Donald Trump's latest Twitter rampage takes aim directly at his own party. More popcorn?

A cold chill just ran up the spine of every establishment Republican.
I've pinched myself three times now, but nope I'm not dreaming. This is really happening!

Clearly Trump's campaign is now in free fall and damn if he not going to take EVERYBODY down with him.

I am not even going to bother asking for anything from Santa Claus this year, because I am already getting everything that I could possibly want.

  1. Anonymous8:18 AM

And weird timing. What took Trump so long to tweet? Ryan made his statement fairly early yesterday.

I think that seeing the polls #s all day yesterday and then, far worse, that Hillary had 13k people at her Ohio rally just turned him into a powder keg waiting to go off.

    1. I saw 18,000 in Columbus for Hillary. The home of Ohio State University. 😀

    2. Anonymous8:31 AM

His “Hard to do well” is an implicit admission by Trump that his campaign is not doing well. Trump is seldom as honest as this, even when the blame is falling on the wrong place. It just slips out sometimes.

    3. Anonymous8:33 AM

Notice who was absent in Trump’s tweet rampage? Hillary Clinton’s name was nowhere to be found. It is almost as if Trump is not running for president any longer. His new goal is to get revenge on Republicans who he views as disloyal to him.

With just one more presidential debate to go, Donald Trump seems more interested in settling scores with Republicans than winning the election.

    4. Anonymous8:51 AM

8:31, I love that 18k. I had heard 13. It surely pissed him off!

I love that she was at OSU and doing it the last day for voter registration in Ohio and getting more people signed up to vote. I hope her crowds continue to grow and that the super-high # wasn't just because of it being the last day to vote.

    5. Anonymous8:52 AM

Oops, I meant that it was the last day to sign up to vote.

If Hillary's crowds get and stay bigger, Trump will lose his mind.

    6. Anonymous8:53 AM

Really, it makes a difference, as we also have Ohio State University - different college.

    8. Anonymous10:53 AM

Clinton's campaign said 13K but Secret Service estimated 18K. Either way, great to see it in Ohio.

    9. Anonymous10:58 AM

      The cocaine wore off?

    10. Anonymous12:59 PM

The Secret Service estimated 18,000 at the Ohio rally.

I'm sure it's their job to know these things.

  2. Anonymous8:33 AM

Donald Trump is showing that he was never loyal to the Republican Party, which again should not come as a shock to anyone who has ever listened to Trump for more than seven seconds. The RNC knew that Trump wasn’t loyal which is why they came up with the “loyalty pledge” and forced him to sign it.

The Republican nominee is ripping the Republican Party apart. Trump is not going to go quietly, and he is going to take every single member of the party down with him as his nosedives towards complete destruction.

    1. Anonymous9:38 AM

tRump has never been loyal to anyone except himself. I find this hilarious, they picked him and he is destroying the GOP!

On Friday we learned that the Obama administration actively worked to crush stories relating to Clinton’s emails after the story broke in early 2015. In one email, White House Communications Director Jennifer Palmieri emailed her counterpart at the State Department: “between us on the shows… think we can get this done so he is not asked about email.” Palmieri was trying to make sure Secretary of State John Kerry would not be asked about the email scandal on his Face the Nation appearance that occurred three days later.

    1. Anonymous9:08 AM

So? There were far more important things going on that the non-story of Hillary's personal emails. How many emails do you delete in a day? A week? A year? Good grief.

    2. Anonymous9:52 AM

Did you ever worry about the 22 million emails Shrub and Cheney deleted? I thought not. Now run along to your next tRump rally and you may be able to get your pussy grabbed.

    3. 8:36, defend this truth:

  5. His children need to get three doctors to deem him unfit and put this crazy man in a hospital. Drugs? Bi-Polar episode? Narcissistic rage? The real Trump?

What a mess this man is.

    1. Anonymous9:10 AM

Are you kidding? His kids are just like him...entitled arrogant jerks, including Ivanka, who has stolen jewelry designs and paid fines for it. They won't do anything-he's their meal ticket. He'd write them out of the will so fast their heads would spin.

    2. Anonymous9:10 AM

It should be obvious to everyone that trump is totally unfit and should be hospitalized. He is always angry and is obsessed with settling scores with anyone who ever looked at him sideways. This is your guy, GOP.

    3. Anonymous9:19 AM

9:10 YES, You are so RIGHT except that he has nothing to give them and never will: he's BROKE!

    4. Anonymous11:00 AM

I think they're all afraid of him.

Plus they probably think there is still money to be had. They don't want to be cut off as he's done in the past.

Mostly I think they're afraid. There may also be a little delusion that he might win, then they'll be set.

The only thing off limits was how rich he is? Really?

He even allowed jokes about him being attracted to Ivanka!

I think they nailed it on the head. He has no concept of humor. Doesn't know what's funny. He kept polling people on if this is funny and should I run for president.

Is this not an indicator of a sociopath?

  12. Anonymous8:49 AM

Where have I heard the term "shackles" used by a politician before? Ah yes, Sain't Sarah.

    1. Anonymous12:50 PM

I was thinking about Sarah's shackles all weekend as Trump totally imploded. I hope she is advising him because he is going to embarrass himself with his low turnout.

Come to think of it, whom else does he really have in his corner? I'm sure pussy-grabbing is fine with Sarah as long as it's someone else's. You know what a hypocrite she is.

  13. Anonymous8:51 AM

I am Sidney Blumenthal. At least, that is what Vladimir Putin—and, somehow, Donald Trump—seem to believe. And that should raise concerns about not only Moscow’s attempts to manipulate this election but also how Trump came to push Russian disinformation to American voters.

Holy Crap. this is frightening, but so enlightening at the same time.

A megachurch pastor who sits on Donald Trump’s evangelical council denounced the Republican presidential candidate as “lecherous and worthless” over a leaked 2005 video in which Trump boasted about grabbing women.

“Mr. Trump’s comments released yesterday—though 10 years ago (he was 60)—are not just sophomoric or locker room banter,” James MacDonald of Harvest Bible Chapel, an Illinois-based evangelical church, wrote in an email Saturday to his fellow members of Trump’s faith council and some opponents of the GOP candidate. “They are truly the kind of misogynistic trash that reveals a man to be lecherous and worthless—not the guy who gets politely ignored, but the guy who gets a punch in the head from worthy men who hear him talk that way about women.”

I watched a historical thing on Donald Trump the other night (education channel) and The Donald has always been a brat. His father could not handle him at age 5! He was later sent to military school for difficult children and was there for years. He loved it and learned much of what we are seeing of him today. A control freak! He was raised without love and affection from his Mom and Dad - because he was not lovable himself - which also shows today!

He has anger issues - ego problems and only dwells on himself and his money. Plus, he is not all that smart which has become quite obvious to the majority of us.

“And then I guess Donald followed that up by saying, ‘No, no, you really gotta try it. I know it might seem’ – and again, I’m paraphrasing – ‘I know it might seem whatever, but again, you gotta try it. You gotta try it once,'” Powers said.

First, he will give the nation the pleasure of seeing him join the one cohort, of the many cohorts he disdains, that he most despises — “losers.” Second, by continuing to campaign in the spirit of St. Louis, he can remind the nation of the useful axiom that there is no such thing as rock bottom. Third, by persevering through Nov. 8 he can simplify the GOP’s quadrennial exercise of writing its post-campaign autopsy, which this year can be published Nov. 9 in one sentence: “Perhaps it is imprudent to nominate a venomous charlatan.” Fourth, Trump is the GOP’s chemotherapy, a nauseating but, if carried through to completion, perhaps a curative experience."
