Crazed woman with a law degree wants to legally take down CNN for spreading "fake news." Before you ask, yes she's a Trump supporter.

(Okay look, I posted this video to provide some context, but I really do not suggest that you watch too much of it because it could break your brain. No, seriously.)

Courtesy of Law Newz:

A group, headed by Ohio attorney Joni Turner, is organizing a class action civil lawsuit which they claim will be a “legal takedown” of CNN for “defaming,” and spreading “fake news.” Turner announced the effort on Periscope, and has since set up a website asking for class action members to sign up. #OurTakeDown claims that “it is time to hold CNN accountable.”

Within a few hours of launching the website, Turner said she already had 621 people sign up to be part of the class action.

“I am using every avenue available to Legally go after CNN for using their “Fake” News Platform to ‘Defame’ “Bully” “Target” and “Destroy” Conservative Americans,” Turner wrote.

This Turner woman goes on quite a rant against CNN and the Southern Poverty Law Center, among others, and it is so batshit crazy that batshit is threatening to sue me for using that term.

As Law Newz points out she IS an actual attorney in Ohio, but she also had her license suspended twice, once in 2003 and once in 2006.

That is not at all surprising. What is surprising is that they ever took her off suspension.

A previous Fox News lawsuit ruling that Fox reporting doesn't have to be true will get this suit thrown out.

Willer makes the Daily Mail! She's wearing her MAGA swimsuit.

"Poolside politics: The Make America Great Again swimsuit loved by Trump-supporting women - including Tomi Lahren, Willow Palin and a host of stunning models"

Squatty self promoting people are models too. Is that Bristol's new pool outside of Austin? Perfect place for a swim - hot August 6 and prior. Austin is wet now, with Harvey and all.

I had no idea that Bristol twitters. That seems like hard work for the Instagram NYT's best selling author.

When was that last baby born? She was busy working right up to the line, like an Alaskan frontier woman. No doubt she got right up and ploughed a few fields.

Looking at that image, it is hard to say who that is at the pool in the MAGA suit. The Palins publicists contact and send things for media consumption all the time. It is what they do. Who it is doesn't matter, it is what they want you to believe. I think it was on Willow's Instagram, it could be her. Sarah's peeps who work with the Daily Mail said to use Willow.

Bristol was on top of the Antifa reporting right away. It's new to me that she keeps up with the alt-right, alt-left or any of it. She also writes about transgendered Americans

Anything they don't agree with is automatically "fake news". People in Texas heard about the hurricane on CNN and immediately deemed it "fake news". In fact, the Weather Channel started to begin all their broadcasts at the top of the hour with: "We cannot emphasize this strongly enough. This is not "fake news" - this hurricane is real and dangerous and you need to heed the warnings".

    I watched this:

The Dems better have passion like this, or they are toast.

She really believes her people are being stalked, lied about, targeting, etc.

@ 21:52 --She really believes Trump "is the smartest President ever to step into the WH, smarter than the last 5 presidents put together...." watch the last 6 minutes.... "Bannon, the Cannon", Brietbart... Bannon needs to be our Soros...

"If it wasn't for prayers Trump would not be President."

She even calls her talk a "rant" --

She must read the National Enquirer. A few months back they had headline about "truth about Trump's IQ". Assuming it was about how low it is, and surprised the National Enquirer would publish a negative article about him, I bought it.

Well, I was snookered and immediately put the paper in the trash swearing never ever again to waste my money on that rag.

That article mentioned something along the lines of how brilliant he is, how no one can keep up with him and I think, something about how much smarter he is that the last how many presidents".

So, along with Fox and Breitbart, these people get "news and opinion" from the National Enquirer. And, evidently they believe it.

She showed the web page of the SPLC and read some of the names they list as hate groups in an effort to inspire outrage in her potential supporters. One of the groups she mentioned was the Westboro Baptist Church.

So, according to this nutcase, the WBC is NOT a hate group???

Liberty University produces another "gem". We know of one person who graduated there. She went into a boatload of debt since the place is so damn expensive and she can't find a job because she learned virtually nothing, has little skill, and most employers have figured out that this school is a joke and people graduating from there are good for nothing.

DIdn't Louie Gohmert get his law degree from there?....I state my case! Even without a law degree, I am far more capable of practicing law than these idiots

I know a grad of Liberty. There are over 100 teacher vacancies in the area and she can't get a job. I know another and hearing how they must include bible quotes to justify or support assignment answers in almost all classes whether humanities and nursing is scary to me. Just saying I never heard of such a thing even a brother attending a Jesuit military school, sister attended a Catholic women's college, my time in Catholic schools either. Religious education was that separate from basic education.

Who would hire a graduate brainwashed to preface or hold Jesus or God as fundamental or the reason of being for every thing? Craziness

  19. This was tried, sorta, in Florida against Fox News. Judge ruled Fox wasn't compelled to "tell the truth".

So there you have it. If Fox News can provide "fake" news, then so can any other network. Not that CNN does.

It will be interesting to see what this "lawyer" presents as evidence that CNN is providing "fake" news.

But face it. This will NEVER go to court. It will be thrown out before it gets that far.
