ReplyDeleteShe does have millions and no doubt will make millions more in the near future. If only the things that really mattered in life could be counted, folded, and wedged into bank accounts and wallets. In the end Mrs. Todd Palin may have only that, money and that is sad.
As to this blog being trivial, my friend just remember that little drops of water make the mighty oceans and little grains of sand make the ground upon which you stand.

ReplyDeleteMoney isn't everything. Given the choice between a dinner and conversation with Mrs. O'Palin and Gryphen, I know who I would choose. Hint, it wouldn't be Miss Wasyphilus.
Wealth alone isn't a measure of success. I think most of us are joyous when we know someone who scores the big bucks, from their honest labor or good intentions. Palin's bucks are tainted by her hurting others in the process, through deceit and lying. Loving relationships, self-dignity, and charity is what makes our cup runneth over.

ReplyDeleteOT, slightly--feel fre not to post if need be. However, I was sitting her with time on my hands, and did a Google News Timeline search for Miss Wasilla/The Wasilla Water Fesitval in 1984. Up springs a scan of the ADN dated 7-7-84, reporting all the dish from the Festival, including the Miss Wasilla Pageant (it was actually part of the Festival, it seems). This may be old news since I don't read all the comments on all the blogs, but someone named Katrina Mueller seems to have won the title that year, (author quote "the new Miss Wasilla") NOT SP. No mention of LaPalin at all.
ReplyDeleteIf this is old news, please disregard, but I find it interesting that so many sources are still reporting that Miss Crapnitude won the pageant that year, then went on to compete in Miss Alaska. Doesn't seem to be true...unless it's another Miss Wasilla gig that she won...you may have to copy the link--have fun!
