Amazingly, but not surprisingly, the AP somehow nabbed a copy of the book before it was released. (Thieves!) They're now erroneously reporting on the book's contents and are repeating many of the same things they spewed during the campaign and afterwards. We've heard 11 writers are engaged in this opposition research, er, "fact checking" research! Imagine that – 11 AP reporters dedicating time and resources to tearing up the book, instead of using the time and resources to "fact check" what's going on with Sheik Mohammed's trial, Pelosi's health care takeover costs, Hasan's associations, etc. Amazing. (All of THAT for little unimportant me? Oh I do declare it almost makes my head swell at the thought. How many "fact checkers" did they put on Hillary's book? Not as many?Well I guess she is even less important than this simple hockey mom from Alaska, now isn't she?)
We'll keep setting the record straight, and we'll keep reminding some in the media that Americans are very tired of their non-objective reporting. (Always going out of their way to make the FACTS the most important part of the story. what is that about?) A great, recent post that accomplishes this is a Conservatives4Palin post (Or as Rupert, Fred, and I call them "Palin panty-sniffers"). It's got some nice fact checking included. Something that has really been bothering me since I read Palin's Concession Speech, that I haven't seen anyone else coment on, was the closing line "May God protect, guide, and bless America!" This to me, is an indication that she, and all those like minded, hope and believe that America should be, or has been, chosen by God to fulfill God's vision.

Mrs. Todd Palin's comment about "Hang 'Em High" and the New York trial of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed is an affront to actual American history and the founders of our great nation. Was it not President John Adams who defended the English soldiers who were involved in the Boston Massacre? President John Adams made a 'bold' statement the day he agreed to defend them. He believed the rule of law was more important than popular sentiment and that everyone has the right to a fair trial. He not only believed in such lofty concepts, he lived them as a Colonist, as a Revolutionary, and finally as an American. How demeaning are Mrs. Todd Palin's comments when she preaches from her FB altar that real Americans should be proud of their heritage, until of course its uncomfortable or inconvenient or doesn't fit with her hateful perception of America? Would we be any better than the terrorists who caused such horror on our soil if we did actually hand 'em high? I dare say, no we would not. It is our laws that ennoble us as a nation and as a people.

First, she did not advocate a suspension of due process. She believed a criminal trial in New York was grievously ill-conceived, which it is and the timing couldn't be more idiotically selected.
In two weeks New York will become one of the world's most popular tourist venues. The city's population increases by many, many millions during the holidays. While New York is almost always under threat of terror, it is especially vulnerable during themonth of December.
As to her wish for a conviction and execution are you willing to indite the thousands of people who lost loved ones in the 9/11 slaughter as
equally morally bankrupt because they too want to see these men forfeit their lives because of their inhuman attacks?
What do you think would have been just retribution for Mengele if he had been tried at Nurenberg? I believe it was hinted that some might be photos and others might be videos, and that these were taken at two significant periods in Sarah's life - back when she was kissing up to producers trying to get steady work in TV and later on during the time period of an affair while she was married. Has nothing to do with any pregnancies.....
Unless the abortion she admits to having in her memoir (pardon me, the "D & C" that the doctors mistakenly typed as "abortion" on her medical bill) was related to one of the above situations? Hmmm.
Also, the insider never said that either the Repubs. or the Dems. were planning to release the material "soon" as she claims was said. Instead, the insider was talking about being puzzled that nobody had acted on this so far and was trying to figure out the strategy behind that - who was paying who off, or what interests were being served by protecting her.
Yet again, Sarah lies in her book. It's going to be a long week.

I was just winging it. A more precise interpretation derived from Aramaic, Greek Aramaic, specifically, would suggest the word "Raca"
was one of contempt. According to the law of the Sanhedrin, such a person using the term against a neighbor would risk going in front of a council that consisted of 72 Sanhedrin (The Sanhedrin (Hebrew: סַנְהֶדְרִין; Greek: συνέδριον,) judgesusalem.
The other indictment found in the passage that saying "Thou Fool" to
"Thou fool"...was a much more serious offense when spoken (as is the
case routinely here) maliciously, with contempt, or to injure and put the speaker at risk for the severe punishment of being cast into Gehenna,
a place of hell fire--real fire--derived from Greek mythology which Jesus employed to paint a picture of damnation.
I believe it was in Matthew 10:34 where Jesus says "I came not to send peace but a sword." In the following verse he also declares that,
"I came to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law."
This was not a statement affirming the end game of his earthly mission, merely a clear-eyed understanding that his Gospel would have that transient effect.
Sadly--and I really don't believe Jesus spoke these words--but in Matthew 12: 31-32 Jesus quite clearly says there is potentially pardon for all transgressions save blasphemy of the Holy Spirit:
"Therefore I say to you: Every sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven men, but the blasphemy of the Spirit shall not be forgiven. And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but he that shall speak against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, nor in the world to come."
Clearly, if you believe this stunning passage, it would follow that a contrite Bin Laden is better off than the poor wretch who, let's say, just can't buy into Christian theology, is resistant to know the truth of the Gospel, cannot thus be converted, and subsequently feels no urge to
repent for that which they do not believe to be sin as defined by Christian dogma.
Again, perhaps you can completely counter the three passages I employed to suggest Jesus was a lot tougher on unrepentant sinners
than Palin.

Sarah is a banner to unfurl, and it won't be pretty. I don't want to see her Children of God looking offspring exploited anymore. Everyone knows those happy faces are hiding severe abuse. They do not look healthy as in regular or natural children. Too symbiotic. Piper just makes me feel like endlessly crying for the hell of a life that family is giving her. The new rumors are terrible. Palin has turned into the symbol of child abuse.
