Dakota Meyer has filed for divorce from Bristol Palin a source tells DailyMail.com.
The veteran filed paperwork two weeks ago according to the source, and move dout of the couple's Austin home around Christmas.
The couple were married in a private ceremony back in 2016, a little over a year after calling of their first wedding just days before the ceremony.
They have two daughters, 2-year-old Sailor and Atlee Bay, who was born back in May. Bristol, 27, also has a 9-year-old son Tripp from her relationship with fiancee Levi Johnston.
Dakota also blocked Bristol on social media says the source.
Well I guess it's time for some IM sleuths to give themselves a little pat on the back.
There were certainly signs that not everything was going well with these two, but until today there was no definitive information.
Until today that is.
There is already an Instagram photo which seem to indicate that Bristol is back in Alaska for her mom's birthday, and I would not be surprised if that became permanent.
After all, where else is she going to go?
Which makes me wonder if we are not in for another very public custody battle.
You know like the one that started this whole doomed relationship in the first place.
I have a feeling that things are about to get ugly, very ugly.
But then again when have things not been ugly with this family?

A marriage that brief wouldn't entitle our Bristol to anything anyway. Now for Sailor and Atlee, they can attend West Point or the Naval Academy without being nominated by a member of Congress, and without regard to quotas--if they meet all the other requirements. (Fat chance in that family of low achievers.) They'll be able to shop on any base for life. Not a big deal, believe me.
But don't worry about Bristol, haters. She's making a mint even as she poops herself into a prolapsed rectum, and Dakota can embrace the hyphen or whatever. They are the very definition of living vibrantly.

How did the Palins get Tripp Johnston out of Alaska? Was his father harassed and demeaned to give up on looking out for Tripp's best interest? Did Tripp's father believe Tripp would have good parenting from his step father? Does Tripp's father know there is a marriage license with Bristol's marriage? So many questions.

Levi can't get a lawyer every time Bristol does something he doesn't approve of. It costs thousands upon thousands of dollars and court proceedings get drawn out costing even more. Levi's hands are tied now. He pays Bristol an unfair amount of child support and also has a wife and two other kids to support. He has no money to fight a never ending court battle.

Actually, you can file for divorce without a marriage certificate. If the parties do not object, you can get a divorce without ever having a marriage license.
