ThisTime Magazine tweet is a must see.

From the Time Magazine article:

Since the night of Nov. 8, 2016, Trump’s political and philosophical opponents have been publicly and repeatedly asking, How long can this last? Those who have concluded “not much longer” have been vexed time after time. After all, this is a man who defied convention and criticism to achieve the highest office in the country, not to mention one who spent decades honing his abilities as a media provocateur. Skilled as Trump has been at deploying suspense, misdirection and invective to his advantage over the last 15 months, the Trump reality show appears closer than ever to colliding with reality itself.

It is hard to believe this is not the case.

But then again, as pointed out in this article, we have though that time and time again.

Trump's time will never be over until his enablers decide it is. Look for cracks in congress' GOP concensus. How many of them are involved in collusion, money laundering, etc. etc.? Trump is only the fungus on top of a very rotten log.

What I have said from the get go. It must be lucrative for them. As always, "follow the money."

I agree with you 100%. That's why so many of them are retiring. In the meantime watch the saplings topple for their roles in it.

Well said 4:30 AM. I also think that: "Trump is only the fungus on top of a very rotten log" is a very apt description.

It is not just trump that is the danger to our country - it is the whole repug party and those who are manipulated by the so called "leaders" of the repug party...they have people convinced to continue to vote against their best interest using fear and rage

"...the truth is simply too frightening for many people to accept: The Republican Party and movement conservatism are now fully sociopathic.

The criteria from the “Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders” and the “International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems” are as follows:

Callous unconcern for the feelings of others
Gross and persistent attitude of irresponsibility and disregard for social norms and obligations
Very low tolerance to frustration, a low threshold for discharge of aggression, including violence
Incapacity to experience guilt or to profit from experience, particularly punishment
Markedly prone to blame others or to offer plausible rationalization for the behavior that has brought the person into conflict with society
Deception, as indicated by repeatedly lying, use of aliases, or conning others for personal profit or pleasure
Impulsiveness or failure to plan ahead

Of course, Donald Trump personally exemplifies these traits in excess. He and the Republican Party (and especially right-wing libertarians such as the Koch brothers) have also perfected what I described several years ago as political sadism.

Here the Republican Party, its leaders, and media enablers use fear in conjunction with physical, emotional and financial pain to manipulate Republican voters and many independents into supporting policies that cause them harm. Instead of attributing the cause of this distress correctly, Trump’s voters and other members of the American right-wing want to retaliate against and thus hurt those individuals and groups they view as the Other. This is the primary psychological wage that today’s Republican Party and conservative movement pays its supporters."

Fear of being publicly humiliated, just like so many others have been by this piss poor mess of a "man/child" Those huge bags under his eyes could act as flotation devices. He is SO repulsive, he probably threatened the maid with deportation if she spoke up. I hope her kids are not cursed with that ugly tRump mouth like his older ones are. A fortune was spent to convert Ivanka from a homely girl into a sex blow up doll.

On Morning Joe today Donny Deutsch said he spent time with Michael Cohen the other day. Deutsch shared that Cohen said he did nothing wrong. That alarmed me although I know how people define right and wrong can differ greatly.

Overall, my impression is that Trump and his chosen are unethical. More importantly what they got away with in business and private life is illegal or unethical especially for a POTUS and his appointees. Just saying sociopaths and psychopaths do not believe they do anything wrong either.

SOME pecker>"people are now talking about completely unverified and likely untrue report that Trump had a love child born sometime in the 1980s, rather than the systemic pattern of journalistic abuse that has turned the
National Enquirer into a tOOl of Trump’s political agenda and a slave to his whims.
    {john barron miller}
"The company that owns and operates the
    National Enquirer, American Media, Inc.,
went to great lengths to silence someone who was peddling something that was highly suspect, as
Ronan Farrow reports in the New Yorker:"
". During the Republican primary campaign of 2016, the Enquirer served as an outlet to publish disreputable stories against Trump’s opponents, most notably Texas Sen. Ted Cruz. On one occasion, the Enquirer published an article alleging that Cruz had “five different mistresses.”
    Lyin' Ted Cruz just used a picture of Melania from a G.Q. shoot in his ad. Be careful, Lyin' Ted, or I will spill the beans on your wife! {ORGY}
"At the core of Farrow’s report on the National Enquirer, it has nothing to do with a highly dubious tale about a love child (something that the Trump campaign tried to attach to Bill Clinton in 2016). It’s really about whether a media outlet was paying tens of thousands of dollars to do Donald Trump’s dirty work, in probable violation of campaign finance law."

I am quite sure that by now, this lady has been deported. Or she got hush-money at that time, and a ticket back home. Her child would be in his/her thirties by now.
It would be great, if she and the chwold come forward and provide DNA proof (and maybe also a copy of a NDA if she was made to sign one!)

But an unsealed warrant describes Morrow as building a terrifying arsenal.

In addition to more bomb-making materials, Morrow also had a collection of guns and accessories including a rifle scope, masks, vests, a ballistic helmet, and thousands of rounds of ammunition.

The search warrant revealed Morrow had a Bible among his white supremacist literature and bomb-making material."

  14. Michael Cohen is nothing but a pimp. Sorta.

Seems he makes a habit of paying off the mistresses of his wealthy clients.

    https://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/elliott-broidy-playmate_us_5ad0ed7de4b0edca2cb980b6

"President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer arranged for a $1.6 million payment to a Playboy Playmate to keep secret her sexual relationship with a top Republican fundraiser and ally of Trump, a person familiar with the matter said.

Michael Cohen, whose home and office were raided this week by FBI agents searching in part for information about payoffs to women alleging sexual encounters with Trump, handled the matter on behalf of the fundraiser, Elliott Broidy, the person said.

The person, who spoke on condition of anonymity, was confirming a report by the Wall Street Journal.

In a statement on Friday, Broidy acknowledged that he had a relationship with a Playboy Playmate and offered to help her financially after she told him she was pregnant. The woman’s name has not been made public and the source declined to disclose it.

“She alone decided that she did not want to continue with the pregnancy and I offered to help her financially during this difficult period. We have not spoken since that time,” Broidy said in the statement."

OOOooo. $16 million for an abortion. Good old RNC family values.

All I can say is Stormy got screwed (again) if all she got was $130,000 and this Playboy Playmate got $16 million. Of course, we know what a fucking cheapskate Trump is. And that Cohen was never paid back for that $130,000 out of pocket expense for cleaning up Trump's mess.
