Palin looks for all the world like a mental patient plopped down in front of the camera after having her bed restraints removed. Her disheveled wig is plopped sideways on her head and she is apparently wrapped in an old shower curtain, but none of that stops her from gnashing her teeth and lunging for the President's jugular.

How...how much longer do we now support and fund Sharia democracy? Now as for this film, as you mentioned, in your intro there? That is a red herring. And the media is going along with some in the Obama administration, pretending like this is protest against some phantom video on YouTube? No it's because the Obama administration dropped the ball and they have not taken, head on, this war on terror and they have adopted a foreign policy of appeasement where our enemies no longer fear us and our friends can no longer trust us."
(Hannity tries to break in, but the Lunatic from Lake Lucille is off her chain and thinks she smells blood in the water.)

Hannity then shows Palin footage of the President's trip to Egypt back in 2009, and makes the claim that it was part of an apology tour, after which he asks the Mental Patient Barbie, if that had anything to do with these uprisings?
"He has been so absolute naive in his foreign policy measures that he's undertaken, and that has put America in a much weaker position than we were four years ago, again with our enemies not fearing us, our friends not being able to trust us, our President not having time to meet with allies like Netanyahu. And yet having more time than ever to meet with, and try to appease some of those whom we should be showing our strength to instead of this kind of capitulation..um..um big group hug from America, those who would seek America's harm."
Gee apparently Hannity and Palin want us to start bombing the shit out of Egypt, and other hot spots in the Middle East, until they respect America again. You know since that has worked so well in the past.
Even for Palin this kind of cognitive dissonance is almost unbelievable. It is as if she was suddenly thawed out from a block of ice after being frozen for the last fifteen years, missing the two wars started by the Bush administration, and now believed all of these problems in the Middle East were solely the fault of the current administration.
And the truly ridiculous thing is that Palin is not alone. Ann Coulter, Rush Limbaugh, and other Fox News talking heads have ALSO come down with a case of amnesia and are blaming all of this on President Obama, and suggesting that he should have somehow interfered in the elections that took place in Egypt in order to insert a regime that owes fealty to America. (I am guessing these idiots are not aware of our history with Iran.)
Obviously most of this is political opportunism, except for Palin of course. For her it is her raison d'etre, her reason for existence. Essentially she has gone from a political superstar to an unhinged attack dog, simply waiting for somebody to remove her collar and put her in front of a working camera.
The only question remaining is how long can somebody live solely on hate alone?
