Libby's defense tactic is to suggest that "Meet the Press" host Tim Russert is not credible. Good luck with that!

To show jurors that I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby is believable, attorneys for the former White House aide are trying to undercut the credibility of reporters from some of the nation's largest media outlets.

Libby's attorneys were to resume questioning the memory and scruples of NBC News reporter Tim Russert on Thursday and have said their first batch of witnesses will all be journalists called to rebut other journalists.

Russert, the host of "Meet the Press," testified Wednesday about a July 2003 phone call in which Libby complained about a colleague's coverage. The two men tell different stories about that phone call and, because the discrepancy is at the heart of the case, the question of which to believe could be a critical jury room issue.

Tim Russert may be one of the most trusted journalists working today. He always appears informed, non-biased, and reasonable as he interviews some of the most powerful politicians in our country.

On the other hand I. "Scooter" Libby works for Satan.

Who do you think the jury is going to believe?
