Morality is not determined by the church you attend nor the faith you embrace. It is determined by the quality of your character and the positive impact you have on those you meet along your journey
How scary....poor guy, I hope he got treatment for his wounds and is ok. I know they can get infected very easily, or at least most bear scratches do. Thankfully that other truck was unlocked, I have to wonder though why would you even lock your doors up there...lol no more people than are around. Bet he never does it again.. That's a neat story though, thanks for sharing it.
Great photos - but who was taking them? I'm surprised that the "chase" was still going on after the guy recieved the scratches to his head and back. His parka doesn't looked damaged in the last photos.
Like I noted on the site where the photos are displayed, WHAT in the world was this guy surveying that was so important? Couldn't it wait until summer, when the bears are more likely to find wild prey?
I hope he got hazard pay, at least. And PTSD medical coverage...

ReplyDeleteIf you look you can see some white stuffing poking out of the back of his coat...he was very lucky.
