Damn!  I cannot believe that Stewart actually dusted off his George W. Bush impersonation to express his frustration with Obama. There could be no clearer indication of how disappointed he is with this administration.

Fair, or not fair, I believe it accurately reflects the feelings of a lot of Americans as well.

I'm confused. What, precisely, does he want Obama to do?

We had a President who preferred to take the tack of "simplifying" things for eight years. I do not recall people being thrilled with his performance.

  2. I love Jon Setwart! but a little concerned that he's the source of news for most Americans. (His humor is the very best on TV now - as far as "talk shows" goes.)

Really, I agree. How fast is Pres Obama supposed to be able to fix all the messes of the previous eight years especially with out the cooperation of Congress. I'm so willing to give President Obama a full eight years to try to undue the horrific damage that Bush and his henchmen did to our country and other countries as well before I pass condemnation of his performance.

  4. I just wrote our President today to tell him that we support him, and that we appreciate his temperament. Hand-written on a notecard with a stamp.

  5. Personally, I voted for Obama because he's the type who can keep his cool in a disaster. I find that refreshing after 8 years of hysterics.

Here's my take on it (satire video) - consider it my video response:

    Too Chill for the Spill?
