In case you missed it here is Donald Trump admitting that the Republican health care bill screws the very people who voted for him.

Courtesy of Think Progress:

CARLSON: This bill has as one of its centerpieces a tax-cut for investors that would primarily benefit people making over $250,000 a year. They’ve already done pretty well in the past ten years, as you know.

TRUMP: Yeah.

CARLSON: A Bloomberg analysis showed that counties that voted for you — middle-class and working-class counties — would do far less well under this bill —

TRUMP: Yeah. Oh, I know.

CARLSON: — than the counties that voted for Hillary, the more affluent counties.

TRUMP: I know. It’s very preliminary.

CARLSON: It seems like maybe this isn’t consistent with the last election.

TRUMP: No. A lot of things aren’t consistent. But this is going to be negotiated.

From there, Trump went on to merely complain that Democrats “hate the Republicans so badly that they cannot see straight, so they’re always going to vote against us.” He never said anything more to address the actual substance of the legislation and the impact it’ll have on the many Americans who depend on the insurance they can access through Obamacare, which they would lose.

I am not even surprised that the people who will be hurt the worst by the GOP policies are the ones who voted Donald Trump into office.

And the sad fact is that they are very likely too stupid to even see it, and in the next election cycle they will once again vote Republican just like a victim of domestic violence who keeps convincing themselves that this time things will be different.

Here is the Bloomberg article that Carlson is referencing.

I caught that too! He is, after all, trying to run our country as a business, which will be a huge failure.

He's failing already in his role of potus. Damn, but he is a horrid individual! Glad I'm not personally related to him and extremely sorry he was elected potus. He does not represent me or my thoughts and hopes for our country.

    Hey here's another Yooge surprise!

    Politico reports:

"Freedom Caucus aligns with Bannon in risky Obamacare gambit

The Republican hard-liners are going around House Speaker Paul Ryan and finding a sympathetic ear in Trump's right-hand man."

    http://www.politico.com/story/2017/03/obamacare-freedom-caucus-steve-bannon-trump-ryan-236149

So they are telling us that the Reich Wing Talibangelical Freedumb Caucus is now aligning with the same guy that made the hit "political documentary" Undefeated about Sarah Palin? Sarah, the failed and defeatred Veep in 2008, the failed and quit Governor in 2009, and the highly touted supposed Presiduncial candidate in 2012?

They are doing this to shiv the poor peons making less than 200 large per year and make it rain on the billionaire funders of the Rebiblican Party?

JEEBUS! WHO COULD HAVE EVER SEEN THAT ONE COMING?

Sarah Palin- still relevant as a historical relic, mostly because she was a "trial run" of the grand strategy in 2008. Death panels for RILL and starving kids and grannies as an investment in 'Murrica's Dystopian Future!

    SAD.

Trump: Don't Blame My Admin For Baseless UK Spying Claim, Blame Fox!

President Donald Trump on Friday suggested his administration bore no responsibility for promoting a Fox News analyst's baseless claim that British intelligence agency GCHQ spied on Trump for former President Barack Obama.

In a joint press conference with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, a German reporter asked Trump about the Fox analyst's claim, which has been denied by GCHQ.

"We said nothing. All we did was quote a certain, very talented legal mind who was the one responsible for saying that on television," Trump responded. "I didn't make an opinion on it. That was a statement made by a very talented lawyer on Fox. And so you shouldn't be talking to me. You should be talking to Fox. Okay?"

White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer on Thursday read several media reports aloud to reporters in an effort to defend Trump's baseless claim that Obama had wiretapped Trump Tower during the campaign. One of the reports he read out was an on-air a claim from Fox News legal analyst Andrew Napolitano, who claimed that GCHQ spied on Trump at Obama's behest.

GCHQ denied Napolitano's claim, and British officials “expressed their concerns” to the White House about Spicer's promotion of it, according to a White House statement. After that communication, the White House apologized and said it never meant to suggest that Napolitano's report was credible.

Fox News Just Made Trump Look Like A Total Lunatic On Obama Wiretap Claims

Fox News wasted no time firing back and President Trump after he tried to blame the cable network for his claim that the British helped Obama spy on him. Fox made Trump look nuts by saying there is no evidence that Trump was wiretapped.

During his joint press conference with Angela Merkel, Trump said, “All we did was quote a certain very talented legal mind who was the one responsible for saying that on television. I didn’t make an opinion on it. That was a statement made by a very talented lawyer on Fox, and so you shouldn’t be talking to me. You should be talking to Fox.”

Fox replied, “Fox News can not confirm Judge Napolitano’s commentary. Fox News knows of no evidence of any kind that the now President Of The United States was surveilled at any time in any way. Full stop.”

In other words, the Fox News message back to Trump was, don’t try to blame your crazy on us. We just push conspiracy theories. We aren’t responsible for you believing them.

When Fox News decides that they need to step back because Donald Trump is too crazy for them, that’s saying something.

Trump Trashes Fox News In Front Of The World While Sticking To Claim Obama Spied On Him

When Trump said that his administration said nothing, he was lying.

Video of White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer, in the White House, talking about the Fox News report:

...His administration did say something. It is on tape, but when Trump got busted on it, his first instinct was to blame Fox News.

It’s revealing that Trump believes that nothing official is said by his administration unless it comes out of his mouth. Trump thinks that he is a one-man band running the United States.

America’s conspiracy theory president is making enemies of out of allies and trashing the cable news network that supports him.

Oh, and he also still believes that Obama wiretapped him.

Remaining Defenders Of Trump Wiretap Claim Find Themselves Out On Limb

...White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer spent much of his Thursday briefing filibustering reporters who tried to get him to reconcile Trump's wild allegations with congressional leaders' insistence that they'd seen no evidence to support them. For about seven minutes, Spicer read directly from media reports that he said supported the President’s claims, concluding that “putting the published accounts and common sense together, this leads to a lot.”

Both Spicer and Trump insist that the President will be “vindicated” in the next two weeks as presumably classified, previously unreleased information proving him right trickles out.

Below is a list of Trump allies, lawmakers and pundits who've defended the increasingly untenable wiretapping allegations, in descending order of intensity.

GOP Rep. Amash: Health Bill 'Remains A Disaster,' 'Not True' That Con's Flipped

A conservative Republican congressman said Friday that, contrary to President Donald Trump's claims that some Republicans had changed their votes on the American Health Care Act, the bill “remains a disaster.”

The comment came in a tweet from Rep. Justin Amash (R-MI), shortly after President Donald Trump praised what he characterized as a successful meeting with members of the Republican Study Committee, meant to find a consensus on the bill.

In a press availability after the meeting Thursday, Trump said, referring to the dozen-or-so congresspeople in the room, "100 percent of the noes are now yeses."

I don't see the folks that elected Donald Trump casting their votes for him again. Especially once they receive their health insurance bills that have increased substantially.

Trump was such an idiot - didn't understand health insurance - had no clue about the costs, but opened his pie hole once again and provided the wrong facts!!! He's so inept it's embarrassing.

He's going to lose his office as potus. Do not see him surviving four years!

Fired U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara Said to Have Been Investigating HHS Secretary Tom Price

Former U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara, who was removed from his post by the Trump administration last week, was overseeing an investigation into stock trades made by the president’s health secretary, according to a person familiar with the office.

Tom Price, head of the Department of Health and Human Services, came under scrutiny during his confirmation hearings for investments he made while serving in Congress. The Georgia lawmaker traded hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of shares in health-related companies, even as he voted on and sponsored legislation affecting the industry.

J.D. Gordon quit the Donald Trump campaign shortly after his meeting with Russian Ambassador

...Who is J.D. Gordon? That’s the question we should all be asking right now. We know who is on paper. He was a Donald Trump campaign adviser for national security. He was Carter Page’s supervisor during the campaign. He worked at the Pentagon during the latter years of the George W. Bush administration. He was a Navy Commander. But who is he in terms of what he’s made of? And why did he quit the campaign just after the convention? Because that may explain how willing he is to rat out Donald Trump as the Russia scandal hits the fan.

Gordon, Page, and Jeff Sessions held a meeting with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak during the Republican National Convention which resulted in the Republican Party platform being changed from a pro-Ukraine position to a de facto pro-Russia position. Sessions was just fine with how it went down, going on to meet with Kislyak at least once more during the campaign, and then joining the Trump administration. Page stayed on with the campaign until his own Russia entanglements forced him out. But Gordon departed the campaign shortly thereafter. And now Gordon is acknowledging that it was Trump himself who wanted the platform change.

So why did J.D. Gordon quit the Trump campaign just after he played a pivotal role in Trump’s Russia scandal?
