Donald Trump's approval ratings dropping like a stone.

Courtesy of TPM:

President Donald Trump’s net approval rating dropped by eight points in his first week in the Oval Office, according to daily polls tracked by Gallup. On Sunday Jan. 22, two days after being sworn in, 45 percent of respondents said they disapproved of Trump’s job performance and 45 percent approved.

By Friday Jan. 27, the percentage who disapproved rose to 50 and percentage who approved dipped to 42.

If Trump keeps on gong the way he is he might just bottom out at zero before spring.

Personally I think we should redo the election now that the American people have a true sense of who Donald Trump REALLY is.

I guarantee the largest turnout in American history.

Yes and number each ballot with a receipt for voter. NO electronic voting machines. Owned by Republicans. Who was it that owned the company that rigged it in previous elections?

Sad and funny. Nobody in the media is covering Sarah Palin other than the racist Breibart.

  3. See Little Green Footballs for before and after screenshots of whitehouse.gov.

Under "Our Government, the site listed Executive branch, Legislative branch, and Judicial branch.

Judicial branch is now GONE. This administration has essentially declared openly that they are above the law.

Unless he is stopped, no hyperbole, we are done as a nation of laws. Nothing but a banana republic.

It has been restored and is there again, listed right under Legislative Branch.

So, they did not get away with that!

I doubt that he cares! He's in position to do exactly what he wants when he wants, laws be damned. What's a poll to him?

Your kidding, he has been fixated on photos of crowds for the past two weeks, TV viewer numbers and you think he doesn’t care about polls?

    2. Oh, he cares a great deal.

But his flunkies will tell him he's beloved by the masses, the media lie, the polls are rigged and he'll believe it because he wants to, he HAS to.

They'll try to redirect him from any TV or media that shows all of the riots and the huge crowds rioting against him. I'm sure he'll explain it away in his deranged little tiny mind.

This asshole will have to be forcibly removed from the White House. If Ryan and the cowards in the house finally impeach him and McConnell and his cowards finally vote him out, he'll still have to be physically removed from the White House. That means a confrontation with his private security who he will order to resist.

It is going to be messy. Very messy.

  5. I get great satisfaction and solace with the knowledge that this news is probably causing him so much agony. Every night when he lays his giant noggin on his wee pillow and cries himself to sleep he wonders what happened to the drooling masses that cheered him on at his yuge rallies. His entire campaign was engaged in a conservative bubble and now he's hearing from the rest of the country and the world and the message isn't kind. The irony is Trump would much rather have the support of the coastal elites and Hollywood than the blind adulation he gets from the right wing nutjobs.

President trump exhibits classic signs of mental illness, including 'malignant narcissim,' shrinks say
    Excerpt:
For the past few weeks, psychologists have been speaking out, arguing that their profesional integrity, and patriotism, can't be silenced. The latest? A top psychotherapist affiliated with the esteemed Johns Hopkins University Medical School said Trump "is dangerously mentally ill and temperamentally incapable of being president.”

In an earlier effort just after the election, thousands of shrinks joined a new group called "Citizen Therapists Against Trumpism," which quickly released a "Public Manifesto" to warn America about its leader's apparent psychosis.

"We cannot remain silent as we witness the rise of an American form of fascism," the manifesto states.

The psychological warning signs? "Scapegoating ..., degrading, ridiculing, and demeaning rivals and critics, fostering a cult of the Strong Man who appeals to fear and anger, promises to solve our problems if we just trust in him, reinvents history and has little concern for truth (and) sees no need for rational persuasion."

Some states do have the ability to re-call their governors and I have been wishing the country had same for President so we could re-do the election right now and get him gone.

Among many things that should become law to prevent this ever happening again, we should make it legal to do a re-call.

Other things? No one gets on the ballot who does not pass a few common sense tests: American history, understanding of how the government works, good solid knowledge of the Constitution and what it does and does not cover, and maybe most important of all -- is found to be of sound mind and heart. Trump would not have passed any of these.

    2. We do have a means of recall.

It's called impeachment. But you have to have a majority in the House and the Senate to be successful. With the "winners" in charge, good luck with that. What will Trump have to do, how far will he have to go before enough Republicans in both the House and Senate will move forward to impeach him. You know they won't do anything unless they are SURE they'll succeed because the retaliation if they fail will be enormous.

Still bulllshit. Still 42%. I don't beleive this poll. More like 12% - the actual number of cretins that voted for him.

The last I read on the BBC site was that the government was going to debate the request made by the petition. AND, there is nothing on Google saying the government has even met to debate the request.

8 days to go over 50% disapproval rating.

It took Clinton, the next in line 573 days to go over 50% disapproval.
