The Trump administration is fostering a lot of today's teens into being one issue voters. We mostly hear about the immigration ones, either for the wall or for DACA. But he's also making one issue voters out of gun control, women's rights, the environment.
They'll be voting for president in 2020. They'll be voting for representatives, some as early as this November and every two years after that. The House should be shitting kittens. The Senate will see a turnover by 2022 if not sooner.
The Democrats need to try and avoid squandering this opportunity. Not that they've ever done that in the past. They always seem to pull failure from the jaws of victory. But maybe this time....
