This is going to make the Republicans blood run cold.

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama will formally accept his party's nomination before a crowd of 75,000 people at Denver's football stadium, breaking the mold of party conventions that traditionally have included only party delegates and activists.

75,000 people? Holy crap!

If I were planning to run against Obama I would be sweating like Bill O'Reilly watching Keith Olbermann making him the brunt of his jokes yet again.

  1. and you can get free tickets online soon. this is gonna be huge, a real movement, people. I want so badly to go, but unless our old debilitated dog dies before then, I don't see how. I even have our driving route all planned just case she keels over. It's only a 10-hr drive on I-70. You know anyone that's going?

  2. No I don't.

I talked to my daughter about going but she is in Georgia with an unreliable automobile so I did not push the point.
