Is Sarah Palin America's Mahmoud Ahmadinejad? The two differ in many key respects, of course, but it is remarkable how similar they are. There are uncanny parallels in their biographies, their domestic politics and the way they present themselves -- even in their rocky relationships with party elders.
I think somebody needs to alert Van Flein so he can send out another e-mail threat.
You wouldn't want one of these "so-called journalists" to get away with such "malice" and "defamatory" statements now would you?

ReplyDeleteSo, Sarah Palin does shop Walmart, her attorney is of the bargain basement variety.
It is clear that is a mafia-type threat. Involving children was beyond the pale. Now Sarah is inciting her fringe base, she does that on purpose over the divorce word.
She knows the ardent gun obsessed make threats. Homeland security is aware of how she incites and those she attracts.
The sooner the FBI seizes those computers the better. The FBI still has the computers of some nuts in our area on a matter a lot less threatening, also involving children but no death threats on bloggers. Alaska may be corrupt from top to bottom but there are federal authorities that will step in. It just happened with the Alaska Medi-care situation. After what I saw where I am, I see no reason the computers won't be seized right away. There are somethings that decent Americans do not want to see tolerated. No death threats or physical harm. Sarah must stop putting anymore children in harms way. I don't think this should be swept under the rug at all. The greater wrong here is obvious. If it is legal to send death threats electronically we are a sorry country that has no regard for protecting children. If those pals of Sarah break laws they must be dealt with over what we have seen so far.
The situation with Levi having a gun pulled on him must be taken serious and investigated. I don't care what he tells his publishers, the FBI needs to have a talk with him and anyone else that was a witness. Liars lie, let them lie to the FBI. Anyone standing up for Palin needs to be watched. Ignorance is no excuse. It is unavoidable and urgent the public learn how she operates and hides behind things like a title or a political big wig. The McCain team is aware of how she handled Todd and the AIP.
At Conservatives4Palin they had their nuts delete their own posts on Gryphen. The IP addresses and all are still intact. I don't think this should be passed off lightly. The information needs to be in the hands of authorities NOW. I hope it has been taken care of already. Federal agents will move fast when death threats start. Just because Conservatives4Palin cleans house over this it doesn't mean they won't be busy later stirring up the most dangerous among them. RAM may not be someone who would strap a gun to their hip and do something dumb. She uses her Hollywood writer and film skills. Remember the "cute" Romney running in the woods video?
Don't forget the Alaskan FBI that broke precedent and worked for Van Flein on a Saturday. That office might be ready to be purged and find new agents who will look out for the people.
Nancy Reagan would never make a case out of something like divorce information. Her staff was and is professional. There is a reason Sarah would not speak at the Reagan Library. She did speak at the NRA. I haven't heard if there is any credibility to the trip to San Diego rumor. She has decided to go dark and send a dishonest attorney to use children and make idle legal threats while her army does the dirty work.

ReplyDeleteThere was a short paragraph from Saturday on Wonkette saying "OH GOD, DO WE AGREE WITH MEG STAPLETON?" with 2 links, Alaska Report and Mediaite. Since I'd already read the former, I clicked on the latter, and read the entry, and saw another link saying, "Mediaite’s Tommy Christopher has more."
I clicked on THAT link, which landed me at dailydose.us where TC calls your rumor "completely unsourced horsesh!t (that’s horse’s hit, for the fainting types)" but goes on to deride Stapleton for her stupid public denial. TC then posted this update: "I just talked to John Ziegler, who got a good laugh out of the rumor. He’s personally in touch with both Todd and Sarah Palin this week, and informs me that, as of Wednesday, the Palins were together and doing fine. He also reminded me of the story of Palin’s wedding ring..."
I was curious about just WHAT John Ziegler knew up-close-and-personal about Palin's wedding ring, so I followed THAT helpful link...which led me to gatewaypundit.blogspot (I have noticed that a lot of right wing bloggers like to call themselves pundits -- makes them feel more important?) where an old story from last October appeared.
I was curious about what else this "Gateway Pundit" had to say, so I went to the "home", and voila!, the Palin/Ahmadinejad story was highlighted, with a reference to C4P's as-usual frothing-at-the-mouth observations and a link to the original Salon.com article. Whew!

Gryphen, I have a theory about Sarah and Van Flein threatening people. They're only after people who live in Alaska, people they can bully up-close and personally. Sarah hates to hear boos when she stands at a podium to speak. She wants to silence all her critics, but especially her local critics.
ReplyDeleteYes, certainly Thomas Van Flein would have a dandy time serving papers on one of the most popular and respected professors at the University of Michigan! A job no more important than yours in the kindergarten, Gryphen, but little children scare easily, while college students not only are easily amused but have a whole campus/community newspaper (along with all of their social networking opportunities), ready, willing, and able to reduce Von Flein and his Boss-ette to a pile of ash.
