Well, the fundies must think that if you can't beat Darwin, you'd better beat his supporters. In Kansas, "Douglas County sheriff’s deputies are investigating the reported beating of a ... professor who gained recent notoriety for his Internet tirades against Christian fundamentalists.
Kansas University religious studies professor Paul Mirecki reported he was beaten by two men about 6:40 a.m. [yesterday] on a roadside in rural Douglas County. ... Mirecki said the men who beat him were making references to the controversy that has propelled him into the headlines in recent weeks."
Look just because you , yourself, are not very evolved do not take out your primitive anger on those of us who are.
Here is a newsflash for you;
- You are not specially created by God.
- Your ancestors were single celled creatures who were still superior to you.
- You did not evolve from an ape. You and the ape share a single ancestor. Guess which one he would be prouder of.
- Ignoring science or keeping your children from learning it will not make it go away.
- Your religion is one of thousands that now exist or have existed in the past. Get over yourself.
- Science does not have an agenda to destroy Christianity. They are searching for the truth. Since there is no truth in Christianity they ignore it.
