Trump campaign chair in Kentucky pleads guilty to sex trafficking. Remember what I said yesterday?

 Courtesy of Kentucky.gov:

Today, Attorney General Andy Beshear announced that former Campbell County District Judge Timothy Nolan has pleaded guilty to numerous felony charges, including human trafficking of adults, promoting human trafficking of minors and unlawful transaction with minors.

As part of his plea agreement with prosecutors from Beshear’s Special Prosecutions Division, Nolan pleaded guilty to 21 counts against 19 victims and prosecutors’ recommended sentences totaling 20 years in prison. Nolan will remain in custody at the Campbell County Detention Center pending his sentencing March 29, 2018, at 9 a.m.

Nolan, 71, of California, Ky., a former local school board member, was originally charged in a criminal complaint by the Campbell County Police Department for crimes that occurred between 2010 and 2017. That complaint alleged that Nolan committed human trafficking with a minor by subjecting a child under age 18 to engaging in commercial sexual activity.

He was later indicted on 28 felony counts and two misdemeanor counts.

“The punishment in this case does not undo the trauma inflicted on the victims, but it brings closure and some justice,” Beshear said. “I want to thank the Campbell County Police Department and our special prosecutions team for working this case.”

Remember yesterday when I said it appeared being a sexual predator was a prerequisite to work in the Trump White House?

Well apparently that goes for working on the campaign as well.

...briefly, only on Instagram and as a fishing expediction to see how well it could line his pockets in return for how little work.

Yes, brief. Before he saw the extent of Todd Palin's business from the inside. Be must have read Boys Will Be Boys and did not believe it until he got a close up look.

Before he saw what Track was doing up close. He probably believed all Track's crimes could be covered up. That is until he realized why he could not get Track a job after all.

How is he doing with Bristol? He wanted her to do video. He took he coyote hunting and he thinks her gun skills are worthy. She could hunt predatory animals in Texas. The hiring expo does wonderful things for military spouses. Bristol has numerous opportunities for work with Dakota.

As more and more of these cases come to light, it just validates Hillary's use of the word "deplorables" to describe Trump supporters.

This man was a district judge and school board member. Why did it take so long to figure out what he really was? He is 71, way to old to really suffer for what he did all those years. Got away with it for way too long.

There should be some special punishment for people like this -- supposed public servants who are anything but that. Maybe we need to return to putting them in pillories and letting the public have at them before they go off to prison. Put them behind an enclosure of some sort so they don't get killed or maimed, but let the public scream and holler and curse them before they see the quiet prison for the rest of their lives.

Yeah, the Nassar treatment. So he can write the judge how unfairly he's being treated having to listen to his victims.

But look at the comparison - How little time he is gtting, compard to that of Nassar. The difference? THese victims are poor, not well-cared for upper-income kids.

I think he should have to pay for his room and board in prison from the money he made in trafficking.
Why should we foot the bill?

    4. The media needs to use Deplorable to describe these scumbags. Use it a LOT. That would go a long way to subtly hint that Hillary was right and Trump supporters are idiots.

  5. And obviously, convictions are for those only those crimes indicted and charged.

HHMmmmm, he plead guilty so.... he doesn't have Trumplethinskin's official 'White Man's Excuse' of "he said he dint do it...so he's innocent an' the accusers are smearin' him and you should jes' LEAVE HIM ALONE!!!". /s

But seriously. He's gonna need to realllly be looking over his shoulders every second when he gets locked up...they don't look kindly on people who harm minors in prison.

  7. I'm thinking trump appointed only those people he'd had interaction with in his former life, ie: money launderer/human trafficker.

    1. He'll be out in 8. So he'll only be 79. Probably out even earlier. Good behavior and Republican pals on the review board.

Stuff that needs to be said
    The Christians Making Atheists
Growing-up in the Church, I was taught that the worst thing one could be was a non-believer; that nothing was as tragic as a doomed soul that condemned itself by rejecting God. The religion of my childhood drew a sharp, clear line between the saved and the damned. All that mattered was making sure someone found themselves on the better side of this line—and the Atheists and Humanists didn’t have a shot.

"I knew gods did not exist except in the form of fantasies made up by people in their own minds. Which is why gods and men are exactly alike, ever changing according to the person you are speaking to. Ever unpredictable, selfish, and apathetic to real problems.

I left religions, “relationship”, and god belief behind after 10 long years of intense study to prove it to be truth. It unraveled and I no longer believed. christianity, in any age, exactly represents the horrific nature of the human’s capability to be conceited, arrogant, ruthless, in disconnect with reality and other human problems; and all these things you find in bible.

Religion is a farce and the bible (and any other holy book) it’s hammer of delusion, contradiction, violence, and abhorrent behavior.

There is no age one could return to in which the christian delusion did not harm and only give comfort to a few." Nadine Meadows

It’s sad that the people replying to this blog really believe the ignorance that not only they are writing but also the obvious trash this blogger writes. You talk about sexual predators in the Trump administration and at the same time praise Hillary who is married to a sexual predator and often rubbed elbows with sexual predators...Anthony Weiner and let us not forget liberal Hollywood. Please quit praising that hypocrite. What this man did was beyond disgusting and it’s sad to that you people turn it into a love festival for Hillary due to your hatred for Trump.
