I hate to break this to Mr. Buchanan but in order for Todd to get anywhere close to Levi for a drowning he would have to get through Tank Jones.
I have spent some time with Mr. Jones and I can tell you that Todd would piss all over himself if Tank were to get in his face. Levi Johnston is in no danger from any of the Palins that is for damn sure.
And Tank is not the only one watching out for the Johnston family either.
BOYCOTT BUCHANAN! This is shameful! I am writing to MSNBC to complain right now. TEAM LEVI!
ReplyDeletepb is an old racist, anti Semite, nixonian windbag. MSNBC should can his ass for those remarks.
ReplyDeletePat Buchanan is a racist thug - he's a pathetic "also ran and lost" - he is on there for laughs, not respect or interest. He's really sunk into the morass at this point and I agree, MSNBC needs to deep six him.
ReplyDeleteThis type of dialogue is sick and shouldn't be considered "mainstream".
Here's the link to protest what Buchanan said on Morning Joe: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/28437928/ns/msnbc_tv-morning_joe_on_msnbc/
ReplyDeletewhat a disgusting thing to say, to laugh about. Windbag is right.
ReplyDeleteI was stunned, as I listened to this crap while getting ready for work this morning. Even worse..that vapid Mika laughed...and nobody even said to Buchanen..Whoa!
ReplyDeleteWhen is someone at the MSM ....the owners etc. going to put an end to this kind of rhetoric. There are crazies out there that listen to people like buchass....and would gladly take him up on it. It makes me sick that in a nation supposedly as civilized as the states...this could be said on tv..and people sitting there would laugh and agree.
Agreed...I've already written to Morning Joe. I must say that I was thoroughly disgusted when Buchanan appeared on Hardball this evening and retold his tasteless quip. Chris Matthews and Eugene Robinson guffawed hardily, as did Buchanan. I'm waiting for Team Sarah and C4PEES to stand up for Levi. (I won't hold my breath!)
ReplyDelete-FJDANDY
Uh..Buchanan repeated his Levi comment on Hardball tonight. But he is a Sarah Palin worshipper...Pat takes one look at her and tosses his bottle of Viagra. Pat Buchanan is exactly the demographic Sarah appeals to...so called "Christian Conservative" pervy old white dudes who love guns, God, and war. She gives old Pat the tingle up his leg...gross.
ReplyDeleteBlchhhh I can't stand Buchannanwhat a jerk!
ReplyDeleteWell I has a Palinbot write me on Twitter after posting something. She wrote "you people only read the blog, stop that and read news. Stop posting this crud abot Sarah. Go Sarah"
It was funny even though it wasn't meant to be.
I wrote her back and said I can write whatever I want and I have a right to my opinion and so does she. I told her I don't send a tweet to every Sarah lover telling them not to say bad things about Sarah. They really are seiously crazy.Hopefully I will not hear back from her.
Those like Pat Buchanan and Ted Nugent will not change. They love what Sarah Palin means to them, she is their goddess.
ReplyDeleteI like Levi being Levi and trying to do something with his life. I'm fine with his raw energy and naivete. I believe he can do well. I don't like if he is another version of a Palin, however. He needs to earn respect like anyone. He won't do that by doing frivolous PR like the Today show. It would be nice if someone in the Johnston/Palin family was the adult. So far, it's looked like that could be Levi.
His window of opportunity is not that big. He can't afford to do the Today show crap. He looks like Bristol doing abstinence-only when she lost all credibility. He opens the door for a Buchanan. If he has nothing to say, that is fine, say nothing. Above all Levi, don't tease, leave that for Sarah, Todd and Bristol. He supposedly is in this for his son. If that's his priority he needs make a few things clear. He doesn't need to get caught in any games or lies.
I just responded to the above site.
ReplyDeleteIf the 'others' can get to Mr. Letterman, *MAYYYYYbe* we can get Buchanan to apologize?
COME ON, EVERYBODY: Write to the above site and complain about this $hit!
I've seen Buchanan on Hardball and he is a old pervy LOUD WINDBAG!!! I don't know why they even have him on he is a joke! I would love to see dude try to take on Tank, lol, piss his pant alright :)
ReplyDeleteDoes Levi bring Tank when he visits Tripp?
Pat Buchanan is an asshole! Just like Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Bill O. (the clown), Hannity, etc.
ReplyDeletePathetic sellouts to the far right wing they are.
Come on, guys! Are we going to behave like the C4Pers did over the Letterman flap? Big deal. I think Levi would be laughing over this and then say, "In your dreams, First Dude." I thought it was funny even though I don't like PB and I totally support Levi. Let's not lose our senses of humor.
ReplyDeleteI agree with "Just a boy from Wasilla" at 5:02. Levi's appearance on the Today Show was equivalent to Bristol's abstinence only gig. Stupid questions from Ann, empty responses from Levi. Levi, when you have something to say, make it big (and e-nun-ci-ate). Until then, don't lose your credibility like you did on the Today interview. I know you have something significant to say. I'll wait.
ReplyDeleteI thought Sarah's Letterman tactic was a flop. Buchanan was on the Joe Scarborough show? That Joe dud had a young woman die mysteriously in his office and a weird autopsy report that looked suspicious. Along with his resigning from office, for what else, "family reasons." These people will care about murder? Did McCain ever apologize for any of his idiot jokes and words?
ReplyDeleteI'm all for letter writing and letting your opinion be known. Levi's handlers need to learn from this as well. They don't need to put Levi out there for fluff. They made a choice and went with NBC. IMO, it didn't work for Sarah to put Bristol out like that. If Levi isn't better prepped for that venue, how does it benefit him? Idiots are waiting for Levi to look bad.
There was talk of him doing an interview with Brendan Joel Kelley, that may yet happen. He needs to come off as sincere. He is creating more questions with his "we" talk and sounding so friendly with the Palins. Why can't he deal with child visitation in a court? I know it can't be easy for a kid but I'd have more respect for him if he was more solid and strong about that soon. It may sound lovely that families want to stay out of court, but most people can see trusting any Palin in that way can't last. People are beginning to wonder if both sides aren't playing this for the ratings and money angle.
IMO, the radio show with Celtic Diva would have been better to build his cred.
I just sent a rather frosty e-mail to MSNBC's Morning Joe program as well.
ReplyDeleteI agree, Virginia Voter, about Pat being $arah's demographic ... but I'm going to be less delicate and call it "raising old, white, Republican D*ck."
I heard that remark sometime last Fall (don't remember when or who) and thought it was absolutely spot on!! She THRIVES on being the "hot" governor. I can't stand this B*tch!
Sorry for being a bit vulgar but it certainly does fit!
Oh man, you people just went over the cliff with the Sea of Pee-ers. Get some perspective. You know that old saying about picking and choosing your fights wisely?
ReplyDeleteOh, man, who really cares about what the CofPers are saying, if they think we "just went over the cliff"? Unless, of course, they are saying "Death to America! Death to Levi Johnston!" like the Palitalabanites they are, and like that old loon Pat Buchanan.
ReplyDeleteWe know they're living in some kind of Palin/Disney Fantasyland; every succeeding "article" lately by one of their luminaries gets wilder and more spacey, with imaginings about what Joan of Palin is going to do now that she's rid herself of those pesky governmental duties weighing her perfect self down.
(picture $arah Palin holding onto one of those balloons from "Up")
Everytime I see Buchannan on the TV, with his scrunched up slitty eyes, I get creeped out!
ReplyDeleteLuckily, I was busy all day, with work, then birthday dinner for my (grown) twins, so I missed Hardball. Watching the midnight showing now...and will probably throw something at the screen.
Funny insight into the "drowning vs. blowjob".
ReplyDeleteOur country's priorities are sooo strange!
http://firedoglake.com/
I don't care what the C 4 pee people think about anything. I have tried having discussions with them human being to human being but you cannot question anything. Asking questions is not a negative. Having a doubt about Sarah should not be a reason to get blocked on their blog and screamed at.
ReplyDeleteI agree we should not focus on them but I could care less what they think. . ANYONE who seriously believes Sarah is capable of being president either is delusional or they haven't truly objectively studied her. She has quit every job she has ever had and she is a LIAR plain and simple. Wake up for God's sake! She is taking advantage of them and they allow it. The Palinbots can come across as nasty, ignorant and sometimes MEAN.
RAM - Get off my blog!!
Uh, Kajo? I don't think you read my post very carefully. I didn't say the CofP-ers thought you went over a cliff. I said some of you went over the cliff with them. In other words I see people really blowing this out of proportion. Do you think Obama would have said a word if it had been about him or his family? No. He keeps his eye on the ball and ignores all the crap. He stays above the fray. Now who would you rather be like, the C4p's or Obama?
ReplyDeleteOn the other hand, perhaps it is C4P's lurking here who are inciting riots, and maybe I'm the pigeon.
I emailed Morning Joe as well and pointed out that Buchanan was over the top pissed off about the Letterman joke, and yet he found calling for the murder of a teenager to be funny. I also pointed out that Levi would handle the situation better than Gov. Palin and I bet them that he wouldn't be on the news and issuing statements that called for Buchanan's resignation.
ReplyDeleteI used to read PB's articles and he would sometimes do a thoughtful analysis of things. I rarely agreed with him but I could see his point.
ReplyDeleteThen recently he seems to have jumped on the bus to crazytown and asked the driver to step on it.
From stating that there have been no terrorist attacks after 9/11 to saying the holocaust never happened he seems to running away from reality as fast as he can.
@anon....the difference here, at least to me is this. Letterman is a comedian who makes off colour jokes. That should not have been reacted to in the way that Palin did.
ReplyDeleteBuchanen on the other hand, is a commentator for MSNBC. He said something horrific...and that vapid Mika laughed...big ha ha. I was disappointed to see Chris Matthews laugh as well when it was repeated.
Lets not forget people like Dr. Tiller...and the shoot up at the Holocaust museum. In my opinion these things happen because of the impact of words out of the mouths of people like Beck, OReilly...Limbaugh...Buchanen...and yes...Sarah Palin. I think our outrage here is a little more reasonable than the that of the 15 people who picketed Lettermans studio. Lets put some perspective on this...please
He was making fun of the Palin's for being out-smarted by a 19 year old. He implied that they have lost control of the situation and that, short of drowning Levi, there was no putting that genie back into the bottle. I didn't take it as being against Levi at all and I despise Buchanan. You rock, Levi!!
