Just a quick Mike Pence update before the VP debate for any of you who might still think he is the rational one on the ticket.

The problem with Donald Trump is that he sucks the air out of the room and distracts from any of the horrible people he surrounds himself with.

However if Trump were to actually win this thing (Hang on, having a slight panic attack here.) it is quite likely he would put Mike Pence in charge of running the country while he went around, in his words, "making America great."

Whatever the hell THAT means.

And knowing that should seriously chill you to the bone.

This is another reason Trump/Pence must be defeated. If Trump wins, it is very likely that he would face impeachment. Pence in the Presidential seat in the White House would be even more of a disaster.

The likelihood of Trump winning has worsened.

      The latest:

      Ohio just turned light blue.

      Hillary - 313.8 electoral, 47.9% popular
      Trump - 224 electoral, 43.6% popular

Johnson is losing ground, probably because he is an ignorant doofus.

Hillary now has a 74.7% chance of winning.

But that doesn't mean we should be taking a victory lap before those chickens hatch. Michael Moore has cautioned us against that.

We have to keep hammering and hammering right up until the day. Republicans are known for their voter fraud and election shenanigans. The pressure must be kept.

And the day after the election. Congress must be bombarded with demands they approve the nomination of Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court.

To expound, all Sarah wants is for people not to demean those who dont waste money on useless degrees and work hard in careers many consider beneath them. And she wants govt to knock of stupid spending. As does everyone. I think most would've mind govt insurance is govt were competent. Obamacare is so awful and middle classes know t.

Sarah is stupid, uneducated and not remotely curious about the world. She mocks educated people because she is so mortified with her own stupidity and ignorance that she has to spin it otherwise. She has been lusting after Obama since day one and everyone sees it. Obamacare has saved millions of lives, given people relief from pain, massively helped people to change their job trajectories since they are not tied to one employer, provided care that was not available before due to 'pre-existing conditions'. You shouldn't have expounded because now you just sound doubly obtuse.

With Trump securing the racists, the anti-government extremists, the scared elderly whites, who want "their" America back, we need to be very worried that Pence will pull in those who identify as Christians or conservatives but find Trump offensive. These are the people who will vote the Republican ticket because Pence is their only choice. His extreme positions appeal to them.

See. All Sarah has done is made some people pay attention to DC and manipulation that occurs when democrats use media to push bad legislation and she calls out GOP when appropriate. She's inspired many to get involved.

Her opinions are ignored by the majority of Americans, she's an international laughing stock, to put it mildly. Who truly inspired people to get involved in politics is Barack Obama and Bernie Sanders. Sarah had people running away and not voting for McCain, where they might have otherwise, but Sarah was such an unmitigated disaster that people made sure to dodge that bullet.

Clinton Doubles Lead Over Trump in Weekly Tracking Poll

    http://nymag.com/daily/intelligencer/2016/10/clinton-doubles-lead-over-trump-in-weekly-tracking-poll.html

The day after the first presidential debate, all anyone wanted to talk about was the coup de grace: Alicia Machado, “Miss Housekeeping,” “Where did you find this? Where did you find this?” But the most remarkable exchange of that night had come earlier, when with a few blunt words Hillary Clinton reduced Donald Trump to peevish incoherence and, remarkably, conveyed the distance her party has traveled in the past quarter-century. If you listened carefully, you would have heard a kind of Sister Souljah moment, in reverse.

David Plouffe may be most famous for his role in managing Barack Obama’s 2008 campaign, but in the 2016 campaign he has taken on a visible role as a highly optimistic surrogate for Hillary Clinton. Despite considerable liberal fretting over the possibility of a Trump presidency—and polls that are much too close for even a smidgen of comfort—Plouffe has repeatedly expressed his absolute faith in Clinton’s candidacy, even going so far as to put her odds of winning at 100 percent.

Pence in some ways is more dangerous than DrumpF.

Pence is a proponent of Dominionism, roughly just a version of Christian Sharia law.

These people mostly try to fly under the radar, as their positions on equal rights, women, abortion, contraception, child raising, education, and even civil law are utterly radical and unconstitutional.

They are in favor of mandating THEIR CULTISH VISION OF Christianity as the law of the land, and undoing all the social safety nets that help the poor, elderly, minorities, and disadvantaged in the USA.

A state like Idaho has many of these Domionionists running the legislature, and they have passed laws protecting child abuse and even allowing murder of children by medical neglect.

    https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2016/apr/13/followers-of-christ-idaho-religious-sect-child-mortality-refusing-medical-help

Ted Cruz is another example of this horrifically terrible cult:

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/national/religion/ted-cruzs-campaign-is-fueled-by-a-dominionist-vision-for-america-commentary/2016/02/04/86373158-cb6a-11e5-b9ab-26591104bb19_story.html

Their vision for America is nothing short of Evangelical Christianity enforced by law and at gunpoint.

    http://talkingpointsmemo.com/livewire/trump-1993-white-house-correspondents-dinner

Trump, more than even the most craven politicians or entertainers, is a bottomless reservoir of need and desire for attention. He lives off crowd approval. And at a certain point that will dim, as it always does to people like him, and the cameras will turn to some other American novelty. When that attention wanes, he will be left with his press clippings, his dyed hair, his fake tan, and those tiny, tiny fingers.

Two things. Pence lost a suit yesterday that prohibited settling Syrian refugees in Indiana. Indianapolis ignored him anyway and has settled about 100. The so-called religious freedom bill he backed almost turned the state into an earlier North Carolina until Indianapolis and other more liberal cities made a laughing stock out of Pence and the hee-haw GOP bible thumpers in the legislature.

Pence is a "Christian Taliban" and left the Catholic Church when his wife to be appeared in college and hit him over the head with a bible. This Indianapolis born and raised Hoosier says Pence is a disaster waiting to happen. Keep church and state separate, don't let him near any political office.

People really should care more about these two men. It's no secret that if Trump wins he'll be a ceremonial President while Pence runs the government, a la Bush/Cheney. It's also worth noting Trump's a 70 year old junk foodie who looks like his blood pressure's about to explode any second. If Clinton wins it'll be GOP/Clinton Beatdown II and this time they may finally get the political revenge they've been after since 1992. I always say you need to vote for the VP.

No one can predict the future. Presidents haven't just been assassinated. They've always gotten sick and died. There is nothing preventing slipping on the soap in the shower and breaking your neck. Stuff happens. Age has nothing to do with it. Young presidents can die just as easily as old ones. And when that happens the VP steps up.

So which VP would we rather have? I don't think that's in dispute as Trump has chosen a running mate as fascist as he is and more theocratic.

Kaine wasn't my first, second or third choice, but I'll pick him over Pence any day.

OT?This gave someone at Trump HQ a bright idea: why not use this trade to dump his tax obligation onto Trump's casino properties? Normally this would just be trading one tax obligation for another, so to get around that they advised Trump to take all his casino holdings and put them into a shiny new public company.
Here's the genius part. By trading away the taxes on his forgiven debt, Trump kept his $916 million operating loss. It was the new public company that got saddled with property that owed a lot more in taxes than it normally would.
Thousands of people invested in the company, and lost everything when Trump drove it into the ground. But as CEO, Trump paid himself $82 million along the way."
one big winner: Trump. And three big losers: Trump's bankers, the American taxpayers, and all the investors in Trump's crappy public company. This is the business acumen that Trump says qualifies him to be president: not the ability to run a company profitably, but the ability to manipulate the legal system into letting him dump his debts onto other people." NOTHING to see here people, move on.

You better bring that pregnancy to full term, otherwise you are considered a murderer and a criminal. Even women who have their periods are watched to make sure if one is missed, it better not result in a miscarriage. All pregnancies that do not go full term, must be registered and reported to the government. Now, who in Pence's office has been tasked with that monitoring? And how do they do that? Some misacarrages are not even known if it happens in the first six weeks. This is how Pence feels about women. He is the perfect partner for Trump, so lets hope the good people of our country take this into account before they vote for that team.

This man was too stupid and too ugly on the inside to know that a needle exchange program reduces the number of needles that children can find in the park. What a creep. I hope Tim Kaine has some words for him.

Female Trump Supporters Don’t Really Care About His Sexism

This group is apparently unmoved by Trump’s sexism. The women at his Detroit rally, for the most part, either assumed the media has taken Trump’s comments out of context or applauded him for being willing to speak his mind rather than rehearse every statement.

Hours Before VP Debate, Trump Melts Down And Blames Hillary Clinton For His Tax Cheating

First, Trump blamed Hillary Clinton for his birtherism. Now, he is blaming Hillary Clinton for his decades-long cheating of the tax system to avoid paying his personal income taxes for decades.

Hillary Clinton is setting Trump up again. Viewers saw how easily Clinton was able to bait Trump and throw him completely off during the first presidential debate when she brought up the size of the loan that Trump got from his father and the Republican candidate wasn’t the same for the rest of the night.

Clinton is setting up round two. She isn’t just going after Trump for his tax returns. The Democratic candidate is going to come after Trump’s ego by challenging his success in business. By calling Trump a failure at business, she is laying the groundwork for pulling his strings during the second presidential debate.

A man served ten years in prison and then was found innocent of the charges. Pence has refused to exonerate the guy. Have this felony on his record prevents him from getting a job. Innocent. Thanks Pence.

Pence also supports both vouchers and for -profit charter schools. The first to take tax money (even from non-believing atheists and agnostics) and force them to support religious schools. The latter to give his buddies a big chunk of tax mony as overpaid CEO's. Pence sucks.
