’s campaign manager, Kellyanne Conway. “No one debates like Sarah Palin.”

"Plunging the future of the 2016 Presidential debates into doubt, Donald J. Trump said on Tuesday morning that he would not participate in the remaining two debates if Hillary Clinton is there.

Trump blasted the format of Monday night’s debate by claiming that the presence of Clinton was “specifically designed” to distract him from delivering his message to the American people.

“Every time I said something, she would say something back,” he said. “It was rigged.” "

    AS for Howard Dean and the cocaine comment. It's no different from Trump saying "I've read . . . ," "Many people are saying . . . ," "I don't know if it's true but I've heard . . . "

it is different. Dean didn't say "many people are saying." It's more like Trump questioning Hillary's health, and Hillary eventually bringing forth reliable medical information. Dean is speculating based on articuable, observable data. That's different than "many people are saying..."

I'm sure Michael Moore does not believe what he said. He's trying to get folks in the country to support Hillary Clinton and not to think she'll win - without their going out to vote for her!

Hillary Clinton has my vote and I can hardly wait to cast it!

      Delete
    3. Anonymous11:55 AM

I did not read what Moore said. It could be he doesn't want people to take it for granted that Hillary is a shoo in.

As long as they can pump Trump up, he will keep on going and he looks like it is stamina. No one can claim they can prove it is speed.

    4. Anonymous12:37 AM

Moore is fighting Democratic complacency. The assumption that she is going to win and so just sitting back and doing nothing. He says if you did nothing today to get someone to vote for Clinton, then Trump won. And he's right.

The next debate is going to be ugly. Trump is going to be held to a higher standard, cajoled and goaded into doing a lot more work than he did the last time. He'll be practicing his zingers and they will be coaching him on how to attack her no matter what question he is asked. He'll be doing a lot more interrupting, denying, LYING, and talking over her, the moderator and in general refusing to shut the fuck up.

      It will be brutal.

Predictable, unself-aware people can be manipulated as we saw Hillary do in the debate. Knowing that he dislikes to be called "Donald" was brilliant. What else is she going to find out before the next debate?

Has he forgotten he had affairs too and multiple marriages?

At least, Hillary and Bill worked things out and kept their marriage together! Think that says a LOT for Hillary. I'm also sure that Bill has regretted his actions.

Think of all the Republican Congressmen and Republican leaders that have screwed around on their wives! They are no one to talk - especially The Donald!

There's also a big difference in their situations because of who actually did the cheating.

Hillary was the victim of her husband's infidelity while it was Trump himself who cheated on more than one wife. That makes Hillary a sympathetic injured party but Trump himself is the lying, serial adulterer. If he chooses to go that sleazy route, he's in great danger of pushing more even women towards Hillary.

On second thought, please proceed Mr. Trump!

  20. I am a little younger than the Donald. I was in New York in the 80's and coke was the norm for high flyers. I was in the same nightclubs and parties that he was. Everyone did coke; that is why they were there to party. Period.

His demeanor on the screen exhibited major coke signals on every radar screen of those who have used it or been around it. Geesh. It was some good sh*t because it lasted for awhile. However, it does explain his running out of steam because he wasn't doing alcohol or able to get another hit to perpetuate the high.
If that wasn't good ole' blow, it was a chemical reaction of some sort. Germs don't act that way. Sniff. Sniff.

You can put money on the fact that with no denial there is something to it. Drumpf never wastes an opportunity to holler out when he is attacked.

The sniffling shows there wasn't a thing wrong with that mic. However, Drumpf clearly ran out of steam, launched into speaking that made no sense at all. Why? Took "hit" too early for it to last?

Standing for that long seemed to be a real challenge for him. Think given his admitted meds and exams there are health issues. Why a really dingy gastroenterologist for a doctor? Doesn't make any sense unless he has serious intestinal problems.

He probably wasn't sniffling in the usual sense. What it sounded like to me was that his sinus cavities or nasal passages are so inflamed or scarred that it is difficult for him to draw a breath through his nose -- and he's trying not to be a mouth-breather. I've heard him breathing like this in other speeches and interviews. It's what he does. He inhales strongly, causing the sound, as if he can't get any air any other way. That could, of course, be a symptom of youthful cocaine abuse.
