Barack Obama on Meet the Press in its entirety.

Barack Obama once again demonstrates how incredibly thoughtful and articulate he is while discussing the devastating problems facing our country. As always I come away from listening to him feeling very confident that our best days are still ahead of us.

This will probably be the last time that I will post an excerpt from "Meet the Press" since the reins of the show are going to be passed over to the charisma deficient David Gregory next week. I have been a consistent viewer of this program for at least the last ten years, but I simply cannot stand to watch it any longer.

David Gregory is the worst possible choice to host this program and it will undoubtedly result in the worst ratings in this venerable shows history. NBC made a decision that seems based on making the safe choice rather then making the RIGHT choice.

Hopefully they will not screw up the MSNBC lineup next.
