Anti-Trump billionaire will hand deliver a copy of Michael Wolff's book to every member of Congress.

Courtesy of The Hill:

Democratic mega-donor Tom Steyer says he purchased a copy of author Michael Wolff's controversial new book on the Trump presidency for each member of Congress to read.

Steyer plans to hand-deliver 535 copies of "Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House" to each member of the House and Senate, he told California's KQED radio station.

I am not sure if this makes Tom Steyer the greatest troll ever, or just a great patriot.

I'm leaning toward the latter.

The author, Michael Wolff, is convinced that his book will end Trump's presidency:

Michael Wolff told BBC radio that his conclusion in "Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House"-- that Trump is not fit to do the job -- was becoming a widespread view.

"I think one of the interesting effects of the book so far is a very clear emperor-has-no-clothes effect," Wolff said in an interview broadcast on Saturday.

"The story that I have told seems to present this presidency in such a way that it says he can’t do his job," Wolff said.

"Suddenly everywhere people are going 'oh my God, it’s true, he has no clothes'. That's the background to the perception and the understanding that will finally end ... this presidency."

If that ends up being the case Michael Wolff will become a national hero.

    I think what is happening that it's now in the open,it can't be ignored,even though many people already knew or suspected what a joke is in the White House.

    Remember when President Obama and Hillary Clinton colluded with a foreign adversary to steal an election? I think it was after they took away everybody's guns but before they forced us all to get gay married.

    GOP Blasts Michael Wolff’s Shocking Trump Book With Attack Ad

    Republicans have an attack plan for Wolff: Listen to his critics.

    The Republican National Committee has started a war against the author of the wild tell-all book about President Donald Trump and his administration.

    In an email blast and follow-up tweet, the RNC distributed a reimagined cover for Michael Wolff’s Fire and Fury decorated with prominent journalists’ critiques of the book.

    The Republican mock-up, titled “Liar and Phony,” quotes several notable journalists commenting on Wolff’s book, including esteemed White House reporter Maggie Haberman of the New York Times, CNN’s senior media correspondent Brian Stelter and Politico’s senior media reporter Michael Calderone.

    Out of context, all the quotes appear to lower Wolff’s credibility.

    “He gets basic details wrong,” the GOP quoted Haberman as saying. The Times correspondent made her remarks during a Friday appearance on CNN’s “New Day,” in which she said Wolff’s book is “notionally” and “conceptually true,” but includes details that “are often wrong.”

    Trump retweeted the fake book cover Friday, on the same day he called Wolff a “total loser who made up stories in order to sell this really boring and untruthful book.”

    They doth protest too much...talk about FREE advertising. This book is gonna fly off the shelves EVEN MORE now. They're giving it legitimacy while they're busy calling it illegitimate. They're trumpeting it's appeal with their desperate attempts to shut it down. This is just basic Marketing 101. LOL.

    Nothing in this book is unbelievable and Trump did it to himself.

    We have an idiot as a president and he confirms it with every childish tweet he puts out and what does that say about the Rebublican party who is backing this fool.

    Remember we are not the only ones seeing this shit show the whole entire world is seeing it.Republicans wanted a win so badly they put up with this circus to the detriment of the America.

    Trump has turned our country into a reality tv show, a laughing stock and this cannot be accepted as the new norm.Can you imagine any other country taking him seriously? A twitter mean girl spending all his time on a golf course and twitting about his butt hurt, calling people losers and sloppy and still ranting about "Crooked Hillary".

    You would think he has more important things to do but apparently not, and where are the Democrats in all this? are they waiting for Mueller? One hopes they have a plan because we cant take much more of this idiot humiliating the United States.

    When you are embarrassed to travel to another country as an American there may be a problem. When you have started to become immune to the nonsense remember that this is the President of the "F'ing" United States.Think about it. We have an idiot who acts like it's a reality tv show when the reality is this asshole has the power of nukes on his tiny hands.

    The Atlantic v
    Is Something Neurologically Wrong With Donald Trump?

    It is best not to diagnose the president from afar, which is why the federal government needs a system to evaluate him up close

    Pr1esident donald trump’s decision to brag in a tweet about the size of his “nuclear button” compared with North Korea’s was widely condemned as bellicose and reckless. The comments are also part of a larger pattern of odd and often alarming behavior for a person in the nation’s highest office.

    Trump’s grandiosity and impulsivity has made him a constant subject of speculation among those concerned with his mental health. But after more than a year of talking to doctors and researchers about whether and how the cognitive sciences could offer a lens to explain Trump’s behavior, I’ve come to believe there should be a role for professional evaluation beyond speculating from afar.

    I’m not alone. Viewers of Trump’s recent speeches have begun noticing minor abnormalities in his movements. In November, he used his free hand to steady a small Fiji bottle as he brought it to his mouth. Onlookers described the movement as “awkward” and made jokes about hand size. Some called out Trump for doing the exact thing he had mocked Senator Marco Rubio for during the presidential primary—conspicuously drinking water during a speech

    📖 It's Been an Open Secret All Along

    The scandal of Michael Wolff’s new book isn’t its salacious details—it’s that everyone in Washington has known its key themes, and refused to act.

    ....The details in Michael Wolff’s new book Fire and Fury make it unforgettable, and potentially historic. We’ll see how many of them fully stand up, and in what particulars, but even at a heavy discount, it’s a remarkable tale.

    But what Wolff is describing is an open secret.

    😲 Based on the excerpts now available, Fire and Fury presents a man in the White House who is profoundly ignorant of politics, policy, and anything resembling the substance of perhaps the world’s most demanding job.

    🤕 He is temperamentally unstable.

    🙊 Most of what he says in public is at odds with provable fact, from “biggest inaugural crowd in history” onward.

    🤥 Whether he is aware of it or not, much of what he asserts is a lie.

    🙊 His functional vocabulary is markedly smaller than it was 20 years ago;

    ☠ the oldest person ever to begin service in the White House,

    😪 he is increasingly prone to repeat anecdotes and phrases.

    😫 He is aswirl in foreign and financial complications.

    😬 He has ignored countless norms of modern governance, from the expectation of financial disclosure to the importance of remaining separate from law-enforcement activities.

    👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 He relies on immediate family members to an unusual degree;

    😯 he has an exceptionally thin roster of experienced advisers and assistants;

    😆 his White House staff operations have more in common with an episode of The Apprentice than with any real-world counterpart.

    🙈 He has a shallower reserve of historical or functional information than previous presidents, and a more restricted supply of ongoing information than many citizens.

    💪😎 He views all events through the prism of whether they make him look strong and famous,

    🤡 and thus he is laughably susceptible to flattering treatment from the likes of Putin and Xi Jinping abroad or courtiers at home....
