Just for fun. Tina Fey revives her Sarah Palin impersonation on David Letterman last night.
I don't know about anybody else but only time I can STAND Sarah Palin is when Tina Fey is channeling her.
If Sarah Palin had been more like Fey, I might even have voted for her.

Loved the line about flipping over the picnic tables and rooting through trash! lol Tina is sooo funny!
ReplyDelete"Dairy Queen Employee". Priceless!
ReplyDeleteMeghan McCain took a shot at Bristol Palin, who said she didn't vote in Tuesday's election.
ReplyDelete"I guess it's only important for Bristol Palin to vote for Dancing with the Stars," McCain said.
"I think a lot of women worked really hard to give us the right to vote and anyone that doesn't vote, it's ridiculous."
Oopsie! Bristol Palin Forgot To Vote
ReplyDelete“I did not send in my absentee ballots to Alaska. I’m going to be in trouble. Sorry, mom!”
—Bristol Palin on neglecting her civic duty. “Dancing With the Stars” is waaay more important to the future of our country. I never cease to be amazed at the values that Mama Grizz imbued her with. Sarah Palin must be kvelling. [NY Daily News

It would be great to organize a group to send a Thank You card to Palin for delivering the Senate and helping to stem the democratic losses due to her crazy candidate picks.
ReplyDeleteIs it any surprise? Bristol couldn't remember to mail in her absentee ballot?

Probably just as well. She might have spelled Lisa's name incorrectly.
Thanks for the clip. Fey is great.
ReplyDeleteI love you, Tina Fey! (And I'm a straight, married lady)
ReplyDeleteHer "Dairy Queen" analogy is the most brilliant thing I've heard in along time. I LOVE TINA!!!!
ReplyDeleteLoved the line about quitting...BOO-YEAH!
ReplyDelete"Sorry, Mom."
ReplyDeleteShe probably thinks she was supposed to vote for her mom but didn't. Box. of. Rocks. Melly
I love Tina's hand movements - it's like she assumes the persona of Scarah even before she gets into character.
ReplyDeleteLove her.
(Not so much Sarah)
Tina Fey is a gifted and brilliant artist. Love her work.
ReplyDeleteJust curious about Meghan McCain's take on ridiculous Bristol and voting. Political votes, and not Dancing with the Star votes.
Levi and Mercede may want to remain closed about what they do but I am curious if they and other peers of Bristol vote. Did they vote in this Nov 2 election? Does anyone know if they can even talk about that?
Bristol may just be acting like a typical Alaskan teen that just turned 20. It may be fashionable not to vote at that age in their group. In that case why should Bristol apologize to her mother. She is just typical and part of a herd.
"I think a lot of women worked really hard to give us the right to vote and anyone that doesn't vote, it's ridiculous."
ReplyDeleteMcCain better watch herself. Sarah Palin is the leader of feminist now. NOW and Susan Brownell Anthony groups support Sarah. John McCain wasn't home much for his family so how did he instill it is important to vote? Bristol not voting is a reflection on Sarah and parenting. Sarah is serious about Mama Grizzly and the cubs. Bristol Palin is a Mama Grizzly now. She may not want to show her appreciation for the women that worked really hard to give us the right to vote. She is working really hard to show us her own work ethics with her dance effort. That may be all that matters in her world.
Tina Fey's Palin is much too feminine. SaPa
ReplyDeleteis a manly little gal, even with the wiglets,
and the makeup, and the F-me boots.
OMG!!! Have you seen this? Stupid Sarah was dissing Lisa Murkowski BIG TIME on Hannity. If Murkowski actually does win after the counting is done, I wonder if she'll let this slide - I sure hope not! MEOW!

Women didn't just "work hard." They went to jail and were beaten, raped and humiliated for protesting. A president (Wilson?) tried to get the declared insane. For all that those women did, Bristol, daughter of Alaska's first female governor didn't vote.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if Palin wanted her to take a picture of her ballot for the news and she was secretly supporting other people. I keep thinking Bristol's wild streak might be a classy democrat.
Bristol probably couldn't spell Murkowski............
ReplyDeleteYeah, but bovine Bristol found time to get some of that fro-yo - just a packin' on the poundage, Miss Piggy Palin -oink oink!
ReplyDeleteANybody know who the finally with someone her own age in the photo is? (x17 and tmz is?)
I bet! Why would a woman wear a dress that leaves her in fear of flashing everyone? She was just trapped by that dress.
