Glenn Beck is so fearful of the Teabagger crowds that HE helped to create that he wore a bullet proof vest to his OWN rally yesterday.

Here is what Poiliticususa had to say about this:

Glenn Beck is so paranoid that he could not face his own fans without wearing a bulletproof vest. This fact not only speaks volumes about Beck, but also the mental stability of his fans. Ironically enough, Beck claimed that he is not a fear monger.

I want the next person who interviews Glenn Beck to ask him just WHAT he was so afraid of at his own rally?

By the way speaking of Beck having to answer uncomfortable questions check out this impromptu interview that he gave on the air to Joe Maddison which clearly demonstrates that he had NO right to even talk about Martin Luther King Jr., much less attempt to replace him as a modern day advocate for civil rights.

The man has NO idea what he is talking about.  Not that I am at all surprised by that.

In all honesty, I wouldn't trust a tea bagger either.

But back to Quitty pants, isn't it amusing whenever $arah chimes in to say things like the Gov. of Arizona has the cajones or Dr. Laura, don't retreat, reload?

Seems to me that when the going got tough for she of the Quitteratti, she just GAVE UP & QUIT!

Sarah, you're a loser who hides behind the efforts of others.

Enjoy the rest of your 15 minutes on Twitter, you twit.

I'm not surprised that Beck wore protection...I suspected he would. What about Palin? She probably has to wear such even in Alaska...the state who loves her NOT!

I don't think it was his 10s of nutty fans he was afraid of as much as it was those 'scary' black and brown people in DC.

'Cause, you know, we all carry guns and are just looking for a reason and whatnot.

I just think it's funny he spends all his time spreading hate, fear and division and then addresses his following with a bulletproof vest.

I have always believed that whatever hatred and ignorance the likes of Palin and Beck spread will come back to haunt their likes in the worst possible way.

Hitler was very much a marked man too.

Perhaps it's because he is just a blustering bully at heart. Bullies are really cowards who take the offensive so no one knows how insecure and ineffectual they are. They use threats, taunts, guns, knives and others as a show of strength only because they know or sense they lack real strength of character and ability.

Levi & Bristol didn't use protection either!

Glenn Beck is so fat and soft looking. What a coward. He's the kid in school that would go crying to the teacher when other kids looked at him wrong. Whining weinie.

he'll just say that it wasn't his fans that he was worried about, but people who might come there to make his fans look bad.

he's nuts, and every single person who showed up to his rally is nuts. they've got some mythical idea of america that doesn't exist and has never existed. the honor that they claim to want to restore is a myth.

Glenn receives intense death threats from crazy libs everyday. I'm pretty sure that's why he decided to wear the vest. all for his good intentions

The Joe Madison interview is a MUST listen, and MUST go viral. It truly reveals Beck as the lying sack of shit that he is. Just heard the very intelligent and eloquent Mr. Madison talking about his moment with the Beckster on Left Jab as well...he mentioned how addled Beck was without a script, how he kept producing audio evidence to counteract Beck's denials, and how Beck's entourage was concerned about the content of this interview getting out before the rally. You can try going to leftjabradio.com to see if their Joe Madison interview is posted as well.

I find it distasteful to suggest Beck is afraid of Teabaggers. We have no way to know if he received threats. On the other hand, given Beck's "listening for God" and Beck's claim he merely jotted notes, had no written speech on this holy occasion why was Beck fearful? If I were Beck I'd have worn a bullet proof vest to protect me from God striking me with lightening.

I suppose he was afraid one of "us" would try to take him out. Maybe he didn't notice that it's his crazy teabaggers that want to use their Second Amendment rights to settle their differences.

The Joe Madison interview was awesome. Don't miss it!

Rense has an article up on the rally
& it contains an eyewitness of
someone who was on the DC streets when it ended. It was very telling in that he compared the look on the attendees to those of people exiting a movie that you are about to see. He
said no one was smiling, they looked bored, not at all pumped up or inspired, & there was no sense of
comraderie between them. He said if
you see people looking like that
coming out of a movie, you can pretty well assume the film is a bust.

The whole idea behind this was to
lure tea-p's back into the Repub.
party & away from Ron Paul. I wonder
if there's a rift between Ron & his
son, because Rand seems (or seemed)
enthralled by Palin & his father
hasn't, as far as I've heard, commented on her.

Somebody else commented: MLK had a dream. Beck had a scheme.

What? Thought those two (and no doubt many in the crowd) are staunch believers of 2nd Amendment Rights.

Remember that President Obama comment during the campaign. Based on the current GOP/ T-Party group behavior, it was and still is an accurate description. Even bragged about it on the T-Shirt.
Individuals who cling to their guns & religion. Don't think Jesus would be happy with 3rd billing tho.

did she wear a vest to Hershey's too? Maybe she is pretending pregnancy to cover for Bristol again. She certainly looks heavier than she ever did when she pretended in 2008.

Maybe he thought his pudginess would hide the Kevlar bulk.

He knows he appeals to the crazies, that's why he escalates his 'act.' He's a clown pandering to his niche. An entertainer that laughs all the way to the bank behind his bodyguards, popemobile and gated homes.

Palin's jackets are loose fitting to allow for a kevlar vest. She wore one when she was in Kuwait and at other times. Her skin-tight clothes don't allow enough room. So when the jacket is loose, you can bet she is wearing a vest.

I'm sure he wore the vest, knowing it could be easily detected, to add to his whole victim/persecuted act. So his followers can tearfully say "can you believe the danger he puts himself through, for us? And can you believe someone could want to hurt this special, selfless man who only wants to spread the truth?"

    Ugh, barf.

Maybe Beck thought Sarah is so jealous of him, that he needed protection from the See of Pee?
