Donald Trump announces that April is "Sexual Assault Awareness" month. Let's not all laugh at once.

Courtesy of Yahoo:

US President Donald Trump -- who has himself been repeatedly accused of sexual misconduct -- on Friday designated April 2018 "National Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month" amid a national debate over the issue.

"Sexual assault crimes remain tragically common in our society, and offenders too often evade accountability," said a proclamation from Trump released by the White House. "These heinous crimes are committed indiscriminately: in intimate relationships, in public spaces, and in the workplace."

"Too often, however, the victims of assault remain silent. They may fear retribution from their offender, lack faith in the justice system, or have difficulty confronting the pain associated with the traumatic experience," it continued.

"My administration is committed to raising awareness about sexual assault and to empowering victims to identify perpetrators so that they can be held accountable."

Well I for one did not even make it part way through that before I was banging my head on my desk.

Trump announcing this is like Colonel Sanders announcing a "Be Nice to Chickens" month.

Trump has an ugly down-turned mouth in all of his photos these days. The job is getting to him and he literally hates it!

May he be impeached soon and gone from our lives forever!

This announcement by *preznidint Grabersnatch is like the Twitter taunt he let fly on the day of the 2nd Women’s March; he’s just trolling his victims at this point now. Still a bully, through and through. May Karma soon grab him hard by the balls with her steely hands and never let go!

Yes indeed prezidence spanky likes to throw dirt in your face. He lies about everything, walls, colleges, ladies, business, etc. He is a liar and bully of the worst kind. And as the super nude model illegal immigrant wife said "she can handle it" In trumps world it is normal to assault, abuse, harm, lie, cheat and steal. Everyone associated with trump is the same mentality.

  8. You have to admit, though, that even before he was president, Trump did a great deal to shine a spotlight on sexual assault and inappropriate touching - not intentionally, but, a spotlight nonetheless.

Trump made the proclamation Friday amid two separate lawsuits filed by adult film star Stormy Daniels and former Playboy Playmate Karen McDougal, both of whom claim to have slept with the president — consensually — during his 12-year marriage to Melania.

People on social media ridiculed the idea of Trump calling for accountability on the topic.

This announcement proves several things: 1) he reads without comprehension 2) he believes his own lies 3) someone in the WH just punked him.

since April is sexual assault awareness month, maybe the 16 women that accused him of sexual assault can make him aware again by telling their story to the media again and reminding him again that he is a felon.

OT?"I was the one person on the Fox payroll who, trained in Russian studies and the Russian language, had been face to face with Russian intelligence officers in the Kremlin and in far-flung provinces. I have traveled widely in and written extensively about the region. Yet I could only rarely and briefly comment on the paramount security question of our time: whether Putin and his security services ensnared the man who would become our president. Trump’s behavior patterns and evident weaknesses (financial entanglements, lack of self-control and sense of sexual entitlement) would have made him an ideal blackmail target" THEN>
"I simply was no longer called on for topics central to my expertise." "There is indeed a witch hunt, and it’s led by Fox against Robert Mueller." " Fox gave a typical denial to The Post: “There is no truth to the notion that Ralph Peters was ‘blocked’ from appearing on the network to talk about the major headlines, including discussing Russia, North Korea and even gun control recently. In fact, he appeared across both networks multiple times in just the past three weeks.”"

OT: "rump hailed the start of his long-sought U.S.-Mexico border wall this past week, proudly tweeting photos of the "WALL!" Actually, no new work got underway. The photos showed the continuation of an old project to replace 2 miles of existing barrier.

And on Saturday, he ripped Amazon with a shaky claim that its contract with the post office is a "scam."
"rump's wrong. No new work began on Monday or any other time this past week. And the photos Trump tweeted were misleading. They showed work that's been going on for more than a month on a small border wall replacement project in Calexico, California, that has nothing to do with the federal budget he signed into law last week."
"rump is misrepresenting Amazon's record on taxes, the U.S. Postal Service's financial situation and the contract that has the post office deliver some Amazon orders. Federal regulators have found that contract to be profitable for the Postal Service.

People who buy products sold by Amazon pay sales tax in all states that have a sales tax. Not all third-party vendors using Amazon collect it"

""The Failing N.Y. Times reports that 'the size of the company's lobbying staff has ballooned,' and that......does not include the Fake Washington Post, which is used as a 'lobbyist' and should so REGISTER," the President wrote. "If the P.O. 'increased its parcel rates, Amazon's shipping costs would rise by $2.6 Billion.'" "This Post Office scam must stop. Amazon must pay real costs (and taxes) NOW."" Amazon does not receive a special rate; it pays the rate that the post office charges OTHER bulk shippers."

    3. He just “Trudeaued” amazon. He’s claiming the Post Office loses $1.50 for each amazon package they deliver. I say he’s making shit up, pulling that number out of his ass just like he did with Trudeau.
