A former United States representative from Texas and one of his aides were indicted on Tuesday on charges that they stole hundreds of thousands of dollars meant for charity, some of which was used to illegally finance his campaigns.

The former representative, Steve Stockman, 60, and the former director of special projects in his congressional office, Jason Posey, 46, were charged in a 28-count indictment related to the alleged yearslong fraud scheme. The charges included mail and wire fraud, conspiracy, making false statements to the Federal Election Commission and money laundering, the Justice Department said in a statement.

Mr. Stockman, a Republican, solicited $1.25 million in charitable donations from May 2010 to October 2014 that was later used for other purposes, the Justice Department said.

What? A Republican politician stealing from the needy? Say it ain't so!

Of course Stockman is pleading not guilty, because you know taking responsibility is such a libtard thing to do.

"Those looking for dirt on Rep. Steve Stockman (R-TX) need look no further. TPM has obtained photographs taken by the local officials who recently shut down Stockman's campaign office in Webster, Texas. And the images are dirty. And dusty. And grimy.

The story, to recap, was reported last month by The Houston Chronicle. According to the Chronicle, officials in Webster, Texas in November ordered the emergency closure of Stockman's campaign headquarters, citing multiple safety violations. The newspaper reported that various campaign staffers and volunteers were working and sleeping in the office, located in a former a former motorcycle shop considered unsafe for habitation."

TIP of the iceberg floating in the swamp of shit for brains cult. Yep. Check it out!! In all fifty states are crooks in position to steal money, launder money, funnel money. And what is their motive? agenda? and desire?
Each of us know someone somebody involved in this crime and scam. They may not know it but they are helping. Every real vote for trump was a jab to our country. How about we kick all Russian, Chinese, N. Korea out of the country today. Then start arresting the USA citizens that have committed treason, espionage and collusion with the enemy. Then physically force the resignation of mr trump and family. This would be a start to repair the damage. This would start the Justice to be served to our enemies. Time for America to STAND UP AND FIGHT THE ENEMY WITHIN OUR BORDERS. Time to bring troops home and time to put a stop to this outrageous crime TODAY.

  8. They always seem to be Republicans and most of them seem to be from Texas.

And yet, the loyal uneducated still don't seem to have a clue.

The list of federal politicians committing crimes seems to be growing with each administration. Are we simply losing our morals and ethics or electing more and more criminals?

That list doesn't even include Tom DeLay!
