Glenn Beck admits to wearing bulletproof vest during his own rally. What a pansy ass!

Did anybody else throw up in their mouth a little when he was waxing philosophic about Sarah Palin?
At least Beck's wife is intelligent enough to see that the monster he is creating is dangerous and may soon be completely out of his control.
Of course I am still not sure why Glenn listened to his wife, since God himself had anointed the event as evidenced by a fly over by a flock of geese. At least according to the possibly insane Beck.
You know God anoints my house several times every fall, and again every spring in Alaska. And sometimes I get an extra special anointing of ACTUAL goose poop!
I bet Glenn Beck is simply seething with jealousy over that!

I only listened to the fool on the second video... my word, the man is really delusional! God went out of his way, from running the universe, to make sure that 20 or so canadian geese would fly over his little gathering?

Beck wore a bullet proof vest because he is the one stirring up hate. Beside being a wush asswipe.
He tried for a year to get someone in uniform to present the flag? What! I guess that says quite a lot about the influence of Glenn Beck. What a stupid statement for him to make.

The geese flyover HAD to be a miracle because he said there'd be one and he had nothing else.
On his TV show yesterday he commented on the photos Huffpo published from the event and proceeded to show them, with running commentary digging at Huffpo. Trouble is, Huffpo showed 19 photos and Glenn used only 3 of them in his photo essay of about a dozen. The rest must have come from his archive. Just another 'right lie' showing how good they are at editing things their way.
And then there's the Beckster's new website - theblaze.com where we can all go for the truth in news. Seriously???
I'm way over my Beck-Palin quota for the day - week - year - life!! Someone please, just make them go away.

ReplyDeletePeople who are truly reverant, hold themselves to live the word of God, follow the ten commandments are not driven to impress people they are. I that Palin may have been praying in that photo..I am not buying from Beck she is (as Catholics would say) the virgin Mary..most holy amongst women. She may be all that to Glenn. I have seen Palin being a pitbull, smiling while lying, terrorizing elderly people, the fear in people's voices, her lies to special needs parents. So I don't buy Sarah is the most holy one in the land, virtuous mother, our salvation, and 'saint' who shall deliver us from the communist agenda in the white house "those people" who seek to silence everyone she keeps putting out there or "those people" who seek to "take away from you"..your babies, parents, right to speak, fish, guns, your son etc. etc.

Okay, I bit the bullet (pardon the expression) and watched the two videos. What a bunch of goose poop! And Ms. King being a marked woman? I seriously doubt that...along with everything else. Most people have probably never even heard of her and could not care less.
ReplyDeleteNews flash for Beck: he did not put on a military sanctioned event, nor was this a formal service dedicated to the military. This was a Beck and Palin palooza, spectacle and part God rally for political agendas.
ReplyDeleteAnother news flash is honoring seperation of church and state. The military is not obligated to violate ethics for the glory of Glen Beck. There are protocols about the flag. It's ironic to put tread marks on a flag saying "don't tread on me"...proudly displayed by the fools who just f'd up a flag.
Candian geese LOVE the D.C. area, in part because of the continuous re-seeding of large public areas, such as the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda.
ReplyDeleteA couple of janitors at my sons' school once were armed with towels and mops to frighten off the geese after the school grounds had been leveled and re-seeded. After several hours of fruitless waving one day, one of the janitors blew a fuse and started screaming. He threw his mop. The geese, unimpressed, moved a few feet over and continued to forage.
Well, now I know from where, and what these 'fly-overs' (flying geese) are all about!!!
ReplyDeleteLiving next door to a golf-course, we have about a bazillion (more or less) Canadian Geese who are ALWAYS flying over - all day and every day. They are really fun to watch -- I enjoy them.
Had I known before they are being sent by beck-uh's God, I would be even more impressed. ha ha ha
I sometimes wonder if all the golfers feel that same way, if/when they are 'targets' for God's Geese Fly-overs. Probably not. LOL
What are the odds that if you hang out around a reflecting pool in the Autumn for several hours that a flock of geese will eventually fly over?

I was just this morning sitting in my car at Cuddy Park for only two minutes before a flock of ducks flew over and landed in the pond!
I guess that I too am TRULY BLESSED! (Me and three homeless vagrants who were passing through, a guy who appears to be living in his car, a guy who stopped to let his dog relieve itself, and a woman who was applying her make-up on her way to work).
God works in such mysterious ways doesn't he?

Gryphen: I think Glenn Beck wore the vest so he could use it later--to get sympathy, to foment more fear and anger, to seem like a good husband. I don't think for a minute that he thought he was in danger. It was a ploy, like everything else he does in his circus act.
And, I hate to write it but it might be true, this was Alveda's 15 minutes, but not what Dr. King would have approved of. I think she knows that down deep.
Palin also had on a vest. Look at the video and notice the bulge right above the flag pin.

ReplyDeleteI would like to remind Glenn Beck that geese sucked into the engines of an airplane last year that the pilot really did need a miracle from God to land the plane in the Hudson River. Of course, if God hadn't sent the geese into the airplane to start with, they would have arrived at their destination safely.
ReplyDeleteWhere I live, the geese have taken over the public golf courses and are considered a menace and a safety issue. I guess that's God's stand against the game of golf, especially on Sunday.
If Beck was really under any serious threat of danger, then they would have erected one of those bullet proof glass shields used to protect the President when he spoke to large crowds. Beck could have milked it by arriving in his version of a Pope-mobile, the same kind of glass bubble protection that has had to be used for the Pope. If Beck was in any danger, he could have easily been shot in the head (like Kennedy was). With that big fat head of his, he is an easy target. No, the vest was his version of playing the victim, and showing people that he is always under attack.
Does anyone other than me think that $carah looked a bit plump also...like maybe SHE - like the rodeo clown - was wearing a vest?

Because of climate warming geese are not going migrating, even in Maine there are families that stay year round.
ReplyDeleteGeese, are now so numerous in Virginia grazing in large herds on open grassy areas, that there is so much goose poop Va. has considered goose kill as a solution.
There is both open water and lots of grass in the capitol area so the geese were just "going to work."
There was a growing family of geese that flew over my trailer in Maine at around 7 am and 5pm every day commuting from a area of tall grass on the E. Machias river to somewhere on Machias Bay. And they were there year round.
So the goose miracle is just another Beckian egg laid by St. Glen
Interesting isn't it that Bush wore bullet proof vests frequently and full body armor often, Beck felt the need for protection.
