Which seems to indicate that Avenatti is indeed looking to take this to court and fight it out as publicly as possible.
For anybody who thought this news story only had a temporary shelf life, it does not appear that way any longer.
As I said before THIS story could be competing directly with the Mueller investigation as the thing which ultimately ends the Trump presidency.

She probably doesn't have a ton of money for a high powered law firm and he just publicly turned down a big cash settlement -- so besides the high visibility to get more clients how is he getting paid? Book deal after Trump is impeached? This is all very odd.
