Did you see how aggressively Joe moved through the people that he wants to support him in order to get a little face time with Van Susteren?
Here is the eight minute interview that Miller GLADLY gave Greta Van Susteren, that was so important that he made the Alaska media stand outside in the hallway cooling their heels before bitching to them for less than six minutes about how unfair they had been to him.
It is fairly obvious that Joe Miller has never, and will never, care about issues in Alaska. He is running a national campaign, along with the other Teabagger candidates, to try and stop President Obama and hopefully make an opening big enough for Sarah Palin to drag all of her baggage through so that she will be a viable candidate in 2012. Sarah instructed Christine O'Donnell to "speak through Fox News" and clearly she has given the same instruction to her butt-boy Joe Miller.
Look out how quickly he made like a rabbit and dashed away from the Alaska media after he finished throwing his little tantrum. And don't think they did not notice. You can even hear at least a couple of them call him a "pussy" as he runs away.
As for the reference to Mayor Dan Sullivan's alleged mistress Bernadette Wilson, she has now moved on and is currently working for Joe Miller. In fact we saw her in his campaign office earlier in the day before we were told the "press conference" was moved to the Dena'ina Center.
Here she is standing very close to her new potential political sugar daddy. (At one point I saw her run her hand across his back, but I am sure there must simply have been a piece of lint that needed removing.)

Speaking of not looking happy it did not appear that Danny-boy was terribly thrilled to have been kicked to the curb either.

Is there any doubt that FOX and Murdoch is helping to finance the Republicans and Joe Miller's campaign, or is there any doubt Miller is relying on outside money to finance his campaign? Why else would he go directly to Greta without first talking to the local news media? Vote your conscious by either voting for McAdams or Murkowski.

ReplyDeleteI have posted at least a few of the comments on Joe's and his wife's appearance. How they look and present themselves is a tip off to how ready they are for DC. There are, I am almost certain, scruffy savants kicking around DC who run the country, but if they are elected, they are at least articulate.

Miller has some ideas that are not being presented well at all. So he was a farmer in Kansas and took subsidies. Why he hasn't explained how it works for farmers (the gov't tells farmers what they want and the farmers grow it or they lose money. (This is how I understand it to be. Does any one know?)
He wants to phase out social security which isn't that wonderful, anyway. GREAT! But with what will he replace
it?
How is he going to stand up to the president (who is doing all right!) when he can't handle the local press?
His appearance and the appearance of his wife (who could be cute with a face flattering
hair cut and the right clothes) are surface signs of everything else. Why didn't Joe get on the school board and Fairbanks assembly? I don't like his ideas, but he would have had a better presentation if he'd thought this out, first, and gotten a track record. Did he think that Yalites get a free pass to the US Senate?
Gryphen -- IMO, you're slipping too far toward tabloid tackiness. A politician's putting his mistress on the public payroll involves the public interest and is fair game, but speculation regarding her possible sexual interest in someone else should be left alone. If a candidate, particularly one appealing to conservative voters, has an extramarital affair, it reflects on his own morality (and hypocrisy) and fitness for office, but what at this point is merely another woman's possible interest in him isn't our business.

I found the presence of the party planner strange and kind of disturbing, especially when I look at the sadness in his wife's eyes in the picture at the Greta interview. she is a women who is deeply troubled by something. She has already been through one divorce and I think she is struggling to take the high road on this. She breaks my heart in that picture.

However, if you look at the picture on Mudflats of the two of them on election night there is no longer any doubt in my mind. I wondered if those little kids to the right are his children...the oldest child looks extremely disturbed by the interaction between these two adults.
Kid pick up on things more than parents often realize.
