The AP takes note of the strange absence of Levi from Palin's book. It looks like Sarah finally blinked.
(Check out this bizarre photo of Walters with Sarah, Willow, and Piper. Sarah is still desperate to paint them as one big happy family.Photo courtesy of AP photographer Steve Fenin)
Sarah Palin's new memoir describes heart-wrenching anguish about her teen daughter's pregnancy playing out before a national audience. But the 413-page tome doesn't contain a single reference to the father of her grandson, soon-to-be Playgirl model Levi Johnston.
My understanding is that originally "Going Rogue" ripped into Levi with a vengeance.
It is pretty clear that his warnings to her have been heard and that SOMEBODY decided not to call his bluff.
However if Sarah has convinced herself that she is safe from having her deepest secrets revealed, then she is in for a rude awakening. E-mail boxes are being stuffed, and cell phones are ringing off of the hook, with people who want to tell all they know about Sarah Palin.
Choosing to write this book may have been the dumbest thing she has ever done.
By the way I guess this is not the FIRST time that Sarah blinked. This from the Wall Street Journal:
Ms. Palin was particularly angry at bloggers and the media, associates said, for speculation that her baby Trig was really the child of Bristol, her daughter.
At one point, according to people familiar with the discussions, Ms. Palin considered pursuing a libel suit against at least one blogger, the Atlantic's Andrew Sullivan. Ms. Palin decided against such a move because of the publicity it would bring.(That is bullshit. She well knew that the case would open up to public scrutiny the lies she was working so hard to keep secret.)
Mr. Sullivan, in response, said asking "factually verifiable questions is obviously not libel."
A spokeswoman for Ms. Palin didn't respond to email requests seeking comment. (No surprise there.)
Update: Speaking of bloggers and rumors, here is a page from "Going Rogue" that discusses MY part in the Palin media circus.
She addresses the missing ring as no big deal because it was only $35 anyhow, and once again makes the claim that Todd's looks keep her happy in the marriage. Unbelievable.
I guess she is just refusing to acknowledge that Todd moved out of Wasilla awhile ago, and that the rumors of marital problems have been substantiated by numerous sources. Including an even more recent one, that is just about as close to the family as you can get.
(H/T to my friend Celtic Diva for the page.)

She even remarks about how Schmidt's penchant for vulgarity offended her. Writing about the preparation the campaign was conducting for the vice-presidential debates, she recounts the campaign manager declaring that moderator Gwen Ifill is "going to f*** with you?"
ReplyDelete"I'm thinking," writes Palin, "Why are you telling me this? Last minute... what's the point? And no more f-bombs around Piper, please?"

WHY WAS PIPER EVEN THERE DURING DEBATE PREP??? PLESE ARREST THIS 'woman' FOR CHILD ABUSE!!!!
Wonder how much time her hairdresser spends at the house doing her weave? Wonder if she will she be travelling on the 'book dump truck'? If she doesn't, you know the pics will bring back the bumpit and updo.
ReplyDeleteSo Sarah's travelling to NY with another underage teenager on school time and someone else's dime?
ReplyDeleteWhen's the last time we heard about such a trip?
And what "Family Values Repub"'s underaged daughter is the subject of rumor central at the Alaska Report?
I just ordered up SP's book at my local library and was surprised that they had not ordered "Going Rouge," so I requested it for purchase.
ReplyDeleteMy library usually orders any reasonable request, and they will buy it. Lots of sales, and MANY readers if we all do the same. But it's not on amazon, so give them this link:
http://www.orbooks.com/
I just read an excerpt on Huff Po, and while most of us here know the score, author Jeanne Devon (AKM) does an excellent job of presenting the facts for newbies. The excerpt is super advertising for reading the whole book.
Let's give Going Rouge a helping hand. It deserves it.
A breathless description of your "tanned and shirtless" husband is just soooo presidential.
ReplyDeletePat in Texas
A 44 year old woman with a history of two miscarriges, 8 months "pregnant" leaking amniotic fluid, in labor, fetus determined to have health issues before birth-- yeah, I'd tell her to get on a plane, spend 10+ hours in transit to come home and deliver is a small-town hospital. Nope, don't go to any large hospital along the way with neo-natal facilities, that's for wimps.
ReplyDeleteI believe that story the same way that I believe the bad interview was all Katy Couric's fault.
By the way, what's with Piper's new makeup? She looks beautiful, beautiful enough to enter kid beauty pageants, just like Mommy Dearest.
The pages that Celtic Diva posted sound like a teen aged girl writing in her diary, I mean slam book. She is just mad at the world and is going to get back at those gossip mongers and all of those people who said mean things about her, so there. What a thin skin for a politician.
ReplyDeleteSarah's book has the wrong title. It should be called, "Getting Even, Nah Nah Nah."
This is a not a good quality for a future politician. It is a good quality for a diva like Carrie Prejean, Balloon Boy's parents, or anyone else who craves the spotlight for no other reason than they think they deserve it. Sa
Oh my. Her writing skills are atrocious.
ReplyDeleteShe has quite a pair, though, to lecture us on hypocrisy. Good thing the company she chose to pimp her daughter out to, Candie's, doesn't treat young women as sex objects.
Oh, wait.
stick a fork in her. It's not just "us" getting on her case now. It's the gotcha media, all over the place!!!
ReplyDeleteThe font size is enormous! At least a 24, I think. Right around large-print, I'd say. So, if "standard" font size were used, how many pages would it be? Around 200 at the most, right?
ReplyDeleteTodd is a hunk??!! She certainly hasn't been around too much. Or dated too many hunks in her life. Highschool sweetheart.
ReplyDeleteMy high school years were not the greatest. A few socialites almost like Sarah made them pretty miserable.
But college and later, yes, I dated quite a few nice guys and some hunks. Some folks thought my ex looked like Tom Selleck. But you know, beauty is only skin deep.
Todd looks more like a wimp than any kind of a hunk. Sarah needs new glasses or something.
I just read Celtic Diva's post regarding the ethnic complaints in "Going Rogue". I'm shocked that she refered to Andree McLeod as "the falafel lady". Is this a subtle (or not so subtle) dig about her being "Not One of Us"? I think Ms. Palin is sinking herself.
ReplyDeletePage 353....s'arah used the word, "cobelligerents" in. G-man, that is YOU, AKM, CD, SM, et al! Hilarious!
ReplyDeletehttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Co-belligerence
And of course she used it incorrectly.
About ripping Levi.
ReplyDeleteThere are also laws abuot liable and slander. If she ripped Levi with the same blatant lies that she rips political figures she’s cruisin' for a bruisin'.
He now has a good lawyer on his side.
If there is a law suit there will be discovery and investigations. In a real court of law she won’t own the judge and jury like she did the Personnel Panel, and if caught is a lie will go to jail.
Does she really want to have her children put under oath in a highly public trial, to defend her lies?
Does she really want to play the roll of evil old woman going after a naive young man?
She’ll cave on the joint custody, too.
She has to protect her ultimate lies - family values and Christ like behavior.
Well, Gryphen, things are definitely heating up now. Yep, and I expect those who were afraid of the barracuda to speak out now.
ReplyDeleteOh, and I would like to give a shout out now to KATIE COURIC...THANK YOU!!
Thanks, Gryphen, for all the good work!
Wonder who decided to keep Vincent's name off the book as a co-author? She did a great job with "word salad" editing. Either she didn't want her name associated with Palin for eternity; Palin wanted full stature for eternity; or the publishers didn't want Vincent's homophobe beliefs tainting the book. (?)
ReplyDeleteI bet by now she is wishing that she had given the homophobic co-author a little more credit on the book cover so she could now blame her. This is just a disaster in the making & such an insulting deception. Why oh why did she take it to this new level? I know, because she's a crazy, delusional narcissist that is out to destroy her enemies & while she is at it this country. Good Morning Sarah, I afraid you really blew it this time. Is it too late to cancel the book signing? What a fraud.
ReplyDeleteNot trashing Levi in her get-even-with-the-world tome because everybody has been so mean to me may be the only smart thing Palin has ever done. But then probably not, some one at Harper Collins or on Murdoch's staff probably decided it was not a good idea. And the comment about her tanned and shirtless husband just confirms there is nothing of substance to Palin; not even in her relationship with her own family. She is beyond pathetic.
ReplyDeleteThanks Gryphen,
ReplyDeleteIt's been a long slog, but I think Sarah is about to wrap it up.
No wonder Lynn Vincent didn't put her name on the front of this book...looks like all those Palinisms like "political blood sport" are back.
ReplyDeleteAnd as far as all those who turn young women into sex objects, yeah that is horrible....especialy those raunchy Candies ads.
Ohhhh.. Bad image. Bad Image. Todd tanned and shirtless...
ReplyDeleteI can't get it out of my head..
Any thinking person, of any political persuasion, will have to see the phony that Palin is.
ReplyDelete--
The Real GOP are probably grooming their next presidential candidate in secret, or he/she is grooming themself.. letting Ms. Phony be the distraction.
--
Even if Palin started a rumored cosmetic line of lipstick, how many women would actually purchase it? She's going to fail wherever she goes.
anon @ 8:06:
ReplyDeleteapparently andree mcleod had a felafel cart in town, or tried to have one. I read something about it a while ago.
I'm beginning to wonder if this is another book she failed to read. Just dictated it to the co-author homophobe & sent it to print. No one is stupid enough to print a book with this many lies & attack so many important people.
ReplyDeleteWHY WAS PIPER EVEN THERE DURING DEBATE PREP??? PLESE ARREST THIS 'woman' FOR CHILD ABUSE!!!!
ReplyDeleteI got so sick of witnessing child abuse when trying to watch the news during the campaign. So what happens, Bristol drags a lifeless baby on TV with her to promote the job she quit. It is a generational problem with that group and someone PLEASE ARREST THEM !! The Henne's are nothing compared to these frauds.
Vincent's reputation is not upstanding but two things come to mind. She refused to put her name on the book knowing Palin would then blame her for the contents. She's in rehab for having to transcribe all the word salad.
ReplyDeleteHere we go again, citing each other as sources, where have we seen this before ?
ReplyDeleteThe AK Bloggers are bordering on the edge of creepy.
Here we go again. The same old whines and lies and faux outrage. Too bad she didn't use the book as an opportunity to be real and make sense.
ReplyDeleteIt's quite amusing that her rant about young women feeling like sex objects is immediately followed by a paragraph where she objectifies Todd.
If you're feeling brave, take a few slow deep breaths and plant your feet firmly on the ground. Now reread the book pages while imagining you're listening to the audio-book in Sarah Palin's best dramatic voice.
A couple of thoughts -
ReplyDelete1) Sarah has a "fan" club who also happen to be voters. Elvis had a fan club and his fans were smart enough to know he wasn't presidential material... She is a celebrity of her own making who happens to have a political past...
2) This book proves beyond a doubt that she does NOT write the articles for her facebook page. Her ghostwriter did not reconcile the Sarah word salad and her facebook writings. She should have found a happy middle that would leave just enough thought to make it possible that she writes the articles... They didn't think this thru very well...
I'd like to know if she had funerals for her miscarriages. Some prolifers do such things.
ReplyDeleteMaybe she doesn't mention Levi as the father in the book because he's NOT the father. Why then mention him at all? Remember what Van Flea said: Tripp's father is welcome to visit him any time he wants. Not Levi per se, but the baby's father. They never use names with this group. It's always "the kid", "the baby", "the father." The baby that doesn't resemble Levi. My guess: they pulled him out of the woods, dressed him up and told him to pretend to be that baby's father. The baby she probably had with another guy. Oh, and the two daughters all dolled up and sitting next to mom - that sure keeps some of the more awkward questions from being asked, now doesn't it.
ReplyDeleteCharlie looked over his reading glasses at me! Katie asked me a question! That potty mouth, Schmidt, used the f-word in front of my daughter! The campaign committe wouldn't lie about Todd's connection to AIP or even let me set precedent by giving a concession speech! Those bloggers in Alaska are just plain liars, mean, mean ol' liars. Ask yourselves, people! Without devout Christian conservative women like Carrie and me, what is America likely to look like, fifty years from now?
ReplyDeleteNow, I'm sure you all recognize my friends standing here with me: Rush Palin, Glenn Bachmann, Sean Prejean, Michelle Beck, Carrie Hannity--and me, of course, Sarah Limbaugh--thank you, thank you...uh, anyway, we have formed a sextet and would, now, like to sing some real American tunes from the past:
Let's begin with that beloved old favorite, "Camptown Races."
"............
............
Dudah, dudah..."
Oh, wasn't that nice, ladies and gentlemen? For our next song--sing along, if you like:
"Oh dear, what can the matter be?
Dear, dear, what can the matter be?
Oh dear, what can the matter be?
Johnnies so long at the fair?
He promised to bring me...."
And, who can forget this wonderful Broadway hit song?
"Hi, Sarah!
Hi, Greta!
What's the story, morning glory?
What's the tale, nightengale?
....
....
Hi, Meghan!
Hi, Ivy!
What's the story, morning glory?
What's the word, hummingbird?
.....
.....
Well, I heard they got pinned.
Yeah! Yeah!
I was hopin' they would!
Oho!
Now they're livin' at last.
Goin' steady for good!
......
......
It won't last!
Not at all!
He's too thin!
She's too tall!
Hello, Missus Palin, this is Levi Johnston
Can I speak with Bristol, please?"
Hold it! Stop, stop, stop. I said, "STOP!"
Ahem, yes, we all miss spending all those Sunday evenings--families gathered in front of those old black and white TV sets watching Ed Sullivan showcase: Topo Gigio, the top half of Elvis and, of course, Fidel Castro. Oh, the good old days--who, in their right mind would want to move forward, for crying outloud?
So what happens when Todd gets paunchy, bald and wrinkly? Will she divorce him then?
ReplyDeleteShe did not mention Levi at all? Who does she claim is Tripp's bio paternal parent?
ReplyDeleteI saw the regular enthusiast for Palin, Amanda Carpenter, looking out of character and down trodden when discussing Palin yesterday. She could not repeat her typical rhetoric. The best accolade she could give was that Palin is a "modern woman." I guess she means her religious reproductive views?
I am looking forward to reading all the Palin supporters saying all the lovely things and supporting her in the following weeks. Taking names to see how many stay with her as more truth comes out.
This is not about anyones private life. It is about a politician that lied and committed fraud in order to to gain favors, postion and money.
This is about FRAUD, A FRAUD, several people involved in FRAUD. Let us get to where we can determine the extent the doctor did to boost the FRAUD. What did other politicians and workers do the support and boost a FRAUD.
This is about FRAUDS. Not someones privates. IT IS FRAUD THAT PEOPLE WANT REVEALED.
Yes the font is huge and so is the spacing, looks like 1.5 or 2. The book is thin, I would like to see a word count.
ReplyDeleteI am kind of surprised no one is shocked about Sarah's TWO ABORTIONS! You might want to call them miscarriages, but technically they are abortions. Is this the iceberg finally? What about the lying in the doctor's letter, she failed to mention this.
The only thing positive I can say about Sarah Palin is that she does have some beautiful children. Too bad they're being raised by a her. Flash forward another ten years and we'll be getting the "Mommy Dearest" books from her kids - after they're out of rehab.
ReplyDeleteTrolls ALWAYS blame the messengers - Palin often does the same thing - but it's the message that matters. And Palin's message is lies, lies and more lies.
ReplyDeleteTrolls ignore The Truth and just throw stones at messengers. Pathetic.
Why do we keep wondering if Trig is Bristol's? I don't think he is-- but I DO think that she found out that someone else (maybe in her circle of friends?) was having a baby with DS and brightened up, "I can pretend it is mine!" and made arrangements to adopt him. Things didn't go as planned, she was in TX and high tailed it back to AK to be there when he was born and claim he is hers.
ReplyDeleteI have no skills as a decorator, but the colors of the room in the photo seem garish. The drapes and wall color seem to clash badly with the fabric in the sofa and chairs. It looks like lots of strong colors that don't go well together. Does anyone know where is this photo was taken?
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone still believe that Sarah "Show Me The Money" Palin was ever satisfied with a $35 wedding ring?
ReplyDeletePalin -
ReplyDeleteLiar.
Hypocrite.
Fraud.
These are facts.
The whole divorce thing seems pretty silly. Since the pretense of a marriage is worth probably $2-3 million a year for Todd, and he barely has to see her, I expect them to remain "married". Since she has successfully faked a pregnancy while a public figure, it won't be too hard to fake a "marriage".
ReplyDeleteHi Sarah, you did not give birth to Trig and you can't prove that you did.
ReplyDeleteI dare you. Sue me and everyone else.
Todd
So the quote in her book about Todd is the exact quote given to Robert Stacey McCain (Racist supporter)
ReplyDeleteit must be fraud said.....
ReplyDeleteI have to say You have hit the nail on the head!
Great Post!!!
Thanks...
Blinked, huh?
ReplyDeleteHere's how it works, Gryphen, and since you never worked for or with a major publishing house, wrote a script, a play, or in any way ever had to work with major-league editors, I don't expect you to know this.
A contract is ultimately negotiated and inevitably it's the studio, producer, director, or publisher who gets to decide what stays in and what gets cut--and it doesn't matter if you're name is Steven Spielberg
or Sarah Palin. The person who signs the check makes the call.
It should be obvious that any issues with Levi Johnston were discussed
with the movers and shakers at Harper Collins and they made the call.
Insofar as you thinking Palin writing a book was the biggest mistake she ever made, that kind of thinking might explain why you will remain a small fish in a very, very small pond.
There are two possibilities: politically, she's dead or politically she's still alive.
If the former is the case, she's gone to her political grave with AT LEAST
a $5,000,000 check to be deposited.
If she's alive--politically--she's got $5,000,000 (pretax) to rehabilitate her image which is exponentially better than being in the game with
out it and no money to make PREEMPTIVE legal strikes against her political enemies. And as anybody who has worked with campaigns, P.R., or marketing can tell you, a few million will buy you a lot of rehab.
She is selling Todd's body for money.
ReplyDeleteThe photo was allegedly taken at a hotel in New York.
ReplyDeleteMackenzie Phillips finally needed to tell her story.
ReplyDeleteWait a minute, wait a minute just hold it a doggone minute. . .
ReplyDeleteSarah often didn't wear jewelry at all so her $35 wedding ring was expendable - Todd didn't wear one at all, ever. . .yet this woman had the audacity to demand Wasilla's incumbent Mayor, John Stein to produce a wedding certificate to prove he wasn't living in sin because his wife didn't take his name?
Another freakin convenient act of hypocrisy for the high-and-mighty Sarah. Unbelievable.
Thank you Todd. It's about time you came out. Once the craziness is over you will have a much nicer life.
ReplyDeleteanon 12:47 at least you have come to realize that she needs rehab.
ReplyDeleteIf her book will buy her a year or so in mental health facility, I'll gladly chip in.
Oh, and PS to anon 12: 47 -- THis book was supposed to be her political image rehab.
ReplyDeleteLooks like that isn't going to go according to plan. But what ever does in Sarah's world?
Everything she touches goes to crap.
Gryphen,
ReplyDeleteYou know people from Wasilla and Palmer. Can you tell us if Brad Hanson is a coach at Colony high, or does he teach at another school?
This is curious because of his former wife and what went on earlier and now he is still in the Palin life?
You say you know that Willow does go to Colony high. She is possibly signed up as a student. Would anyone know if she ever actually goes to class? Does she go to a few token classes?
What is the real story about the Palins and the Hansons? They pretended to go separate ways after the tabloid stories. They are actually not so separate. Don't only take your sources word for things, please. Find out what is going on from more than one source.
Now there is serious rumor going around. It needs to be verified or shut down.
You are doing so much and we are grateful for it all. You will be busy. If you know of anyone you can trust to look into more about Willow's "school" and Hanson, that will be worthwhile.
Hey Gryphen - I haven't ever shared this little part of my story - probably because I live in the valley and - guess what? -- you just DON'T cross Sarah Palin. Although it's true a lot of her once supporters now can barely utter her name without unhinged scorn, still, she'll always have some sort of a following out here, even if it does just end up being her parents and other sweet, well-meaning folks in their 60's and 70's.
ReplyDeleteSo here's a little account - for whatever it's worth. I think I'm just so beyond appalled at Sarah and her complete lack of thinking of anything (the country) or anyone (starting with her own kids) beyond herself. She scares me and incites me - her total disregard for truth, all while rearranging the cloak of Christianity. For people of faith and for people who regard truth as important - she is as frightening as it gets.
A number of years back (I'm scared so I will try to be a little vague with dates) I went into labor. I was three weeks early. CBJ was my doc. Early in the wee hours of the morning, I thought I had started leaking amniotic fluid - but if I had, it was very faint. Still, I couldn't be sure - and being a careful mom, you can bet your bottom dollar I immediately called the Valley Hospital (this is when it was at it's old location in Palmer). The L&D folks told me to come right in and get checked.
I went to the hospital and they did the little "fern" test. I was barely leaking - but it was enough for them to confirm that indeed it was amniotic fluid I was spotting. CBJ came by first thing in the morning (like 6am). She's the one who confirmed the fern test was positive. I asked her if I could PLEASE, PLEASE dash home and grab my overnight bag (I had brought nothing with me).
She very sweetly but firmly said no, that it wouldn't be safe for me to leave the hospital since I was showing signs, no matter how faint, of amniotic fluid. I asked again - it will only take 15 mins max I assured her; but to no avail. About 16 hours later I gave birth to my child.
Do you think for one single second I have ever bought Sarah's contrived tale of telling CBJ, while she was in Texas, that she suspected she was leaking fluid? No.
If she did tell CBJ that, I KNOW THAT I KNOW THAT I KNOW Cathy would have told her to proceed to the nearest hospital asap.
Now, did Sarah never tell CBJ - just told her mom and pop when she got home (you know she loves to play up her "I'll do it my way" persona with her parents)? Yes, assuming Trig is in fact her baby, I suspect this is what occurred.
But CBJ is no slouch. She is a highly respected physician in this valley - and it the state and nation. Maybe none of this matters anymore. Maybe the truth means nothing when it comes to Sarah Palin. She spins her staggering lies and people the nation over gobble them up and come back for more.
She's a sensation, an icon, a phenomenon, a wonder.
She's a liar.
Used to be in America, that mattered. Not anymore.
12:58 Anon
ReplyDeleteSo it's all about money...screw the people just make a buck or two. Rather cynical, don't you think?
Steven Spielberg determines his own content, and signs the checks, but then again you'd know that, Mr./Ms. Bigshot!
ReplyDeleteThank you anon from the valley. I think that is huge news that you just posted. It pretty much destroys the wild ride story.
ReplyDeletethank you to the brave poster at 1:50. We have your back ~~ and once Sarah gets discredited nationally, she won't have any power left in Wasilla.
ReplyDeleteEsp if she had an abortion.
It's nice that someone has come to defend CBJ's honor as a physician - this must be humiliating to her.
Palin's refusal to bring suit against Sullivan is nothing more than proof that she still has aspirations to national office and does not speak to the merits of her case one way or the other.
ReplyDeleteBook it: if she is proven to be a no-hoper in the next year or so, she will be taking people to court and she will be armed to the teeth to do it.
Anonymous @ 1:50, thank you for your story.
ReplyDeleteJust for curiosity's sake, and not trying to worm identifying information out of you -- but are you a frequent Anon visitor, or a frequent lurker, to IM?
I'm just wondering if you've posted before about more general things that have been the topic of the day, but this is the first time you've told us a personal story....?
Can you say yes or no (I don't want to know more)?
In the photo with Walters and 2 Palin daughters, Sarah Palin is the least beautiful. That says alot about how much worse Sarah is going to become as she ages.
ReplyDeleteAnonymous at 1:47: Don't put words in my mouth. I clearly meant
ReplyDeletepolitical rehabilitation and despite your cynical and jaundiced views of things, the plan so far has been a remarkable success.
As predicted, she is being courted for endorsements, landed the toughest interview spot on television--Barbara Walters--who makes EVERY interview a Win-Win and the book is already a pre-release best seller.
Perhaps you could explain how the PR strategy to date is a bust.
@12:58 - No. Wrong. The editor and publisher work WITH the author in terms of what gets to stay in a manuscript. I have NEVER had an editor or publisher FORCE me to remove something from a published book. We discuss problem areas and come to solutions together. Palin BLINKED.
ReplyDeleteSay, if Sarah Palin is so easily rehabilitated in terms of PR, what is she waiting for? Why wasn't she rehabilitated in the past 12 months? The longer the "dumb crazy lazy liar" image is out there, the harder it will be to transform it. Oh, that's right. It's because already it's too late. The ship has sailed. Everyone sees it but you.
is she ever going to go away??????
ReplyDeleteIf looks were the only qualifier to retain a husband, than she should have encouraged Bristol to stick with hunk-ra Levi. I mean, have YOU SEEN Levi?
ReplyDeleteProving Sarah, plain and short is also shallow.
Sarah Palin lies.
ReplyDeleteThen she has an abortion.
Then she lies some more.
It what she does. Lying is all she does. And we have proof of her lies.
No wonder she quit.
Anon 1:50
ReplyDeleteThanks for the post...yes, she will destroy anyone who gets in her way, even a caring doctor.
Yeah, and you had to lie to make it seem like she was rehabilitated, so your point is moot.
ReplyDeleteHer book is not on any best-seller list that counts, and the lists it was on were manipulated. But I could care less. The AP is already calling her a liar. That really doesn't bode well. Even Fox news called her out on a lie the other day.
Yeah, her rehab as a politician is going swimmingly.
Marinate your brain in some more kool-aid while you worship your false idol.
the print is huge so the Horney old men won't have to wear their glasses and their socks.
ReplyDeleteThose kids look world weary. It's all about lies & deception. Sarah will always have the lead role & the rest of you are minor players. It must be very hard to be Sarah & Todd's children. Sorry Bristol, you are probably home alone taking care of two kids & wondering how in the world you are going to get out. Meanwhile your mother is telling your childhood secrets & won't let your son see his father. It's sick.
ReplyDeleteCan someone in Alaska further explore this rumor and confusion?
ReplyDeleteValley Polaris is the name of a business owned by Republican Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin's husband Todd and his one-time business partner, Brad Hanson. The dealership was located in Wasilla, Alaska.
Bonded in sports.
From what I can tell the Hanson affair in question was around 1996. In 2008 Brad Hanson states that he and Todd are still friends. Marilyn Bowden is related to Carolyn Hanson. She was told there was an affair and she was told to deny that. The same for Carolyn Hanson's brother, Craig Bratton.
Brad Hanson is divisive, explosive and depised. They had to remove articles where he was mentioned because of the rancor.
Please remove the story wrote on Feb 11, 2008 11:32 AM:
" This secret Hanson hater club has gone on long enough. "
REMOVED
The ADN also removes articles related to Hanson
The following was typical of comments form coach Hanson dissenters:
Tsk, tsk wrote on Jan 31, 2008 6:55 PM:
"Once again, let's get back to the guy's behavior. It was unacceptable and if any teacher or one of your coworkers at any place of employment acted the way Hanson did, they'd be out of a job. It's unacceptable but the Palmer koolaid drinkers find it okay as long as they're winning. They're simply promoting another generation of kids who grow up to coach kids bully style with foul language and poor behavior."
Also the "breeder comments were removed.
"When you can’t convert any one else, just “breed” your own believers."
“She is Awesome and we’re so glad Alaska breeds AWESOME and FANTASTIC conservatives that we desperately need to change Washington.”
As far as I can tell Brad Hanson is still with the city of Palmer, he is still friends with the Palins and he is a coach in Palmer.
I have never seen anything to back up that Willow actually goes to school at Colony. She is not as hidden as Bristol but there is a cloak of mystery. It is claimed that she does go to Colony, whether or not she attends classes or only has a coach like Bristol (another coach Hanson) I don't know. If she doesn't actually go to school, that explains why she is not in school now and on a book tour.
Without a doubt her attire is unusual for the daughter of someone trying to sell a book on Oprah. She looks like she wants to be home in Alaska.
She "landed" Barbara Walters? She was a VPOTUS candidate. That's not exactly hard to do, is it? Sarah's a celebrity, but Barbara gets them on the way down as well as the way up.
ReplyDeleteAnon 2:58, lol....I am looking forward to SEEING LEVI, if you know what I mean!
ReplyDeleteshe was billed for an abortion and then it was "whited out" and is now called a "d and c".
ReplyDeleteHmmmm......
and her flock still beat their desperate wings in defense of their Jim Jones.
I'm not sure who SP thinks she's fooling.
ReplyDeleteA wedding band, symbolizing an intact marriage, has a value that is far beyond describing it only in terms of its worth in dollars and cents. The fact that she even refers to it as a $35.00 ring pretty much reveals the state of marital bliss in the Palin household.
Sarah apparently cannot think in terms of the abstract--everything is possession, ownership, cost, money, etc. This absence of the ability to think in the abstract tells more about her intellect, or lack thereof, than her odyssey through numerous colleges and her nickel and dime journalism? broadcasting? "degree."
Thanks, to anonymous at 1:50--that took courage! I have no doubt that what you say is true. It's so amazing that SP gets away with what she does. Good for you for standing up to the lies with a beam of reality.
ReplyDeleteIn Sarah's "own" words:
ReplyDeleteOver at Palingate--Going Rogue--Page 172:
..."Sad, I thought, that our society has elevated things like education and career above the gift of bringing life into the world."
Well, I guess this answers the question of why we see her schlepping her daughters around with her, instead of making sure that they are getting an education.
From Sarah's point of view, they are first and foremost baby making machines. Their education and any possible meaningful and/or successful career is unimportant and secondary.
Fortunately, my daughters chose: First, college degrees and careers--then marriage and children. If, God forbid, they are left to raise their children alone, they have valuable experience with which to complete a resume' which is something beyond: babysat my "baby brother" while my mom was off on a bus trip trying to convince the world that she wasn't a complete frigging idiot.
Uh huh, right, Sarah's the role model I want for my grand daughters....NOT!
"If she's alive--politically--she's got $5,000,000 (pretax) to rehabilitate her image...."
ReplyDeleteOh, that's a good thing--because she'll need that money to support her next knocked-up teenager!
"The photo was allegedly taken at a hotel in New York."
ReplyDeleteIt looks more like a bordello.
You got to feel sorry for Willow. She is starting to fill out like Bristol. I don't know how old Bristol was when she started down that road. These girls need an education far away from Wasilla.
ReplyDeleteIf the adults in Wasilla don't speak up this cycle will never end. Please, put the children's well being first and find protection if you need.
Thanks to Anon at 1:50 as well, I hope this doctor comes out with the true version of the "Wild Ride" and the reason for "allowing" it. If it is a lie, then I hope the good doctor takes legal measures to clear her name.
ReplyDeleteI don't understand how SP keeps track of her lies- she seems to have a very controling, money driven, selfish mentality. The "Have you seen Todd?" and the mention of the 35 dollar wedding ring are shallow on her part.
And the backdrop of that photo makes my eyes bleed!
I bet she still has that bill for the abortion, and I also bet that the word was whited out and then typewritten over it - WITH A DIFFERENT TYPESET!
ReplyDeleteIs $arah trying to pimp out her own young daughter, Piper? She has her made up like Shirley Temple in the 50s or 60s, and it looks like she is wearing a top that is open down to her belly button...
ReplyDeleteThanks anon@1:50! I wish more women would come out and address this issue.
Seems like instead of a book on 'policy' like Limpballs implies, it is a book that shovels her own grave...
Interesting: It looks like Piper has a new "do." Sarah is apparently having her go with the classic Shirley Temple finger curl look, these days--of course it does take a couple of years off and helps maintain that cutesy "little girl" prop appeal.
ReplyDeleteThanks 1:50. I've read several people that say what a wonderful physician Dr. Cathy is. It is difficult to understand that she is someone who would be involved in the worst fraud of this century. Why would she not stand up to Sarah's lies? HIPPA does not mean that a physician is required to go along with crime. Why do you think she would do that? Sarah Palin will unravel one day and the depositions will begin. Dr. Cathy will have to tell the truth, stonewall or lie. What do you think she will do?
ReplyDeleteI wish the Alaskan Report would say who they are suggesting. After seeing Willow's picture I feel sick about her condition. At least, clear Palin if it is someone else. Can someone ask AR when they will continue?
Now with the Sarah Palin WhiteOut story it's easier to believe she would find abortion a way to help another unwed pregnant teen. That would be easy to do while on a bus tour. It is the worst form of birth control there is and it doesn't prevent the next pregnancy.
I feel sick about those children and hope more Wasilla neighbors get the protection they need and can do something to protect children.
If it is true that Willow goes to Colony and that is where the abusive coach is what a nightmare for her.
Have you seen the children from the Children of God cult? They were abused but trained to look happy and talented. The Palin children are like that. People of Wasilla, please help them.
What I would like to know is WHY did Sarah and Todd dislike Levi?
ReplyDeleteI know WIllow does attend Colony - because "things got really rough last year for her at Wasilla (High School)," whatever that means...
ReplyDeleteShe plays basketball and she does attend classes when she's not traveling with her mom. Todd helps watch Trig and Tripp. They are busy overseeing the building of the ------ whatever that massive, overwrought structure is to the left of the old Lake Lucille Inn and Restaurant in Wasilla.
A conversation I started at Amazon Books that got some response: (at The Rogue...) well, the title is "...absolutely inaccurate". See what you think and add anything...in these next few days, the strength of our 'alternative' voices have a very good chance of at least being scanned over, it seems to me...(gawd, I hate that feeling of being a *little person* to the megapublaolagarchs, don't you) ...neverhoo, we are HERE and WE WILL BE HERE...and we are not the ChristoFacist WingNuts, either...
ReplyDeleteOver at Palingates,Going Rogue, Page 57:
ReplyDelete"....Todd grabbed the birth certificate before I could get to it, declaring...He proudly told everyone we'd named her for the Bay he'd loved since childhood. I claimed that the name was the substitute for my plan to become a big-dog sportscaster in Bristol, Connecticut, home of ESPN."
Uh huh, a name with a double meaning. Hmmm, let's think for a minute about little Trig's middle name--well, there is that favorite place for snow machining--but, doesn't that also, too, ring of some big-dog politics?
Golly, what did we all do before Google?
Twenty years ago, I had a pregnancy like Sarah's where the doctor knew things were not progressing properly. After several times when everyone thought I was going to miscarry the baby, the doctor discovered the baby was dead. Like Sarah I was in my second trimester. The doctor was unable to do a D & C and abort the baby because he felt I could bleed to dead. The doctor did a suction-type abortion to minimize the bleeding. Sarah can call it a D & C or a miscarriage of whatever she conjures up in her mind. The truth is Sarah and I had a abortion.
ReplyDeleteTo this date, I have never been able to side with the Right to Life people because I know there are times when women need options. I never want women to have to resort to back alley abortions like they did in the 50s and 60s. For those of you younger women, you need to ask your mother about the options for women in their youth.
aacccckkkkkkkkkkkkk! What a tacky room. Sparkly over-done banisters on plain stairs. Red velvet and a bright gold frame that overwhelms the painting. I just know that somewhere out of frame, there's a marble dolphin or panther side table with a dusty bowl of artificial flowers on it.
ReplyDeleteThanks for telling your story anon @ 1:50 but as good as CBJ can be as a doctor to the valley and her patients there are some pretty tough questions that she has to come clean with or she is going to lose credability as long as she stays silent. First there is the medical letter she wrote for Palin's behalf to inform the nation of Palin's well being - the letter mentions more about T1's health than the person that was actually up for election, second there is silence about Palin's wild ride story, third there is the involvement in the same church as Palin, both women are "high level" officials, fourth there was the fire at the church that distroyed the records of all the adoptions and where abouts of the babies and kids and account books - the fire was not in the kitchen, not in the basement, not the alter - it was the paper trail and records, and finally it is very obvious that Palin did not birth T1 so why would a doctor in her positon of credability go along with Palin's fake preg, fake birth, fake birth certificate and acting as the fake mom? CBJ can be the best of the best, but if she is involved with Palin's lies then why?
ReplyDeleteTina Brown does something of a number on Palin in the Daily Beast.
ReplyDeleteA coochie act. Her political pasties...etc.
Kids at school have been having a difficult time with the American History and the sequence of events govering their study. I created some concise flashcards, which I hope will make things easier for them. What is your opinion on this method?( and also on these flashcards)
