North Korea is now using Trump's missile attack on Syria as justification for their nuclear weapons program.

Good job in Syria, we are so grateful for the excuse.
Courtesy of the Daily Beast:

North Korea says the U.S. airstrikes in Syria prove that its nuclear weapons program is justified, calling the strikes “absolutely unpardonable.” The remarks were made by an unnamed official from the country’s foreign ministry, according to state-run Korean Central News Agency. “We will bolster up in every way our capability for self-defense to cope with the U.S. evermore reckless moves for a war and defend ourselves with our own force,” the North Korean official said.

The North Koreans have long used "US aggression" as the justification for their nuclear weapons program, and this Syria attack just provided more credibility in that arena.

As it turns out North Korea's benevolent overlords, China, were ultimately unimpressed with Trump's first outing as commander-in-chief as well.

Courtesy of the New York Times:

With President Xi Jinping safely out of the United States and no longer President Trump’s guest, China’s state-run media on Saturday was free to denounce the missile strike on Syria, which the American president told Mr. Xi about while they were finishing dinner.

Xinhua, the state news agency, on Saturday called the strike the act of a weakened politician who needed to flex his muscles. In an analysis, Xinhua also said Mr. Trump had ordered the strike to distance himself from Syria’s backers in Moscow, to overcome accusations that he was “pro-Russia.”

That unflattering assessment reflected China’s official opposition to military interventions in the affairs of other countries. But it was also a criticism of Mr. Trump himself, who Mr. Xi had hoped was a man China could deal with.

So much for the tyrannical toddler approach to diplomacy.

I think that Trump was hoping that by doing something militarily, anything militarily, that he would suddenly be viewed as an actual leader worthy of holding the most powerful position in the world.

Instead he appears pathetic, impulsive, and essentially impotent.

And unfortunately so does America.

McCain is as much an idiot (and war monger) as is Trump. And don't forget that he was the one that picked Alaska's idiot Sarah Palin to be his running mate!

McCain has always been on the heavy side...check out his tum-tum and chubby face!

OT?"“I asked for a warrant or some papers, they said they showed them to my husband,” she recalled, according to a translation. “With my husband, I talked in the commissariat by phone, he said that he was shown some piece of paper in Spanish without a seal and his photo in poor quality. Something was said about the fact that the virus my husband allegedly created was related to Trump’s victory in the elections.”

The Chinese Pres came here and was "treated" to a performance of a grandchild singing in Chinese, something he and his wife could see every day at home. It may have been cute, but really, how appropriate was it? In any case, why parade Ivanka's children in front of them, and not Barron?

I so agree with you, 9:30 AM. The media is doing a non-stop horrid disservice to America (and the world). It's constant war talk - spreading hate and fear. Especially MSNBC and CNN. Turn them off folks - they are NOT being fact-talking journalists at all!

  7. I love/hate the media. Right now I picture asshole trump standing in the middle of a square with a bag of breadcrumbs and tossing them to the pigeons/media.

They scurry in every direction, running and flapping their wings around him grabbing each morsel. That's exactly what's happening.

Suddenly they're all squawking about Syria, N Korea and China - Russia is yesterday's news. WTF???

The whole point of his theatrics in Syria were triggered by Assad's cruel chemical attack which I totally believe were orchestrated by the 3 dictators - Assad, trump and Putin. Gryphen mentioned this more than once as a possibility to derail the 24/7 news cycle on the Russian collusion and treason. I'm also among many others who've called this long before that POS agreed to the plot - the innocents that died slow tortuous deaths and remember how he emphasized the BABIES - oh the BABIES! He wanted to burn that image into our collective hearts and minds to get the most shock and revulsion so he looks more like the hero to increase the maniac's poll numbers. It's so transparent and disgusting I can't stomach him another day.

I've even had nightmares recently over all of this. Terrible nightmares. This is how he's impacting most Americans.

If we don't impeach this cockroach, I fear for the future of our country as well as others.

Even china saw through this fucking loser. I'd love to see that asshole spicer get the shit knocked out of him. What an asshole - dear god we have such an escalating cluster fuck.

Except for the fact it's obvious now that the Chinese President didn't pay one bit of attention to the rhetoric of The Donald while in Florida! But, should we be the least bit surprised?

Trump is NOT taken seriously in our own country let alone around the world.

America is fucked with him as the so called leader of the USA! Plus, he and the folks he appointed to his cabinet will have us in all out war soon!

Russia and China could combine forces and wipe us and our country off the face of the earth!

Americans were fucking idiots to have elected Trump! Fucking idiots! And, it wasn't even a majority count of the voters that allowed him the office of potus!

Is it any wonder our country is now looked at w/disgust?

Good God, do we ever need President Obama as our leader again!

Town hall boos GOP Rep for trying to distract from Trump/Russia investigation

The corporate media may have been easily distracted from the investigation into Donald Trump's possible collusion with Russia, but everyday Americans are not. Republican Rep. Tom McClintock of California found that out at a town hall meeting over the weekend, when his attempt to deflect a question in the investigation was met with jeers from constituents.

It took Donald Trump 59 Tomahawk cruise missiles to buy himself one day of kind coverage at the end of another otherwise terrible week. But what the president himself described as an impulsive reaction to heartrending photos of Syrian children gassed by Assad on his watch isn’t a coherent strategy to punish Assad for using chemical weapons.

Even supporters who hoped the strike would show Trump as a he-man leader willing to grasp the saber of state in his tiny hands and rattle it firmly, it failed to paper over the political crisis consuming his White House as his staff and family have become warring factions seeking his favor so that the story has become not about the president’s goals, policies, or accomplishments, but a group of people around him who make the Borgias look like the Brady Bunch.

Trump is faced with terrible options when it comes to rearranging the deck chairs on the SS White House, and those of us who warned you this was inevitable are ordering popcorn. The cancer in the presidency isn’t his staff—though they reflect his shoddy intellect, his shallow impulsiveness, his loose grasp of reality, and Chinese-menu ideology. The problem is Trump himself, and nothing and no one can change that.

Reporter Asks Spicer Why We Can Bomb in the Name of Syrian Kids But Not Take in Refugees

At today’s White House press briefing, the first question lobbed at Sean Spicer was about last Thursday’s airstrike on Syria.

All weekend, reports indicated that Donald Trump made the call to send missiles at a Syrian airfield after photos and videos of children suffering from a gas attack touched his heart. Naturally, that led to questions about why his heart hasn’t been moved by the refugees who are fleeing Syria, many of whom are also children.

As soon as Spicer opened the briefing to questions, a reporter hit him with, “Why is it okay to bomb Syria but not okay to assist the refugees?”

In response, Spicer insisted that the most humanitarian thing the United States can do is send bombs so that Syrians can stay in their homeland. He did not address the millions who have already been forced to flee. When asked about them on the campaign trail, Trump stated clearly he’d have to issue looking a refugee child in the face and telling them they “can’t come.”

Watch above to see Spicer talking about “the greatest aspect of humanitarian relief” — which involves bombing.

Putin ordered the chemical attack on Syria, then blamed in on Assad.

Putin is going to remove Assad and put in a worse dictator of their own choosing.

Trump will praise Putin for working with the US and removing Assad.

    Sanctions will be lifted.
