Dayanna Volitich, a 25-year-old social studies teacher at Crystal River Middle School in Florida, has been secretly hosting the white nationalist podcast “Unapologetic” under the pseudonym “Tiana Dalichov” and bragging about teaching her views in a public school, HuffPost has discovered.
In her most recent podcast on Feb. 26, a guest railed against diversity in schools, dismissing the idea that “a kid from Nigeria and a kid who came from Sweden are supposed to learn exactly the same” and have the “same IQ.” Volitich enthusiastically agreed with the guest, and went on to argue that “science” has proven that certain races are smarter than others.
In the same episode, Volitich boasted about bringing her white nationalist beliefs into the classroom and hiding her ideology from administrators. She said that when parents complained to the school’s principal about how she is injecting political bias into the classroom, Volitich lied to the principal and said it was not true.
“She believed me and backed off,” she said.
Volitich also agreed with her guest’s assertion that more white supremacists need to infiltrate public schools and become teachers. “They don’t have to be vocal about their views, but get in there!” her guest said. “Be more covert and just start taking over those places.”
“Right,” Volitich said. “I’m absolutely one of them.”
Heavy.com also found where Volitich, as "Tiana Dalichov," criticized the victims of the Florida school shooting, and even confronted them online.
They also featured part of her podcast which leaves no doubt that these two people are one and the same.
Thankfully, partly due to their efforts, she has now been removed from the classroom where she can no longer poison the minds of her students:
“The teacher has been removed from the classroom and the investigation is ongoing. Pursuant to Florida Statute an open investigation and materials related to it are exempt from public record and cannot be discussed until the investigation is complete,” the statement from Citrus County schools said.
Remember how we talked about the election of Donald Trump empowering these cowards and making them feel bold enough to come out of the woodwork?
Well this is yet another example of that very thing.

ReplyDeleteI beelive on e of her bios said she was Serbian and possibly Russian or Ukrainian. The Serbs (and Croations) nursed hatred for millenia that led to Kosovo and a laundry list of human rights violations and genocide. Not surprised at her heritage, but more likely her upbringing.

DeleteSo the plan was to invade schools in America. All schools have been invaded by odd unethical teachers. The voucher system helped. Remove the money, starve the teachers and corrupt the childs mind with hate and misinformation. The private schools unregulated took the voucher money and many ceo's of the private schools fled with the money. Colleges too. The bad actors removed ethical professors and replaced with bad actors. Predator loans, college republicans were part of the scam. The white nationalist enrolled. We are onto them but damage has been done. Seek these people out, call them out and we will end this shitshow once and for all.

DeleteAnd the kids at parkland are calling out a teacher that claimed to be a hero during the murder of kids. He locked them out of the classroom. They were left in the hallway to be murdered until another teacher opened her door and let them into her classroom.

Justice Scalia wrote this opinion with great care. First, the Court affirmed the right of individuals to possess firearms for traditional lawful purposes such as self-defense within the home and for hunting.

At 25, she likely hasn't taught for more than a year. This is either her first or second year teaching, thankfully.
ReplyDeleteThat is not to say there aren't more like her already teaching or about to. Not all teachers are liberals. Not all teachers are Democrats. Like any organization with hundreds of thousands of people, there are going to be a small number of teachers that fit any category. There are gay teachers. We know there are teachers that commit crimes, be they sexual assault or drunk driving. Yes, there are teachers who are alcoholics or use drugs. There are also teachers who are members of the NRA. This only brings to light the fact there are White Supremacists in our classrooms too. A small number but they are there.
You cannot cleanse an entire profession. There are doctors who are drug addicts. There are lawyers who commit sexual assault. (It's not just Hollywood.)
Thankfully this woman was uncovered. But that just makes the rest of them sink down further into hiding.
I will say this. Her influence would be minimal. Teachers don't have the influence over students people think they do. children are influenced by their parents much more. And students also are not stupid. I'll bet some of her own students knew her for what she was and were rolling their eyes when
