Prince Harry is a dead man.

The British police protection officer responsible for Prince Harry has flown to Iraq to begin making security arrangements for the royal soldier's deployment to Iraq amid fears for his safety, according to British press reports.

The Daily Mail newspaper claimed the prince is already referred to as a "bullet magnet" by fellow soldiers as his Blues and Royals regiment prepares for an anticipated six-month tour of Iraq.

Harry, third in line to the throne behind father Prince Charles and older brother Prince William, graduated from the prestigious Sandhurst military academy last year and is expected to accompany his troops to Iraq in April or May, an unidentified military source told CNN.

This a very, very bad idea!

Putting Prince Harry anywhere near the fighting in Iraq, will make both he and his fellow soldiers a prize beyond all others for the insurgents and terrorists.

It does not take a great deal of imagination to visualize just how powerful an impact his death would have on both England and the Iraqis. This will split Britain in half, one half wanting revenge and the other wanting out, and it will embolden the Iraqi insurgents and drastically increase their ability to recruit new members.

And besides all that who does not believe that the late Princess Diana would be adamantly opposed to her son joining this illegal conflict?
