One of Bill O'Reilly's many sexual harassment victims defies her confidentiality agreement to accuse O'Reilly and Fox News of breaking the settlement contract.

Courtesy of the New York Times:

A woman who reached a settlement with Bill O’Reilly over harassment allegations sued Mr. O’Reilly and Fox News on Monday for defamation and breach of contract, saying that public statements he and the network made violated the settlement and portrayed her as a liar and politically motivated extortionist.

The woman, Rachel Witlieb Bernstein, is one of six known to have reached settlements after making accusations against Mr. O’Reilly. (Her allegations did not include sexual harassment.) None of the others have said anything publicly about their claims, which involved sexual harassment.

Mr. O’Reilly has repeatedly said that the harassment allegations that led to his ouster from Fox News in April have no merit, that he never mistreated anyone and that he resolved the matters privately to protect his children.

“In fact, Mr. O’Reilly is the liar,” states the lawsuit, which was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. “He mistreated Ms. Bernstein. She was forced out of her job at Fox News and paid a settlement because of his mistreatment.”

The lawyers for Ms. Bernstein have suggested that these nondisclosure agreements are just a way of keeping the victims quiet while Fox News and Bill O'Reilly disparage their character.

“Knowing Ms. Bernstein and Mr. O’Reilly’s other victims are afraid to speak out because he and Fox forced them to sign nondisclosure agreements, O’Reilly and Fox have made false and disparaging claims,” Mr. Mullin said in a statement. “They should release all victims from their NDAs and let the truth out. It is cowardly to publicly attack these women knowing they have been subjected to contractual provisions requiring absolute silence.”

I doubt very seriously that Fox would ever release these women from their agreements to let them start talking, but if they band together as one and defy those agreements.....whoa Nelly!

Here’s The Real Sexual Assault Case That Could Destroy Donald Trump

A former contestent The Apprentice, Summer Zervos accused Trump of kissing her and grabbing her breast. After Trump called Zervos a liar, she sued him, and her lawyers subpoenaed the Trump campaign for all documents about any woman who accused Trump of touching them inappropriately.

    3. Trial is going on right now in state court. Trump’s weasels are trying to convince the judge that Trump is to important to be bothered with testifying or even showing up and the case should be dismissed.

So there you have it. Not only is Donald Trump campaigning for a serial child molester, he’s also lining his pockets in the process.

'This event is simply listed as a “Donald J. Trump rally.” That means it’s not for the purpose of raising money for Roy Moore’s campaign. Instead it’s for the purpose of raising money for Trump’s own 2020 reelection campaign. As we’ve previously explained, that particular “campaign” doesn’t exist, because Trump isn’t even close to launching a reelection campaign. Instead, Trump has been holding events like this simply so he can use them to bait his supporters into donating to his (essentially imaginary) 2020 reelection effort. It’s been widely documented that Trump is using his “reelection” funds to pay his family’s legal bills in the Trump-Russia scandal, which means he’s essentially pocketing the money.'

At least six female Democratic senators called on Sen. Al Franken to resign Wednesday, marking the first time any senator has called on the Minnesota Democrat to leave office as allegations of sexual harassment continue to mount.

The Democrats want Franken now because the Molester Moore crowd put him in the same realm.
I think there are situations that need a process instead of an immediate firing.

Several of the accusers are from the USO tours. The USO needs to be involved and vet what happened and their part. If someone can be fired due (in part) to USO tours, that's a big problem.

The USO tours that are not brought to task should not be allowed in the Senate situation.

The anonymous people need to come out. I hope the Democrats can't have him resign until the USO situations are more clear and there are no anonymous.

904 You told us that a no name former Democratic congressional aid had an attempted forcible kiss in 2006 after a taping of Franken's radio show? Do you know their name?

How would you know about this?

Was it a forced kiss like the other claim? Or was it just an attempt to kiss on cheek or a peck. It may not have happened at all. Need to know more about this alleged scene.

I need to see the details of the 7 or more accusers. I remember the first one. One or two gave their names with their version of what happened.
A million anonymous is void as far as I am concerned. Respect and investigate the anonymous, but it's a horrible thought if women and men can lose jobs for just anonymous claims.

I told you the accusations would keep on coming and likely end with Franken outed 9:50. Much like I told you all that Hillary was going to lose (to much arrogant laughter and disparagement, including Gryph). But, alas, it is hard to get thru thick heads that put emotional response above level headed thinking. (Now go ahead and call me a republican or Igor the Russian troll lol).

As far as I'm concerned, Franken doesn't begin to compare to Moore! Moore is a sick sexual deviate who likes kids. Franken is nothing like that!

    9. Franken is hardly on the same level as Moore or Trump or Conyers or the rest of them.

Plus many of these accusers are “anonymous.”

They want Franken to step down because he’s a Democrat and the votes have been too close.

This is just another Republican tactic like gerrymandering or voter suppression.

Franken should stand his ground and let the voters decide. If it’s good enough for Alabama then it’s good enough for Minnesota.

Has anyone not noticed the timing of the accusations? Its almost like someone is slowly doling out an accuser every so often to make it liik worse. 7 accusers in three weeks, four of them unnamed. Roy Moores accusers, all named, and most of them Trump voters. Trumps accusers, all named, but not Frankens. Remember roger stone knew about the tweeted announcement before it was made. The two other women who were named, both Trump supporters, released pictures that showed nothing but them smiling. Two unnamed women came out with the same stoery at the same time accusing him of grabbing their butts at different campaign events. One added he said they should go into the bathroom together. One woman, a local politician who appeared on an on location broadcast of his radio show, say he tried to sloppy kiss her. Now there's an unnamed congrssional aide whose boss appeared on franken show who said he tried to sloppy kiss her, then said she should do it because he's famous. Anyone else see a pattern where they keep adding stuff on with each accusation? I don't think he should resign. Let's put him and his accusers under oath in front of the ethics committee. Or else he should say, I will resign effective the day the president resigns.

      Two things.

First, HOW? The First Amendment stands in their favor as well, remember? And with the balanced reporting act repealed, what can they be charged with? It's certain that Humpty Trumpty's Justice Department isn't going to do anything to them regardless of what they try to say - especially with Humpty relying on Faux News.

And second, ANYONE can make such a statement under the guise of "Anonymous". If you feel strongly enough about something, why not truly stand for it?

Just a question. Not an indictment.
