The Kremlin perceives Donald Trump's tweets as official statements.

Dmitry Peskov
Courtesy of Reuters:

Tweets by U.S. President Donald Trump are viewed in Moscow as his official position and read by his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, the Kremlin said on Tuesday.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday it was not his place to comment on Trump’s actions, but added: ”In any case, everything which is published from his authorised Twitter account is perceived by Moscow as his official statement.

“Naturally, it is reported to Putin along with other information about official statements by politicians,” Peskov said, adding that Putin was not a Twitter user himself.

I would bet big money that other foreign governments also perceive these tweets as official statements, because they KNOW that they are the actual words coming from the man currently occupying the Oval Office.

Which means that tweets like this are considered by many to be the official position of the president of the United States.
Just imagine how our adversaries will use that to target American media outlets or dismiss their reporting altogether.

Of course they are official statements by the so called president, the only person that doesn't believe that is the WH.however spicy boy told the press that they are official!

In other news Omarosa ran to GMA and claims Kelly didn't fire her and they had a discussion in the situation room, because she is so important. I would hope they aren't using the situation room for something so mundane as firing Omarosa.but as she said she was the most important black woman in the WH and she has a story to tell :)
Of course, sure her next stop was to sell her story to the highest bidder.
Good riddance, she had no business being an "advisor" on anything, the president lies enough without her help.

I only caught part of the interview, howver she is already lying.she said she wasn't fired in the residence as reported.no one reported that, they reported she tried to get in the residence to see trump and was hauled off by secret service.
I would love to hear what vulgar remarks she made, for some reason i have the feeling they have something to do with donnie and hanky panky while melanomia is away.

    So Omarosa was fired?

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned

a woman who has been rejected by a man can be ferociously angry and vindictive.

In other words, Trump be prepared for Omarosa's book written about you revealing your evil campaign and administrative secrets.

    It's coming.

It's going to be interesting to see what she says about her time in the White House. Wonder what they are going to do to try and shut her up? She feels scorned and isn't afraid to air her feelings.

I watched 2 important documentary shows this week on PBS. One was a very detailed investigation into putin and his scam to power. He is a LIAR and the people of Russia are going to throw that bum out asap. The next was the original CEO's of facebook explaining the danger and damage caused by them since starting this social project of doom. Putin is a little man, a dangerous dictator waiting to be flushed. He is directly the cause of damages around the world. The Russian Citizens must remove him today as America must remove don john trump today. Both are evil little lying men with no soul.

OT .05% is to MANy. with tiny you know whats...
" to distinguish misogyny and sexism because the word misogyny, it has hostile connotations of maybe violence, or maybe another form of emotional or punitive hostility. I think that’s useful to distinguish from sexism, which doesn’t have to have any affective quality." The other aspect of it is her giving him MORAL GOODS like attention, and affection, and sex, and love, and maybe children. And part of it is that she shouldn’t take away his power, and misogyny enforces that. But it’s also that she should give him the kind of goods HE FEELS a sense of male entitlement to."
"patriarchal old boys’ clubs or, as we’ve been seeing: these powerful, typically white, men who get away with MORAL wrongdoing, and sometimes criminal acts of a misogynistic kind for decades and it’s OK."
aka HIMPATHY, which is a term for the disproportionate empathy extended in the direction of men we make too many excuses for. "the victimizers being men almost exclusively." "the victims do encompass pretty much anyone who is vulnerable, including boys and also oftentimes men of color, in the case of white perpetrators, it’s really important to see that misogynistic behavior often goes hand-in-hand with preying on other vulnerable classes of persons." “How do we educate boys in particular not to become these men?”"not just at the domineering “successful” misogynists, but this disappointed, aggrieved, down-on-his-luck, ripe-for-empathy kind of proverbial working-class white guy, among others, who often gets a heck of a free pass for all sorts of terrible behavior because he’s disappointed and FEELS in various ways like he’s been short-changed." We tend to be super sympathetic. when he’s victimizing others and also not when it’s requiring more of the feminine giving, and listening, and pandering to him that feeds into the sense of entitlement that underwrites the SHAME of not being powerful in the first place."

Children are not born hating and bullying. They learn this from their parents. Identify the kids at risk at birth and remove the influence from their life. Sad but true. SOME people should not have kids. Parenting classes are not enough.

Trump would stop at nothing to have the last word and to get back at anyone who opposes him. All his actions ans words are meant to satisfy his fragile ego no matter the harm that they will cause the country. He is truly unhinged and unfit to lead.
I can safely say that the rest of the world is appalled at the circus that they are witnessing inside the US. Many are not hiding their contempt and even publicly rebuff Trump's comments (Theresa May and the Mayor of London) or use his own words to poke fun at him (See France's "Make Our Planet Great Again" initiative). The rest of the world will also have a hard time trusting the US again since Trump has reneged on many US commitments by previous administrations.
Unfortunately, the US has already lost the mantle of leadership in the world that it had before Trump and other countries, such as China and Russia, are rushing to fill the void.

The WH from the very beginning insisted that his tweets are is official statements. They tried to walk it back several times, but what has been said has been said. No way to undo those statements, since they did not officially come from him.
So, yes, the rest of the world does accept his crazy statements as official statements from the US...

Doubting the intelligence, Trump pursues Putin and leaves a Russian threat unchecked

In the final days before Donald Trump was sworn in as president, members of his inner circle pleaded with him to acknowledge publicly what U.S. intelligence agencies had already concluded — that Russia’s interference in the 2016 election was real.

Holding impromptu interventions in Trump’s 26th-floor corner office at Trump Tower, advisers — including Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, and designated chief of staff, Reince Priebus — prodded the president-elect to accept the findings that the nation’s spy chiefs had personally presented to him on Jan. 6.

They sought to convince Trump that he could affirm the validity of the intelligence without diminishing his electoral win, according to three officials involved in the sessions. More important, they said that doing so was the only way to put the matter behind him politically and free him to pursue his goal of closer ties with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“This was part of the normalization process,” one participant said. “There was a big effort to get him to be a standard president.”

But as aides persisted, Trump became agitated. He railed that the intelligence couldn’t be trusted and scoffed at the suggestion that his candidacy had been propelled by forces other than his own strategy, message and charisma.

Told that members of his incoming Cabinet had already publicly backed the intelligence report on Russia, Trump shot back, “So what?” Admitting that the Kremlin had hacked Democratic Party emails, he said, was a “trap.”

Nearing the end game: The 6 phases of Trump’s plan to fire Robert Mueller

Trump and Pence were warned in January that CIA had proof Putin directed election hacks: report

Trump was notified during the transition that the CIA had conclusive proof that Russian president Vladimir Putin had personally directed hacking operations before the 2016 U.S. election.

Trump has repeatedly denied U.S. intelligence findings about Russian interference, and both he and Putin have insisted the claims were made up by Democrats to justify the election loss by Hillary Clinton.

But the Washington Post reported Thursday that Director of National Intelligence James R. Clapper Jr., CIA Director John Brennan and FBI Director James B. Comey met with Trump on Jan. 6 to report the CIA “had captured Putin’s specific instructions on the operation.”

O/T Gryphen, that story last week of the Spanish-speaking couple here in Canada who were confronted and assaulted by a guy in a BMW, who screamed "ISIS", and "terrorists"?

Two ironies here - it turns out that he is a personal injury lawyer in Toronto, and his great-grandfather was the former mayor of Toronto! What a shame, since Mayor Phillips will be remembered for promoting cultural diversity!
