I read on another news site (I think CNN) that Trump’s turnover for his first year was 40%. And remember that there are positions that Trump has never even bothered to fill at all.

People said from the beginning Trump was treating the White House like another episode of The Apprentice. It's all reality TV to him. He says he loves conflict. Well, conflict is no way to run the government or a business. Ask any SUCCESSFUL businessman and they'll tell you that conflict costs money in all sorts of ways. Lost clients, staff turnover, toxic workplace which leads to poor productivity.
