Gov. Sarah Palin had some advice for Tina Fey at a rally in Columbus, Ohio, Sunday night: Get ready for four more years in the role.
The writer and actress has done an impression of the Alaska governor and Republican vice presidential candidate in "Saturday Night Live" skits over the last two months to great acclaim.
"Did anyone catch John McCain last night on 'SNL'? . . . He was just a pro in those skits there with Tina Fey," she said as the crowd roared.
"And a little advice for Tina. We wanted to make sure she's holding on to that Sarah outfit, because she's going to need it for the next four years."
Not if Alaskans have anything to say about it she won't!
Damn this woman is arrogant!
Let's see how confident she is when she comes back to face the wreckage she left in her wake. There is a lot of anger and resentment festering here and I don't think for an instant that she is prepared for it.
(Hat tip to my friend Suzette, who always sends me such great information.)
I am so ready for this election to be over - I almost overwhelming feel Obama will definitely WIN!!! - but I can't help but worry about what the Republicans may have done behind the scenes so I am still glued to the tv news and blogging updates.
ReplyDeleteBut I am optimistic enough to have planned some ways to celebrate! (I.e. a big Hawaiian Feast, or eating all o shaped foods for a day - cheeries, pineapple rings, etc.) hehehe
Even after Obama wins - I hope Alaskans will keep up the pressure on Palin until she is out of politics for good - you have lots of supporters here in the lower 48!
This woman truly believes she is a "star". After being surrounded by adoring, born again evangelical whack jobs who would follow her in lock step to their death for weeks now....she probably believes she can walk on water. Ohhhh boy. Time for Alaskans to pssssst....give her a clue. Because she doesn''t have one.
ReplyDeleteWhere are Gov. Palin's medical records? What is she hiding?
ReplyDeleteI am not going to miss her meaness and pettiness. She brings out the worst in people and does it with such great joy.
Good luck Alaskans on getting your wonderful governor back at last. Please keep her there this time.
