At 9:04 Palin says that she has produced a birth certificate for little Trig Palin.
Really? Gee I have been looking for that thing everywhere! So my question is when did this happen and where the hell is it?
If any of you folks know the answer please let me know, because I would really like to get a look at that document. I have seen Barack Obama's, but Trig's certificate of live birth is still MIA as far as I know.
Update: It looks like Sarah is trying to put the toothpaste back in the tube. She still has trouble understanding the concept of "recorded on video".
If you listen carefully, she says she has proved that Trig is her son, not that they produced his birth certificate. She has a way of manipulating words to make the word salad so you do not know for sure what she has said.

She falsely claimed she proved Trig was her kid, which she has not. She needs to be called on this! What "proof" has she provided? It is time she be hounded. A media search would prove her to be lying and then the door is open for a demand for a DNA test as actual proof - nothing less will suffice since birth certificates could be faked. Somebody needs to call her on the record and say "You can eliminate all these crazy conspiracy theories forever with a quick swab of your mouth and of Trig's, irrefutable proof, If not, why not? What do you have to hide?"
Then we would know for sure. If you think she is bluffing, it is time to call her bluff - and very publicly.

Trig's birth certificate is not only MIA, but at the time he was born, Mat-Su Regional Hospital didn't even post his birth on their website.

So, the Palin's either had to actively make such a request, or Trig isn't Sarah's.

Voters have every right to ask candidates for information if they so choose. I’ve pointed out that it was seemingly fair game during the 2008 election for many on the left to badger my doctor and lawyer for proof that Trig is in fact my child. Conspiracy-minded reporters and voters had a right to ask... which they have repeatedly. But at no point – not during the campaign, and not during recent interviews – have I asked the president to produce his birth certificate or suggested that he was not born in the United States.
Is Van Flein's entry on Palin's facebook today the result of her freaking out and screaming "stop them, stop them, now!" or is something else going on? The timing of this talk about her resignation, ethic complaints, defamation, responsible free speech and matrilineal conspiracies seems quite bizarre.

ReplyDeleteI am not sure of the AK laws on this, but in most states, when a child is adopted, the birth certificate reflects the "new" parents, not the birth parents. If that is the case in AK, showing a b/c won't prove anything. I don't think anyone questions that Sarah is now the mom. Any proof would have to be proof that she gave birth.

What he posted was a computer-generated 2007 print-out of a "certification", which is merely a statement by current Hawaii officials that they have viewed certain unidentifjed vital records. The officials have never definitively confirmed that they actual looked at his 1961 certificate (called a "certificate of live birth), which would have been signed by the delivering physician.

Not to mention the fact that his mother was a United States citizen making Obama a United States citizen. I was born in Europe. My mother was a United States citizen which makes me a United States citizen regardless of my place of birth.
Further, can you think for one microsecond that either McCain's or Hillary's campaigns would not have investigated that. Further, one cannot get a passport without a birth certificate. Further, I doubt one can be elected to public office without being properly vetted. Further, I think you need to think outside the box.

People are being unrealistic if they think that the public will leave it at "Sarah Palin did not give birth to Trig". You all may not care who gave birth to him, but the public will. If they go to the websites and see the pictures proving she wasn't pregnant - and yes, they prove it - they will want to complete the puzzle. Yes, they will be horrified to think she has been willing to deceive in such a way, but they will want to know why. (Saying she wanted to get hold of a special needs child to score points is only part of the story, I am 100% certain.) If people are assuaging any sense of guilt that innocents might be hurt by the revelations, telling themselves that it doesn't matter will bring little lasting comfort. It actually does matter. When I hear her nastiness on tapes like yesterday's radio interview, I stop worrying about people getting hurt, sorry. She must be stopped. And I think people have to get comfortable with the idea that the whole story will be revealed, sooner or later.

I just like to have loose ends tied up, and facts differed from speculation.
The occupational therapy for a Down Syndrome child at this crucial time in his development goes without saying.
But hey, maybe Sarah feels that OT isn't worth investing in if she's handing Trig off to "volunteers" at every stop during cold and flu season.

Gryphen - Something that was brought up in the past but has seemed to have lost steam has been bothering me. I may not remember the facts correctly, but wasn't there a fire at a church where birth records were kept? Wasn't there a nurse that had knowledge of Trig's birth that died in that fire?

I think, if anything, this needs to be investigated in more depth. If the two are connected, I think that would be more important to the big picture.

Trig has been seen with hearing aids. It is child abuse plain and simple to not give him proper treatment. Not just OT but PT and speech/language. I was glad to hear they are teaching some signs though. They got that from someone.

You all realize that an adoption is NOT public record and once a child is legally adopted the parents are issued a NEW birth cirtificate with the adoptive parents name on it. There is NO way to tell if it is an adoption or not by a BC.

Ive been reading posts and comments from yesterday and nobody in the media believes she faked the pregnancy. Im starting to have doubts myself. I just think if somebody did something like that they would try and keep a low profile or not have that child front and center EVERYDAY, almost taunting you all to keep it up. They could secure "millions of votes" to McCain of which they felt would push his campaign over the edge and defeat Obama. All McCain had to do was add this woman to his ticket who had a ds baby. McCain always wanted Lieberman as his vp - little fact to remember always. He was very outspoken about that throughout the primaries. McCain was still lagging in the general polls and decided to go with Palin. The rest is history. (There are numerous articles on this not just my opinion.) Problem was that Palin lied to Dobson, maybe she thought she was preg in the beginning, maybe she had an early miscarriage, but she had to continue the lie to assure that she would be picked vp. She used the doctor CBJ and her church connections to further the lie. The issue is not that Palin is not the mother - that can be proven - the issue is where did she get the baby? Who is the ral mother and father. See, nothing adds up for her, not the pregancy, not the wild ride, not the fact that she was carrying a high risk ds with a hole in his heart baby, not the hospital stay, not the doctor's letter, not going to work with him days after birth - nothing adds up. It's not just one thing, it is many things that do not add up. If this is at all true then she has had one of the most impossible births in history.
ReplyDeleteMatrilineal? Bwa ha ha ha ha! Somebody in Palin's universe has gotten a glimmer about mtDNA. They might even be hoping that the mtDNA in the entire Heath family will be so similar that any DNA tests on Trig will read 'o.k.', as long as Molly or Bristol or another in that inbred clan is the mother. So if Anchorage Daily News or anyone else actually catalyzes a non-partial DNA test, someone please be sure to check both sides of Trig's parentage. If it isn't Sarah + Todd, then we can laugh our batooties off. grammy

JUJU I suppose it doesn't matter to you that Hawaii has never issued a long form birth certificates, as verified by the Hawaiian health department and Republican Governor.

Hawaii became a state August 21, 1959. Anyone born in Hawaii is a citizen of the United States. Obama birth Certificate is a mute point. John McCain was born in Panama a foreign country but at a US Military hospital and yet his birth certificate has never been questioned. My head is spinning from her comments. I do not question her son Trig being hers ( although she has not produced a birth certificate) I do question the sanity of flying from Texas to Alaska ( with stop over in Seattle) after your water breaks and your having contractions.

ReplyDeleteGet a life. The pictures that "prove" Sara was not pregnant do no such thing. It is extremely difficult to determine anything from a 2 dimensional photo. You people cannot stand it when a strong woman "that is not a liberal" gets attention.
