Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad gassed his own people again after Secretary of State Tillerson signaled that the US would not interfere.

Courtesy of the  Daily Beast:

Days ago, in Ankara, U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson signaled that the U.S. had no quarrel with Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad, a man Tillerson’s predecessor compared to Adolf Hitler after he slaughtered more than 1,000 people with poison gas in 2013.

The “longer-term status of President Assad,” Tillerson said, “will be decided by the Syrian people,” a euphemism used by Damascus, Moscow, and Tehran to indicate that he isn’t going anywhere.

White House press secretary Sean Spicer used almost identical language the next day, saying, “Well, I think with respect to Assad, there is a political reality that we have to accept in terms of where we are right now.”

But the gas, it appears, is raining down once again on civilians.

Apparently that sent a signal to Assad that he had free rein to do whatever he wanted to the people of Syria with no fear of repercussions coming from America.

Here is more courtesy of Vox:

A suspected poison gas attack by the Syrian regime on the rebel-held town of Khan Sheikhoun has killed at least 65 people — including at least 11 children — and wounded 350, according to the Paris-based Union of Medical Care & Relief Organizations and others. Videos and photos taken by activists and medics on the scene showed victims choking and fainting, some with foam coming out of their mouths. These videos and photos have not been independently verified.

A few hours later, Syrian warplanes launched another airstrike on one of the medical clinics where victims of the first attack were being treated, the New York Times reports. Let that sink in for a moment: Bashar al-Assad gassed his own people, then bombed those desperately trying to save the lives of those suffering and dying from the chemicals.

Vox is also reporting on the White House's response to this attack which was to blame it on President Obama:

“These heinous actions by the Bashar Assad regime are a consequence of the past administration’s weakness and irresolution,” press secretary Sean Spicer said. “President Obama said in 2012 that he would establish a ‘red line’ against the use of chemical weapons and then did nothing.”

Seriously?

Of course the problem with this is that the internet lives forever.
Oops!

Of course the reality is that here we are in 2017, Donald Trump is now the president, so besides blaming Obama what exactly will HE do about this humanitarian crisis?

Actually my money is on "Not a damn thing."

Did dons brother have a alcohol and drug problem? Maybe that is why don johns cabinet is working so hard on opiod problems beside his entire cabinet of drug addicts and lousy losing actors are in need of immediate help. The trump healthcare no plan does not address that, but they do address the many things like pre existing condition's which is everyone and such conditions as addiction, blood lab cost, maternity cost and care, diagnostic testing, chemo therapy for cancer patients. and mandatory genetic testing to ID the costly patients. And this should save trump friends trillions. I'm glad the mandatory insurance will be removed because after this we wont need insurance. He will just gas us like his pals in Russia and Syria. It is a great month and weather perfect for major protest and the repeal of Donald John Trump and spies from America.

Border wall bids include tourist attraction, solar panels
    The Associated Press

SAN DIEGO (AP) Tuesday was the deadline for companies to propose designs for President Donald Trump's border wall with Mexico. U.S. Customs and Border Protection will ask several of the bidders to build prototypes in San Diego.
The government won't identify companies until contracts are awarded around June 1 and even then, only the winners but some bidders released plans on their own.

    SOLAR PANELS
Gleason Partners LLC of Las Vegas proposes solar panels to cover sections of the wall.
The panels would provide electricity for lighting, sensors and patrol stations along the wall. Sales of electricity to utilities could cover the cost of construction in 20 years or less, according to the company. Power could also be sold to Mexico.
"I like the wall to be able to pay for itself," said managing partner Thomas Gleason.
    ___
    TOURIST ATTRACTION
Crisis Resolution Security Services Inc. of Clarence, Illinois, proposes a wall that is 56 feet (17 meters) high and 22 feet (7 meters) wide at the top with plenty of room to allow tourists to enjoy desert views.
The height nearly twice what the government envisions would deter climbers, and its width would give the structure longevity, said chief executive officer Michael Hari.
    ___
    NUCLEAR WASTE
Clayton Industries Inc. of Pittsburgh proposes storing nuclear waste along the wall in trenches that are at least 100 feet deep.
Money already collected by the U.S. Department of Energy from people who benefit from nuclear power would help pay for the wall.
The bid includes an option for hardware to convert the nuclear waste to energy.

    NO BORDER
Otra Nation, a group of U.S. and Mexican citizens, proposed the world's first shared co-nation along the border "open to citizens of both countries and co-maintained by Mexico and the United States of America."
It would also create "nodes of cultural production" such as libraries, museums, galleries and workshops between San Diego and Tijuana, Mexico, and other spots with cities on both sides of the border.
It would prohibit oil drilling and mining and create a "hyperloop transportation system" for people and cargo.

Let's find out where they live and drive them back to Alaska, post haste. Texas has enough crazy conservatives.

I think the Syrian Rebels have an extremely good propaganda machine working right now. They sure are trying to blame the government for something they more than likely did to draw the Americans into another war which is none of our business. The media is just sucking this stuff up and spitting it out. The US has sent hundreds of tons of weapons to these rebels as well as being a nation who helped start the problem in the first place with the Arab spring protest movement. Do a little investigating on the situation do not just accept what your hearing from the media.
