  1. It's too bad that Glenn Beck's tangled (and contrived) webs of corruption make for sexier TV than simple truths. Fox News' real contribution to the GOP is worth much more than one million dollars: having a servile media empire at their beck and call--something the Dems notably lack--is priceless.

A bit hard to follow, but once he explained it -wow! Fox News and the Republicans? Talk about unveiling a coverup! Who knew? Wink.

this is another great daily show skit.
but can you post something about sarah and greta's trip to anwr to show folks that there are no animals there (the spot where they were standing was indeed devoid of intelligent life)? i am wondering if you can put it into context; why was greta in AK?

The 14th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States has been talked about quite a bit lately - so let's look at that real quick, ok?

No, not Section 1 - where anyone born here is a citizen... let's look at Section 3 for a minute:

"No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress,
...Vice President...or as an executive ... officer of any State shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.

Wasn't Todd a member of a secessionist group at one point?

If so, then wouldn't that make Sarah Palin constitutionally ineligible to be Governor? ...much less Pres or VP!

...or doesn't she give Todd aid or comfort? Hmmmm... I guess he does seem pretty uncomfortable around her...

(She and her teabagger minions seem to just love the Constitution, after all. I wonder how they tiptoe around this point?)

    Go read the whole Amendment.

    (Sorry to be off-topic Gryph)

Fox News (sic) is making a major, major mistake in not reaching out to young people, many of whom watch Comedy Central not Fox. It's the young people who will run this country in the not-too-distant future.

They are pandering to the Eisenhower-Nixon-Reagan voters (my age group, I might add, knowingly).

What goes around comes around. The wheel of fortune will spin out downward for the likes of Murdoch and Rove.
