Not to be the devils advocate here This guy was on private property just as if he had been in your front yard, Security had every right acting as the designated agent of the property owner to ask the man to leave and to arrest him for Trespassing should he choose not to leave as with all crimes in Alaska if you see it you may arrest for it. I own a security company and although we would have handled it differently and I don't agree at all with the technical aspects or the training of the security, the property owners were well within there rights to arrest the man. This is not a free speech issue at all for all my libertarian brothers out there this is a private property issue. I have the right to let as many dicks be dicks on my property as long as I invite them there and allow them to stay but when a dick I didn't invite shows up and wont leave thank god I have the right to arrest him and I don't have to wait for the cops to show up(there always ten minutes late anyway) . Again you guys really need to stop framing this as a free speech issue ..................your constitutional argument of free speech is nothing in the face of the right to private property. If this happened on State owned property it would be another story it didn't so its not. Just stop back up and think about what we stand for. Bill

Second, the school district never hired him, nor required Joe to hire him. All the school required was someone to ensure the property was not destroyed. Third, this was no private event. Joe is a PUBLIC candidate and this was a town hall. Fourth, this wasn't just like someone's back yard. This was a PUBLIC building that can be rented only for a public use. Finally, he does NOT own a security company. Hasn't he been telling the state he isn't a security company and that's why he shouldn't be regulated or subject to statutes?
Simply amazing what liars these thugs are. And to pretend he's another person. Wow. I guess his audience is just a bunch of dumb hicks just like he is.

So I heard how that all happened.
It's an unverified rumor- worth what you paid to hear it. But it might have happened something like this.
Some guy named Joe knows he has a friend might be in some trouble. Needs a lawyer. Something about kinky...stealing...wrong friends-the trouble might be about handcuffs. Or not. Anyway Joe has a friend. No rly srsly. So...
Joe is kind of busy right now what with filing suits of his own, studying up on cold war history- he plans to study up on public relations as soon things quiet down...
Anyway Joe tells his friend Beavis-wait his friend Bill- that his good friend Sarah knows a guy that used to be some kind of General for the State- but that job did not last too long because the 'lected 'fficials didn't like his advice. So the 'lected 'fficials defied the queen...er the half-a-governor- and fired his ass.
But he is still a good NRA gun type kind of guy and Sarah has told Joe that she knows in her heart that Wayne does not crow toe to the libs. So Joe gives Sarah a call and tells Sarah all about Joe's troubles...I mean Sarah tells Joe that Bristol is knock...I mean Joe tells Sarah that his friend Bill needs some help.
Sarah tells Joe that her new show "Hunting From The Sky-Death and Trophies from Above" is done 'shooting' until next year..Sarah texts Joe to " U MUST endorse Levi for Mayor CAUSE that is how squid pro kwo works, and MY Tood is still mad"... Sarah tells Joe to send his buddy Bill to her friend Wayne for help 4 shur.
When Wayne stops by to see Bill at the bunke...militia headqua... ..security servic...militia supply cache- the trouble starts. Some guy stops by asking too many questions. Wayne sees Bill start to get upset-that the Russians are com...that people are calling on the phone. Also and taking pictures of the place that used to be a seekret too. Bill tells Wayne to paint that damn red thing in some cammo so it will not be a drone target... be noticed by bloggers. AND THEN GOOGLE STREET VIEW DRIVES BY- meltdown.
So Wayne can tell from talking to Bill and reading the blogs... And on Olbermann too ZOMG... that Bill needs some help. . . A lot of help and fast. But because Wayne used to be some kind of State General for the half-a queen...queen of twits..the former half a governor- he does not work for cheap. Or barter either. Bill doesn't have the money to pay Wayne- so they start thinking about robbing some ban...having a bake sale... getting some of that PAC cash which spends just like American Express- but with fewer traces.
So Wayne calls Joe and tells him
they need some cash and right away.
Joe emails Sarah to "split the bills and shut this up fast. And we need to sue some more people ASAP just to be sure". Sarah said "thats a dill I cant refud9ate" in her responding email to Joe.
But she accidentally bcc'd the entire banned list from the See of Pee ( which is suspected to now operate from the ugly new addition by the fence that blew own on the lake with no fish ). Anyway oops and so here it is.
