Neo-Nazis, white supremacists, and the KKK are all thrilled that Donald Trump chose Stephen Bannon as his chief strategist. And they are not alone.

Stephen Bannon
Courtesy of HuffPo:

On the white supremacist internet forum Stormfront, users cheered Bannon’s appointment, calling him “[t]he man who will have Trump’s ear more than anyone else.”

The Daily Stormer, a neo-Nazi website that claims to be America’s “#1 alt-right” news source, was only disappointed by the fact that Trump didn’t make Bannon White House chief of staff. (Trump chose Reince Priebus, the chairman of the Republican National Committee, for that position.) One comment on that story celebrated Bannon as “our man in the White House.”

Some white nationalists clearly view Bannon’s appointment as a signal that Trump won’t seek out a more moderate path, and see Bannon as someone who can hold the president-elect accountable for policy proposals like barring Muslims from the country and building a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border.

Former KKK grand wizard David Duke, a vocal Trump supporter, praised Trump’s choice as “a good sign” on his radio show, saying Bannon has been “right on about a lot of issues.”

Jared Taylor, editor of the white nationalist publication American Renaissance, echoed those sentiments. “I am happy that Steve Bannon will have a policy role in the White House, and I hope he helps President Trump keep the promises made by Candidate Trump,” Taylor told HuffPost.

After festering on the margins of politics for decades, the white nationalist movement gained a significant boost during Trump’s presidential campaign ― and with the real estate mogul headed to the White House, its influence is only expected to grow. That’s in large part because white supremacist groups received a higher profile as Trump was slow to condemn them and even retweeted them on social media during his campaign.

So many deplorables, so little room in the basket.

These are the folks that are excited about Stephen Bannon, and these are the folks who were the most vocal supporters of Donald Trump.

Despite what you might have been told these last eight years we are not living in a post racist country, we are living in a country saturated in racism. And things are about to get much worse.

And hey ladies? Don't think that they are not going to be extra super sexist either.
Yeah, if you are not a white Christian man, this is no longer your country.

Still happy you sat out the election or voted third party?

Oh and there is one more person who is excited about the selection of Bannon, the Wasilla Wendigo.

Courtesy of Facebook:

The Steve Bannon I know is a passionate defender of freedom and he lives by example. He's a patriot; a military veteran and proud Army dad. Bannon's talents are on display in many venues, my favorite being his production of the documentary "The Undefeated." https://www.amazon.com/Sarah-Palin-Undefeated/dp/B005FLSZNS

Please, watch the film "The Undefeated." Bannon understood the media's coverage of the 2008 election defined "injustice" and "double standard." More importantly, he did something about it. I'll be forever grateful, as will other Commonsense Conservatives who will not stand for the press's politics of personal destruction. A masterful work of wrecking the media's biased filter, Bannon captured truth. He'll do the same as we unite around our 45th President, Donald J. Trump.

Leave it to Sarah Palin to trumpet her support for a racist misogynist pig, while also promoting a movie about herself.

And they say she has no talent.

Come on people. Use your brains. Anyone can send a report to the president. Posting your report with a cover letter to the president and vice president does not mean the White House is doing anything. Can't you see this for what it is? It's a ploy to get publicity and donations for Dworkin's PAC. All your showing is you're an easy mark for a conman.

    4. Before the election I was grieving that my MIL, a lifelong Democrat, died two years ago at the age of 96--too soon to vote for Hillary.

Now I'm grieving for other reasons. And her reaction, as a member of the Barnard class of 1939, to Bannon's comments would have been explosive.

She would have felt as the rest of the Biscuitbarrels do about Bannon's anti-Semitism.

IF Trump picks the idiot from Alaska, it's going to be fun watching her undergo the Hearing process!

It'll be most interesting to see if the Republican led Committee will soft peddle questions to her because they already know she is not knowledgeable about energy - either in Alaska or around the world.

She is a fraud America and Alaska's population knows better than most (except perhaps Steve Schmidt!!).

Sarah Palin will not accept any position in this administration. She does not like to work, she regularly arrived at work by 10 and left by 3. She does not take instruction well as she has a learning disability that makes that impossible. She once was appointed to the Oil and Gas Commission in Alaska and she was entirely unable to study or in any obvious way understand the materials set before her. She quit. She will just rest on her laurels in Wasilla and no doubt is preening at the thought she is under consideration. Banning may have a little bit of a boy crush on her.

She won't have to do any work. Donald Jr. will do it all. She just needs to be a figurehead, making a few appearances, taking her paycheck and signing off on whatever is put in front of her.

If she were offered Secretary of the Interior, she will take it in a heartbeat. Then get others to do the job.

Just found out my niece cast her first presidential vote of her lifetime. she wasn't old enough last election to vote.

She fucking voted for trump according to her facebook page and I'm still in shock!! I was there the day she was born! WTF! God, my sister, her mother, sucks ass and she always has, conservative xtian bitch! This is HER doing, I can tell you. She's one of those wealthy racist white women who voted for trump. They got theirs, Jack.

Y'all, my niece has skin as white as milk and is from a wealthy family who has STRONG ties(family ties) to a TN Democrat who had served a very long time in the TN state house. They also have a VERY Middle Eastern last name, as that's where the family originally came from.
WHAT IN THE HELL possessed this college educated young woman to vote for such a POS? Does her mom control her that much?
I don't want to see any of them this year, or the next......this is their doing, and other people just like them.

OMG! I feel your pain and do not have a gracious bone left in my body and may never get to that state of grace. Some of my family voted for Trump too. The redeeming part is only half of them did.

The interesting part is the hardworking medical professionals voted Clinton and the rural asshats voted Trump. The rural have not a care in the world even if they have crop failures. Their government subsidy checks will still buy that new truck. Almost all are liberal arts college grads..... WTF? Also, they do not have any brown people in their little towns.

The medical and legal side of the family took pro bono care of the Somali people in their MN town. Go figure.

Maybe the TN people will be mistaken for something else other than 'Merikans because of their last name and it would be ugly. They might learn a lesson but don't hold your breath.

And then there's Giuliani as probably the Sec of State. What a picture that will be, the hunched crazed elf with his jiggly eyes and rotted bottom teeth (in stark contrast with his fake uppers) going around the world as the US rep. Trump has to reward him. He can't be Atty General though because of all the work his law firm does with Jared Kushner and the big pro-Trump Super PAC that has involved Bossie, the Mercers, Bannon and Conway. No way are they concerned about the ethics of this. They just want to avoid all questioning during hearings that would show how in bed the whole gang is. So, now Trump can’t have Giuliani as Atty Gen and has to reward him in some other way. Still, given the tradition of having sane and attractive—as in a physical poise, calm command and intellect, and all-around statesmanship—and given ho Trump bases so much on looks, it’s surprising that Trump will pry go ahead and nominate Giuliani for Sec of State.

The violence and racism just keeps on coming. Today there are the WV tweets about Michelle Obama being an ape in heels, the OSU student attacking someone speaking about the election, and the punching of a woman at a restaurant by a Trump supporter who walked out of the place and rushed back in to hit this woman who had been discussing the election with a friend. This stuff has been going on since Trump announced his candidacy, and with the election results the physical violence is getting worse--it's been unleashed from the rallies and white Trump assholes feel they have a right to get physical anywhere and anytime. But, oh, if you bring this up it is always met by a "Hillary supporters are violent too" kind of remark. For every, what, ten-fifteen-twenty incidents involving violence or some kind of harassment by a Trump supporter there's one by a Hillary supporter?

McCain doesn't have the cajones to reveal what he knows about SARAH PALIN and how unqualified she was as his vp pick and how she is definitely not qualified to be a cabinet member.

BUT McCain did finally grew a pair when he removed his endorsement of Trump and recently gave his thoughts on Trump's new BFF PUTIN (see below)

    ----------------

... Also on Tuesday, perhaps the most influential Republican on national security matters, Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), weighed in on Trump’s efforts to work with Russian President Vladimir Putin, saying any efforts to “reset” relations with Russia are unacceptable.

McCain, the Senate Armed Services Committee chairman who had a difficult relationship with Trump during the campaign, issued a statement blasting Putin as “a former KGB agent who has plunged his country into tyranny, murdered his political opponents, invaded his neighbors, threatened America’s allies and attempted to undermine America’s elections.’’...

This picture was posted today by a Congressional staffer. It shows the room where House GOP members will meet today to plot strategy.

To remind them of why they’re there, look what was waiting for the Congressmen (via Nate Hodson): See picture at link below.

Is this how the Trump transition team can recognize who's on daddy's team? Are upper tear jobs being assigned like lollipops, things you give out to good boys and girls,” give out to team players?

No, your eyes do not deceive: Those are red "Make American Great Again" hats on every seat of the House GOP meeting today. Which means that a bunch of politicians will soon be walking around the capitol wearing those stupid red hats.

That's it. That's the death knell. Hats are over. Hope you have a good haircut, because you will never again look cool while wearing a hat. At least not a ball cap, anyway. Especially a red one. Especially a red one with a phrase printed on it that has vaguely racist and xenophobic undertones.

The hats were apparently placed there by Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers of Oregon to welcome the Republican members of congress at today's House meeting. And to ostensibly celebrate their big electoral win last Tuesday. (Please note, we're referring to the congressional and senatorial wins. That commander-in-cheeto-dust victory isn't a win for anybody).
