New Quinnipiac is devastating news for Donald Trump.

Trump's approval numbers have been dropping in every single poll that comes out lately, but this poll is perhaps the worst one thus far.

Courtesy of Quinnipiac:

President Donald Trump is doing more to divide the country, 62 percent of voters say, while 31 percent say he is doing more to unite the country, his worst score on this question, according to a Quinnipiac University national poll released today.

President Trump gets a negative 35 - 59 percent overall job approval rating, down from a negative 39 - 57 percent rating in an August 17 survey by the independent Quinnipiac (KWIN- uh-pe-ack) University. Every party, gender, education, age and racial group disapproves except Republicans, who approve 77 - 14 percent; white voters with no college, approving 52 - 40 percent, and white men, who approve by a narrow 50 - 46 percent.

American voters disapprove 60 - 32 percent of Trump's response to the events in Charlottesville.

Oh yeah it gets worse.

59% pf Americans believe that Trump has encouraged white supremacist groups.

55% say there is too much racism in the country these days, and 50% say prejudice against minority groups is a "very serious problem."

And all of this is laid directly at the feet of Donald Trump with 65% of those polled said that "the level of hatred and prejudice in the U.S. has increased" since he was elected.

"Elected on his strength as a deal-maker, but now overwhelmingly considered a divider, President Donald Trump has a big negative job approval rating and low scores on handling racial issues," said Tim Malloy, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Poll.

And these numbers will not exactly thrill Trump either:

President Trump does not provide the U.S. with moral leadership, American voters say 62 - 35 percent. Voter opinions of most Trump qualities remain low:

61 - 36 percent that he is not honest;
61 - 37 percent that he does not have good leadership skills;
57 - 40 percent that he does not care about average Americans;
68 - 29 percent that he is not level headed;
59 - 38 percent that he is a strong person;
55 - 43 percent that he is intelligent;
63 - 34 percent that he does not share their values.

But possibly the number that is going to REALLY get under Trump's skin is the 49% of Americans who think we would be better off with Hillary in the White House.

Personally I think that number is much too low, but I have every confidence that it will be going up soon.

    Recent polls that identify democrats and republicans have Trump with approximately 80% republican approval rating. I am surprised it is so high.

    " ... except Republicans, who approve 77 - 14 percent"

    The party of imbeciles. They must have a collective IQ in the 50's and education at the grammar school level. How else do you explain such numbers? Is it entirely due to a sympathetic reaction to his racist dog whistles? They claim be be good church going folks. How could good folks be racist? /s

      I know a few. They can quote a lie Trump has told, such as our country lets anybody in our borders are completely open. They believe Trump who takes advantage of uneducated, inexperienced to ignorant persons. Then they wonder why I do not like him.

      They probably approve of Trump fooled he alone cares about any vetting because he lied pathologically denying all the measures ready in place including the lengthy process 18 months long refugees go through.

    Is it any wonder that he has to keep repeating "CROOKED Hillary" every other breath? He has no merit whatsoever.

    Trump is a big hit with the racists, the mentally ill, and the ignorant. Of these, those without wealth are known as the republican base. Give even the feeble minded(Sarah Palin comes to mind) an audience receptive to racist dog whistles and they will be able to fleece these dopes with ease.

    When does this country start winning? I see a man/baby bullying, name calling, and throwing tantrums. I also see he is impulsive on twitter and is a poor speller. Was there some winning in all of this that I missed.

      And if any substance, something is about to come down on him or the Palin's. Or could be just a crazy. I'm guessing we'll see it play out in the usual Palin drama fashion.

    Look at that ugly, putrid face of Trump in that photo. He always makes me want to literally puke! Detest the boy/man!

    He's using the hurricane for cover. He's thrilled that the news' attention will be on it. Already tonight he has signed the transgender ban. Rumor's strong that he will end DACA over the weekend. And he's had those Arpaio pardon papers ready to sign. Don't be surprised of all three things are done this weekend.

    I've been checking Twitter, and a number of pro-DACA people, like Rep. Adam Schiff, have been tweeting over the past 1-2 hours about preserving DACA. It's been a rumor today that Trump is going to overturn it, and the timing of the tweets says it's imminent. Hopefully not, but probable.

      And in typical Trump style, he's exploiting something/someone to get what he wants. In this case, it's the hurricane and all the people affected by it. He clearly told himself that the hurricane was the perfect time to do what he's done. now, there's just DACA left. Well, of the big three. Who knows what else he'll unravel over the next two-three days.

    And how cowardly, going to the Camp David he loathes so as to do these deeds (transgender ban, Arpaio) out of the public eye.

    OT?"If the Trump campaign worked with the Russians, or actively tried to obtain the hacked emails from the Russians, it would be a direct link and proof of collusion between Trump and Russia. There are two big questions about the Russia investigation. Did the Trump campaign collude with Russia during the presidential election, and did Donald Trump obstruct justice when he fired James Comey?"
    " It has dozens of moving parts and figures, and that is WITHOUT including the examination of potential Trump financial CRIME$. "

    "President Donald Trump’s administration parted ways with yet another staffer this week.

    Politico reported Thursday that Andy Hemming resigned from his position as the White House communications team’s director of rapid response on Monday.

    The 31-year-old former Republican National Committee staffer, who was profiled by Politico’s Annie Karni this month, was responsible for finding positive mainstream media news stories about the Trump administration and recirculating those reports to key reporters and talking heads. Hemming’s goal was to ultimately create more mainstream coverage about positive moments for the Trump administration on the very networks the president routinely bashes and refers to as “fake news,” according to Karni’s piece.

    Every presidential administration has staffers dedicated to monitoring the press and pushing out stories related to favorable moments. But Trump’s relationship with the press and responses to news coverage is unprecedented. For instance, Vice News reported this month that the president receives a folder filled with positive news about himself twice a day ― a report previous presidents apparently did not receive.

    Hemming’s role in the administration was a bizarre one, considering his boss regularly picks public feuds with journalists and mainstream news outlets he was required to target with positive stories."

    After the last few weeks, the poor guy probably couldn't find enough stories for one "briefing" let alone two a day.

    remember when we had a real president, a good president who cared about his country and its' people? why do republicans hate their country and it's people so much?
