So today is the first day of 2009.
Wow can you believe how tumultuous 2008 was? If 2008 had been a carnival ride we all would have throw up on our shoes.
We have a brand new inspiring President. Alaska has a shiny brand new Senator. And we are looking forward to ending the Iraq war, fixing our economy, and repairing America's reputation.
I for one am very excited about our prospects for the future.
2009 is going to rock!
Happy New Year Gryphen...but Jan. 20th will be the day things really change. The beginning of the Hope and Change we have waited 8 long years for. At least that's how I see it. No I am not living in a dream world. I have my feet on the ground. I know PEBO is human and I don't expect miracles. But, if we all work together, we can make it work.
