From TMZ:
A rep for Levi tells TMZ ... Johnston is "aware" Bristol purchased a $172k home in AZ ... but the two have not had any discussions about relocating 2-year-old Tripp.
According to court officials in Alaska ... in order for a parent with primary custody -- like Bristol -- to relocate a child, she would need either consent from the other parent ... or she could file a motion for approval from a judge.
This is true. When my ex-wife wanted to move to Georgia I took her to court and we had to work out a new custody deal. If we had not done so. she could not have taken my little girl because in Alaska the courts seem to side with the parent who is staying in state.
And it is important for Tripp in the long run l that Levi fight for him to stay. I cannot tell you how many times my daughter brings up the fact that I refused to let her mother take her away from me, and that I spent ALL of my money to fight for her. For her it is a reminder of how much I love her and that I desperately wanted her in my life.
Regardless of the outcome it is very important that Levi not simply roll over and let Bristol take advantage of him. Remember Tripp will be looking back on his life someday and he NEEDS to know that his Dad wanted him.
Which is why I hope this next part is not true.
But there may be hope for Bristol -- Levi's rep tells us, "Levi is not at all upset that Bristol is going to Arizona" ... adding, "After the holidays, Levi and Bristol will get together and discuss plans for Tripp."
Obviously this must come from Rex or Tank, and since it is a legal matter I would imagine that it would be Rex. However in my opinion this kind of defeatist attitude is wrong, both in the short term meaning that Levi will have substantially limited time with his son, and in the long run meaning that Tripp may someday think his dad did not care about him.
We're told the two have to work out the details with Levi's visitation rights -- with one major factor being ... who's gonna foot the bill for Levi to travel to AZ to see the kid???
Yeah no kidding, flying from Alaska to Arizona ain't cheap. Right now flights are being offered anywhere from $760 to $1268 round trip. How many of those a year do we really think Levi can afford?
I have to say that this issue really frustrates me as it seems that Levi has never stood up to the Palins in any real way. He has talked like he is ready for a fight, but when the fight came he caved almost immediately. And after his brief reunion with Bristol it seems he just gave up.
I will send this to Mercede and see if she has any information, but sadly I will not be able to post it here. If I were to blog about it then Levi would stop talking to her again. Levi still does not talk to me, but from what I understand he has no problem with the things I have written about Bristol or his situation with her.
So I will try to get a message to him through Sadie.
I just don't want him to believe that he has no options. But if Bristol successfully moves that baby down there, he won't. So if he does not stand up for his rights now, then it is pretty much all over.
they have all been paid off.
ReplyDeletesad. i so hope for tripp's, levi's, mercede's and sherry's sake that the palin's are challenged on this. just because the palin's are now loaded doesn't mean that tripp will have a better life. on the contrary, their world seems like craziness. a boy needs his dad, just as a girl does. az is awfully far from ak, which is probably part of the reason for the move.
ReplyDeletecome on levi, stand up to that awful goliath! we're behind you! i know you are young and this must seem like an awful drag sometimes, but think of your baby. he's beautiful, looks just like you, and he needs you.
This would be the part that Bristol leaves out of her "biography." We are being sold a bunch of media hupe that Bristol is the hard working single mother who has to hold down a job while going to school while taking care of Tripp.
ReplyDeleteThere are two parents to share the responsibility and finances of raising Tripp, and Bristol has effectively closed one of them out of the deal.
The truth is that it is alot of responsibility for any 20 year old kid, male or female, and most do not have the clout and money of Sarah Palin arranging magazine spreads, appearances on TV and speeches for them. The thing that Bristol fails to menton in her abstinence talks is that having a kid when you are in high school pretty much closes the door on higher education, a better job and all of the things that teens do in order to mature into adults.
I hope that Bristol buys a house in each of the lower 48, and I really hope that Levi grows a pair, takes her to court and demands his custody rights. He certainly has been paying for them.
It is fairly simple. Rex is being paid by Palin.
ReplyDeleteIn the state where I live, the person who wants to leave the state generally has to show that it is necessary to leave the state to better themselves (ex. job promotion, acceptance to school).
ReplyDeleteThe person leaving the state typically also has to foot the bill to send the child back to this state for the extended visitation periods (commonly summers and alternate holidays) that are usually arranged in these cases.
The non-custodial parent is not required to leave the state to visit the child and foot bills for hotels, meals, etc!
Note, I use words like typically, usually, commonly, and generally because not only every state, but every case has its own requirements!
OT a bit... I don't know how reliable this is but it is interesting. http://mediainsidergossip.wordpress.com/2010/12/27/469/
ReplyDeleteSo, what about the possibility of a DNA test that gave him the "rill dill?" Could Tripp not be his? How would that play out? A big payoff by the grifters for not talking about the fraud and emotional distress they inflicted on Levi and his family? I'm guessing that you may not believe this, given the passion of your post, but what if?
ReplyDeleteI think she'll just move and take him. Palins own the courts. They got more than they hoped from the judge. If Levi hasn't seen him for 5 months, he doesn't care enough to fight for him anyway. Maybe he knows Tripp isn't his and that's what will be discussed after the first of the year. The custody case is still open. The Palins want full custody. I expect sooner or later they'll get it.
ReplyDeleteProbably no need to talk about moving Tripp, because this large "package" of info about the purchase, etc. is all just a shiny object. She is not moving to that dump. What is Sarah trying to take our attention off of? Bristol's/Willow's pregnancy? Seatbeltgate?...or something we haven't heard about yet?
ReplyDeleteIt may be that the Palins have convinced Levi that there's no point in opposing them. I think Sherrie is still serving time, right? She could be hauled back into jail any time. Keep your sick mother in reasonable comfort or jail? What a choice to make.
ReplyDeleteI don't know if Tripp actually is Levi's,either. Resemblance may mean nothing, and I don't see it that much. Maybe Levi doesn't know, either. Or maybe he does. Any sane lawyer would suggest getting a paternity test. It's not like Bristol wasn't easy.
But otherwise, if you have the ex from hell from the family from hell, and she announces she wants to move across the country away from you- why on earth would you object? Godspeed, I'd say.
Ivyfree
Once Governor/2 Sarah has been irrefutiadably discredited as even a marginally viable candidate for high public office, all of this nasty trailer trash family moosepoop won't be of any interest to the general public. Let's hope, anyway.....
ReplyDeleteMaricopa is a red herring. Too far from Phoenix (and ASU) and too far from the action. Also too far from new Palin home in Scottsdale. I cannot see Bristol moving there.
ReplyDeleteThis is a DISTRACTION.
I was going to suggest that this is when Brisket produces the DNA proving that the kid is not his and leaves town....but I think SJK has a point....so my revised theary is that they produced the DNA evidence behind closed doors and THEN paid off all the Johnstons.
ReplyDeleteBy payoff, I am suggesting that they are probably willing to let Levi off the hook for the child support if he agrees to let Tripp move to AZ. (Like since he ain't your kid anyway, dude.)
I am starting to get the impression that the Johnstons have discovered that Tripp isn't Levi's and they are using that as leverage for a payoff. I think they do love the child and don't want to hurt Tripp with the admission that his paternity could be in question, but at the end of the day they were duped and now know they have the power to bring the whole circus to a screeching halt. Just MHO.
ReplyDeleteI'd like to see the results of a paternity test first.
ReplyDeleteGryphen, I know you were willing to fight for custody rights for your daughter because of your love for her, but Levi may just be a different kind of guy.
He is a young, attractive guy who has recently become a celebrity, and although he may be fond of Tripp, he may like playing around and having a fun, carefree life even better.
His life is still ahead of him, and Tripp is part of the Palin family dysfunction.
He might just want to walk away from that, with as few scars as possible, and start a new family with a non-crazy girlfriend.
He is not fighting for Tripp.
It's a shame really; but the Palin's fight dirty, and who knows what threats or bribes are in play?
Levi has been bought. I assume they have told him that he won't need to pay child support if he relinquishes his rights to see Tripp.
ReplyDeleteLevi isn't the brightest bulb, but there is no excuse for his lack of ethical, legal representation in this matter if he really wanted to be involved in his son's life. Why are we assuming that Levi really wants to be a part of Tripp's life. When you assume he is like other twenty-year olds, who weren't ready to be parents, it isn't hard to imagine that he would love distance from the Palin Zoo.
Palin Zoo = They breed well in captivity!
Nobody has any basis to believe that the lawyers have been paid by Palin. Period. You can find the Palins abhorrent (I do). You can question the quality of the legal representation (I do). But to go beyond that is just nonsense.
ReplyDeletePinal County is extremely polluted and stinky. If Tripp is Levi's he might show some concern for the child's health. Also, look up "valley fever" Levi.
ReplyDeleteI agree with sjk, if Levi doesn't fight and Mercede stays quite then we know Tripp is not his or they've been paid off...everyone has been way to quite.
ReplyDeleteI'm on the side of "it isn't his kid". He never really pushed for visitation even though it was his right.
ReplyDeleteI'm betting Tripp could belong to any one of about 25 guys. It's not like Brisdull hasn't opened her legs for every guy in Wasilla and the surrounding area.
If Tripp WAS Levi's - he would have shown some guts in this entire situation.
I can relate to Gryphen's points about Tripp or any child. It creates life long scars when any parent does not want their child or to spend any time with the child. There are some parents who have sick needs to use their children as a weapon to inflict suffering and pain on the other parent and stoop to any level to withold the child.
ReplyDeleteI can also relate if Levi gave up realizing he was fighting a losing battle.with a devious controlling family of the Palins and their entitlement. None of us have missed Bristol's verbal disdain and condescension offloading her and Sarah's quest for the limelight, using the children to promote themselves for money and fame. Then they ran Levi over and dumped their obvious choices and ambitions all on him as they went and pitched their shows, signed DWTS contract, arranged for a relaity tv show. Meanwhile the country is told what a dirt bag Levi is, a real pig while the Palin bitches make a run to Hollywood. We're supposed to tar, feather and stone Levi and adore, worship and "love" Bristol and Palin for doing what they accused Levi of?
Meanwhile from what I can tell more often it is other people caring fro Tripp for months now while his lying sack of garbage mother makes her living claiming she provides all his care. Bristol may not even go to the store without another person to take care of her son. It's their ideation of "family first" and our realization truth is usually the opposite of what the Palin's lie it is.
BPs LLC bought the damn house.
ReplyDeleteShe's not going to live there; the LLC is going to get rental $$ from it.
Why wouldnt Levi move to AZ.
They all have the fame-ho money since grifter-granny promised it before they set foot on that stage.
Am I to believe any of them *want* to stay in hillbilly heaven now? I dont think so.
But..LOL, thats a good one!
Speaking from personal experience as a child of divorced parents whose father never really cared enough to want to spend time with me, it is extrememly important that Levi fight for his rights with Tripp. I have a friend who went through a horrendous divorce 12 years ago with the wife making terrible alligations and doing everything she could to separate the child from the father. He took my advice and has fought every step of the way for his daughter. Now that she is almost an adult she can see the manipulations that her mother pulled on her and that her Dad was not and is not the monster her mother painted him to be. They have a viable, loving relationship now that wouldn't have been possible if the father had just thrown up his hands and let the Mother have her way.
ReplyDeleteNot sure how it works there, but when my sister wanted to move to AZ from MN, she had to agree to pay the travel costs for the kids' dad to come and visit them three times each year. The court's attitude was that she was making a voluntary move so it was up to her to make sure the father's rights were observed. Team Levi has always seemed passive when it comes to his parental rights, though, so I suspect he will just let the Palin's walk all over him. Again.
ReplyDeleteIt is all very, very sad for Tripp whatever the secrets are. Tripp is loved like the money maker he is for Bristol. He will be allowed to be worked as she sees fit. There was a rumor that he spent cute picture time with the Johnston family but no one could share.
ReplyDeleteLevi is a hard headed Taurus, don't look for him to change. They can fight and they usually win but he hasn't shown that he is interested in going there. We'll see. I hope he surprises me. I have to agree with "they have all been paid off."
If my child were going to a new place I would want to go there and see for myself. If the stories about the pollutants and heat are half true, I hope Levi considers the air the kid will breathe. It could be worse than the dead lake area. Air conditioning ducts are hell for some people. I guess none of the cousins that will watch him smoke cigarettes and Levi knows Gino. Does he smoke? A house full of college kids can mean second hand smoke. Don't trust Bristol to be up front about it. If one roommate doesn't work out, she'll have another and another and another. Not the most stable of environments. She'll be busy earning a living and may go to school if she doesn't have a ghostwriter do her on-line work. Levi may be the type of guy that will just go along with the Bristol fantasies about a move like this. The other Johnstons are downgraded to possibly seeing Tripp once or twice a year if they accept being quiet. Pathetic. I think I would rather see people fight for something they would no doubt win then what they are doing. The Palins will only take advantage of their weaknesses. They think they can see Tripp a few more times but there are no guarantees. The Palins are confident they have Levi where they want him and he will give them his mother and sister.
Several folks have written re: maybe Levi knows Tripp is not his. I am no expert on dominant/recessive genes, however it is clear from ALL THE PALIN pictures, of which there is no shortage, unfortunately, that brown eyes are the color for all of them except Tripp. Not sure about Trig, but we do not know his origin anyway, so that does not matter in this equation.
ReplyDeleteIn the bogus engagement cover story there are two brown eyed parents holding a light blue eyed toddler. My understanding is that somewhere in the ancestral parentage there needs to be a blue eyed person in order for 2 brown eyed parents to produce a blue eyed child. Truth or fiction?
I suspect, in a fit of temper, either Scarah or Bristle bristled and shouted out at Levi that Tripp wasn't his. If Bristly told Levi she was pregnant with someone else's sperm when they got engaged if he rebelled she may have alerted him to the fact that Tripp was not, or likely might not be his child.
Then, out comes the pur$e to repay him for previous child support and some kind of hush payment for the rest of the Johnstons. I suspect this is a lot closer to the truth than anything we've read thus far.
Strange happenings abound when pregnancies are at the root of actions.
Many years ago in the recovery room after the young woman delivered her new baby she asked the doctor in attendance whether the conception took place on a Tuesday or a Thursday of that fateful week, 9 months ago. When he asked her why she told him the guy on Tuesday night had a job :>) The doc told her there was no way of knowing.
Levi is toast. Why?
ReplyDeleteBecause his advisors are crooks. He trusted Bristol. He is naive. He didn't tell the truth about Sarah when he could have. He's been bought off and they will hold it over his head forever. And he knows about Sarah's "pregnancy". A pissed off teen tells her boyfriend EVERYTHING.
Love means nothing to Sarah. Levi can love his kid all he wants. She wanted him out of the picture, he's out. Also, I'm pretty sure his sister and mother have been threatened and or bought off. They can't live on nothing. I feel so bad for them. Another family wrecked by the Palins.
Time to give it up if anyone thinks Levi is squealing on the Palin's extremely sick reproduction mill. If for some amazing reason he isn't Tripp's father, he won't tell. Bristol will look like a bigger skeez and ole Mommy Dearest isn't letting that happen. I have a feeling Levi will be waving good-bye to Tripp, forever. Bristol will be giving him a brother or sister soon by who knows who in Arizona; so she can spawn in private. Keeping or ejecting the kid as Palins are wont to do.
As a matter of fact I think it's impossible at this point to think many of the children born to the Palins in the last 22 years don't have some kind of sordid story connected with it. Sad for the babies. Disgusting for the adults.
Anon re: Pinal County: There's some other 'wild west' crap Bristol should be aware of when you get into these unincorporated hell holes. Fire and emergency services are not available unless you pay for them. There were horror stories out in Phoenix when I lived there about boundary lines for services--like neighbors who lived within the boundaries for city services calling in fire reports for neighbors across the street who happened to be outside the boundary. The fire trucks would come and watch the house burn to the ground rather than do a thing to stop it because the unincorporated areas don't pay taxes for these services, so they operate on a 'fee-for-service' basis where you need to pay an annual surcharge.
ReplyDeleteMost 'normal' people would have no idea that such a situation could possibly exist in modern America (have heard of similar in CO, WY and MT, so it's a 'wild west' thing) and if your real estate people didn't make it abundantly clear when you purchased the home, it would be a nasty surprise I'm sure. Not a problem for a Tea Party-minded gal like Bristol, though. She's learned from her mom that relying on pesky govt services like fire fighting and ambulances only makes you weak.
That picture is pretty good evidence that Bristol's had a nose job.
ReplyDeleteJust a crazy thought: Is Levi still running for Mayor of Wasilla? If he is, despite the Palins making like it is a joke, I wondering if part of his pay-off is ensuring he wins this title. It would ensure he stays put in AK. They, however can't come out and say it, but helping to fix it behind the scenes, also, too.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad that you think well of Levi, but honestly he reminds me a great deal of my ex-husband. Some guys are not as devoted as you are, Gryphen.
ReplyDeleteMy ex had a son when he was 20. He talked a good game about loving his son, wanting to be with him. But he never walked the walk. The ex's parents took the son on visitation weekends, and the ex would stop by his parents' to see his son for 20 or 30 minutes if he didn't have anything better to do.
Based on Levi's actions, I think his 2008 FB self-description is accurate... he isn't ready for kids.
media hype that Bristol is the hard working single mother who has to hold down a job while going to school while taking care of Tripp. ___________
ReplyDeleteLevi will parrot the same crap. Sherry and Sadie say it by accepting the Palin gag order. Words of omission boost the lies. Everything about them spells bought and paid for now. Even Sadie, who I thought had gumption went to easy way and buckled.
Tripp is two. He can never get back those first years and the fact he could only half ass "bond" with one of hockey mom's dudes, Levi. It is pretty much too late now that the Palins significantly won after the last engagement game with Levi. They must have something big on Levi, his dad or Sherry's problems. The Johnstons make no sense either, I never heard of any intervention or rehab (only state ordered bull). Addiction is addiction whether it is caused by doctors or the teen scene that Sadie and Levi did take part in. She was locked up in that prison with people that worked for Sarah and work for her guy who heads the prisons. I am sure they could influence and make it all seem like a good thing to an inmate. Prison guards have a lot of power in their little worlds and you would be horrified to know what all goes on.
The Wasilla town and teen legacy is endless documentation of how they all party, drink and drugs. Levi and Bristol had McCain to scrub the internet for them but you know they were big shots and party animals in their little town. It is in the genes and Tripp has no chance if these people can't deal with the facts about what he will inherit. He has an 80% chance of being another addict.
To my eyes, Tripp looks nothing like Levi. Sadly, he looks like a young version of Chuck Heath. Not implying anything there, only that he takes after grandpa. Levi needs a paternity test. On the matter of the move, Levi doesn't fare well if he hasn't shown much interest in exercising his visitation rights for the past 5 months. And as much as I detest all that is Palin, this child needs stability with his mom, not to be plunked on an airplane every few months to go on a long distance visitiation.
ReplyDeleteI disagree with many of the comments-if Tripp is or isn't Levi's biological son...
ReplyDeleteDoesn't matter - Tripp is His son.
Obviously, the Palin's have pretty much shown Levi and his family that their lawyers, their courts and their money will win 99.9% They can stall - delay - get public opinion etc over the Johnstons. I will also assume Levi is behind on Child support, and if he is working, most of his salary is garnished for child support. Perhaps Levi doesn't have the money for a long court battle (with loosing results again)
Are there any Super Bad-Ass Pro-Bono Alaska lawyers who want to take on the Palins and help Levi?
It has been an education the last couple years for Levi - how the rich and powerful will wear a person down - till you become nothing but a "sperm donor" for your own child while being demonized in public (regardless of the court ruling) by the childs Mother & family.
Looks like TMZ is up to it's usual antics trying to stir up shit. Nobody knows what Bristol is planning to do.
ReplyDeleteThe last time you meddled in this Levi got his ass kicked by Bristol. He doesn't have the stomach to stand up for himself and is only concerned about his next piece of ass.
You wrote that weepy article and didn't even make your claim about Bristol being pregnant. If she has been pregnant for as long as you say all Levi has to do is file to take Tripp claiming Bristol is unfit to be a mother.
Yeah, why don't you tell Sadie to tell Levi to tell Tank to tell Rex to do that.
Based on web pics that Sadie is a smokin' hottie. No wonder a 50 year old divorcee likes to hang around her.
Levi needs to file for a child support adjustment immediately. Bristol's 2010 tax filings will show personal income of nearly a million dollars. He should not be paying ANYTHING.
ReplyDelete(The percentage of time the non custodial parent spends with the child lowers his support obligation. If Levi were to spend 20% of each month with Tripp, Bristol might even have to pay Levi support since their incomes are so different)
Levi is a wimp and will never fight for his son. I have believed for awhile that Bristol tricked Levi into getting her pregnant and that Levi never really wanted a child. He will pretend to care but it's all just an act. If he really cared he would have fought harder the first time. This is why some teens should never get pregnant, they are selfish and stupid.
ReplyDeleteIf Levi wants to stop Bristol from going with Tripp, he probably can. But it might take more than stamping his feet and saying "no."
ReplyDeleteIn my state, if a custodial parent wants to go, they can go anywhere they want, but there are rules about taking the kid. But if the other parent doesn't want to be the custodial parent, what's the court to do. I don't think they will Order her to stay in Alaska. The law is designed to keep parents from interfering with the relationship with the other parent. It's not designed for one parent to hold the other captive in the state.
If Levi isn't willing to take custody (and that probably doesn't mean in name only, with Mercede & Sherry doing the work although there might be some wiggle room there), then I'm guessing Bristol can go, with Tripp.
And once she is out of the state it becomes harder to bring him back, but doable - for a while, which each week making it more difficult - 6 months maximum, at which point, if Bristol has lited somewhere and not roamed from state to state, her new home will have jurisdiction, not Alaska.
The ignorance on this board is astounding. Valley fever is NOT that prevalent or serious with humans. Much more so with pets. Second, Pineal county is NOT stinky!! Polluted?? Phoenix is polluted but so is every other major city in this country! Have you been to Arizona dim wit?? A health defense is absolutely the dumbest idea I have ever heard. This isn't a backwards redneck hick place like Alaska or Missisippi regardless of the attitudes towards illegals.
ReplyDeleteThere are universities, medical schools, hospitals and offers way more than Alaska sorry. I just find all the attacks on Arizona ridiculous, especially as a defense for Levi.
About Levi, it's obvious that he isn't going to fight hard for custody. He never has so why would he start now. He's a typical dumb Alaskan redneck- money talks. Why do you think he has been so quiet for months. And his lawyer is a scam artist. If he had any ethics he would have gotten Levi a specialist in childhood custody issues.
I still think the house is a decoy. It can determine Bristol as a resident for what purposes she requires. She could actually live with Mommy in Scottsdale. Tripp may as well get use to living the lies. I doubt he'll know any other way of life. The Palins may need to play the decoy house off as if it is a long term investment and where Bristol wants Tripp to live and graduate from high school. The way things are going that area could be more like the Gaza strip before long. The good part is they can all carry guns. Boys can will be allowed to be armed in schools one day. As the drug cartels are moving into the area and setting up fronts, similar to the Palins. It could be an interesting place to raise a kid. I know teens never want to do things like cross borders and go to places where they can really party.
ReplyDeleteI haven't been to Scottsdale or Phoenix for years. There are beautiful Cindy McCain type sections. What was so awful to me was the air quality and pollution. It was thick and just sat in some parts. The rich people can keep it out of their neighborhoods?
If Tripp is not of Johnston DNA that makes it more acceptable to think of him as a bastard. May be they don't want his peers to read about his status one day. As it is now they think he at least has a father and not to refer to him as what he is in fact. With no known father his peers would not be held back.
Maybe the Johnston's just want to move on from this circus
ReplyDeleteWhat is the sense in fighting these powerful and mean people when they have no money to go up against the palins
Levi sn't the brightest kid but he's never said a bad word about tripp's mother unlike her snarky comments about him
The palins are very sad and lonely people as one can see on their show
Sarah's kids hate her
Piper has no friends and look depressed
Willow looks like a mean girl who is probably so confused over her family's fame
Who gives a hoot if bristol moves to Arizona
Why si we care about bristol at all?
She is a dull mean-spirited adult
Just like her mom
Levi lost any respect when he stopped fighting for his child months ago. Mercedes starts a blog, gathers supporters and then stops writing. Whatever.
ReplyDelete8:21 AM
ReplyDeleteI agree. That will be the public consensus and all the Palin ghostwriters will only spin in vein. Too bad what the kids friends will say behind his back, but that is the life his mother gives him. If you think Track is angry, just wait for AkAz Tripp when he sees the trap he is in. It will go with him to all the places they will move him in the insecure unstable life before him.
Levi seems like a 20 year old kid that is not terribly mature. He has been taken out of his little Wasilla World and thrust into the world media with huge challenges, and temptations he never dreamed of.Where can he fit in.can he ever go back to Wasilla after the things he has seen?
ReplyDeleteI really blame Sarah for being so driven and insensitive that she not only tore apart Levi and her own kids lives but didn't seem to have any remorse for her behavior. That is really what worries me about her being a leader. She seems to have no conscience.
Oh,Duh....
Wonder how much Tripp was worth? $10,000, $100,000?
ReplyDeleteIf Levi "sold" his rights to his son, may he rot in hell!
No one in Wasilla is paid off.
ReplyDelete"My understanding is that somewhere in the ancestral parentage there needs to be a blue eyed person in order for 2 brown eyed parents to produce a blue eyed child. Truth or fiction?"
ReplyDelete----------------------------------
A brown eyed person can have two genes for brown eyes. Or a gene for brown and a gene for blue. In this case, the brown gene is dominant over the recessive blue gene, and the person's eyes will appear brown.
If each parent has a brown/blue genotype, they can each contribute a blue gene to the child, who will then have blue eyes.
About Tripp's eyes, Todd has blue eyes.
ReplyDeleteTrig has brown and looks EXACTLY like Piper and WIllow and slightly like Track
I love how people really think Sarah has any control over B and L's relationship. Politically speaking, the less drama the better, therefore Sarah definitely would not start it. Sadie confirmed the relatioship was unhealthy from the beginning. HS ones usually are. Lasting HS relationships last when the couple marry into their 20s and thats rare. We know Levi wasn't the father figure type and would not know what to do with full custody granted to him. He'd freak out like he did when Tripp was born. He could put him on tv like her wanted this summer supposedly but that would show his incompetency more.
ReplyDeleteHas Bristol moved to AZ? Has she registered for classes? All I see is that someone plunked down a load of cash to purchase a house in her name.
ReplyDeleteAnon@10:03,
ReplyDeleteAre you implying Alaskans elsewhere are the ones that are paid off?
It's becoming almost impossible to care very much about Levi. The drama is getting tiresome and the only thing that seems consistent is that Levi is uninterested in Tripp.
ReplyDeleteI support most things on this site, but, frankly, this isn't any of our business. Tripp isn't a community asset.
ReplyDelete- There are universities, medical schools, hospitals and offers way more than Alaska sorry. I just find all the attacks on Arizona ridiculous, especially as a defense for Levi. -
ReplyDeleteI've seen both sides of Arizona. As beautiful as the plus side is, the other is the worst of places. I agree the health issues aren't a defense for Levi. As a caring parent he would look into health matters whether Tripp moves to Beverly Hills or Love Island. That crap that Erin Brockovich exposed years ago is coming back on the scene. I don't know where and not saying it is Maricopa. Places with meth labs are also a problem. Maricopa might be a little slice of unincorporated heaven compared to Wasilla or Phoenix. If anyone cares for Tripp it stands to reason they will be informed about the statistics.
"So I will try to get a message to him through Sadie."
ReplyDeleteYou've got to be kidding, right? Levi is stuck with his family. They take nice pictures together. I'm sure he loves them as family but he did walk out on them. The reunion is sketchy. Levi listens to his advisers and tolerates his sister.
I have to agree with the general consensus that the Arizona house is a decoy. It's doubtful that the Palins could build a 15' fence around that property and what Bristol needs right now is privacy. She won't be living there, she'll be hiding out in a gated community until she gives birth.
ReplyDeleteAs for Levi's visitation, the fact that there's been no challenge in all these months - and logical thinking - leads me to believe that he struck a deal with the Palins and/or the child is not his biological son.
The media bears the brunt of allowing these questions to continue. They'll also be complicit if Sarah Palin comes anywhere near the White House, except as a visitor on a tour.
People here say/think that Levi has been bought and does not have to pay child support anymore for various reasons (like not being the biological baby daddy). I also believe that Levi is NOT the real daddy, but he is one just like Toad is for Track.
ReplyDeleteHOWEVER! I do not believe he can stop child support payments - even if the Paymes agree - UNLESS there is a court order! Otherwise, some time down the road, VanFlea can sue the heck out of him for child support arrears!
Again: HE NEEDS A COURT ORDER TO STOP CHILD SUPPORT PAYMENTS!!!
Anon 10:03: No one in Wasilla is paid off.
ReplyDeleteHow would you know?
No one in Wasilla is paid off.

Really? Then explain the silence over the past 2 years when Palin spewed her hatred and disdain upon our President and Country. Not to mention all the lies she spread with a shovel.
Wasilla might not have been paid off, but with the exception of a couple of people, Wasilla is complacent in the 'myth' of Palin the political, huntress, savior of America.
No one in Wasilla is paid off?
ReplyDeletequid-pro-quo is more interesting. I know a minor player who was thrown under the bus. He was a hard worker and didn't make that much money. Before he and his non working party girl wife couldn't afford a second house on their own. This is another one of the Sarah family values crowd. They "love" family and husbands, except the ones that have to go. Their jobs don't pay that well unless they are getting a kick back. Somehow that kid that was thrown under the bus suddenly has has his own house. Party girl can keep the other house and the families are happy. His financial problems went away with a divorce and that Sarah family and wife (whose father is a state worker) is rid of him as a husband. Where does the party girl's state worker dad get the money to travel like a high roller and build his own new place? What kind of retirement packages do state employees get? Did he retire or get a bonus? If so, why? It is mind boggling unless there is some quid-pro-quo or pay offs going on. That is the only thing that makes sense.
The Johnstons aren't the only ones who look like they take pay offs.
Gryphen, What has happened to Sadie? She's been really quiet. Could you just let us know if she is alright?

ReplyDeleteTripp has his own agent and he is a media star and television performer, he plays himself. Reality Show fame is like that. You perform as yourself. He is more than a community asset. He is toddler celebrity and he is our business. Most animal and child performers have laws and people that look out after their well being, education and finances. Tripp has become a huge concern because he falls between the cracks. He is also a star because his mother is teaching young people about the advantages of unwed motherhood in today's society. Girls can have a precious Tripp baby of their own an a chance to be a television star or make their little Tripp a star.
Levi and Tripp are related, but Levi is not Tripp's father. Brothers often look alike.
ReplyDeletewhere is Keith these days? AZ?
Levi ..you wimp dick. Fight for your rights. Do not take shit from Sarah or Bristol
ReplyDeleteNo one in Wasilla is paid off.....
ReplyDeleteROFL - oh yes we are and we want more!
I think this is the plan "We're supposed to tar, feather and stone Levi and adore, worship and "love" Bristol and Palin for doing what they accused Levi of?"
ReplyDeleteFollow the script and we will all be fine. No bullies will stalk us on Face-book, no one will beat up us up, no arsonists will get us. Worship the Palin girls and don't forget that Bristol won over the hearts of all varieties of Americans, not just Teabaggs. Progressives and Democrats love Bristol when she performs and dances! She is in the hearts of all Americans. We are just like her and want to raise children like we see her doing. Bad mouthing your kids father in public use to be a no-no, now it is cool. It works for America's sweetheart.
Seems to me this also opens up renegotiations for other terms of custody.
ReplyDeleteLike Bristol is making money hand over fist and after that initial one year surge Levi is probably making squat. So I'd think the support payments he's making should be renegotiated to more accurate reflect both his and Bristol's income.
It also seems to me that Bristol can more easily afford paying Levi's airfare (right like that's gonna happen.)
Of course, if she turns up pregnant and still unmarried and a different Father for this kid, that also opens the door for her fitness as a Mother. Looks kinda bad in court.
With Rex and Tank still with their claws in Levi, it doesn't look good at all. They have managed everything very poorly (except for themselves).
Anon 7:04 Unfortunately, I agree with you. It is the only explanation I can come up with when he comes to Rex and the Johnstons.
ReplyDeleteI agree that this is none of our business. It is ridiculous to try and figure these two families out.
ReplyDeleteI would say to Levi if I could...
RUN! Don't just walk away if they give you the opportunity, RUN!
You will NEVER have enough money to fight them, you will NEVER have enough time with Tripp to undo the hate they will teach him.
Turn away and start over.
There is NO way Brisdull Palin is moving full time into the Maricopa desert dump. I agree, this is all the shiny object to distract from the due date of the other round objects floating around out there! Did the Palins even realize there are Mexicans in AZ?
ReplyDeleteOn Valley Fever, it is not rampant but, it is something to take into account especially if you have young child with a weakened immune system or a pregnant wife relocating with you to Arizona. "Two-thirds of all U.S. Valley Fever infections are contracted in Arizona. Nationally, Valley Fever is uncommon and considered an orphan disease. Yet it is so concentrated in Arizona that this state needed an advocate to promote improvements in understanding, medical care, and research about this disease."http://www.vfce.arizona.edu/
ReplyDeleteAlso, IMHO, it does smell like cows in Pinal county and the smog driving into Phoenix is horrible.
Besides aren't there headless bodies being found everywhere according to Jan Brewer. (That reminds me, I hope Bristol isn't going to be living anywhere near Jan Brewer's son. Look it up, Brewer's son is a FREAK SHOW, sexually assaults, runs around with no pants on or something like that.)
Interesting and not suprised .. The Palins are like the Mafias in Italy seriously.. keep them away from the white house. He he he

levi's actions are strange.
ReplyDeletei think the house is a decoy.
could it be that bristol bought the house for him to live in so that he'll be near his son while she lives in a nice gated community?

ReplyDelete"Politically speaking, the less drama the better, therefore Sarah definitely would not start it. "
Oh please, if you want to sound as though you are in the know, don't say senseless things like that. For Sarah, a day without drama is a day without sunshine. Read any of her near daily screeches over the past two years.
@ 11:15 AM,
ReplyDeleteI've long wondered why no one is looking into that, if that is who I think. Before the split the parents lived beyond their means. Is someone investigating any of the questionable people in the Palin/Johnston circle? The local paper wanted an old picture of the couple with the Palins and guess what? They were shuttered, all but one picture and that was one where they were mostly behind Sarah and you couldn't see them. Why get rid of those pictures when they were so proud to work with the Palins? That one family struck me as odd because they were part of McCain's clean up. Why did he want them shuttered except for that one contest deal?
You know they have the paper work covered by lawyers and real estate deals. The Hansons, also, too. It is no surprise the Paoletti's are targeted to be in the Bristol/Tripp stories 2011.

Anon at 11:28 -
ReplyDeleteI have often thought that as well. It is mighty strange that:
1) Sarah/Bristol's doctor (CBJ)specializes in the sexual abuse of minors
2) Keith and Sherry divorced shortly after Trig was born
3) The Johnstons seem bound and determined to keep the secret of Trig's true parentage
4) Levi has always had such affection for Trig, as if he were related to him.
Things that make you go hmmmm...
Anon 11:28: Levi and Tripp are related, but Levi is not Tripp's father.
ReplyDeleteHow would you know?
Bingo anon. @ 11:28 - no wonder Sadie referred to Trig as her "baby brother" (see old myspace account with photo captions).
ReplyDeleteIf he takes this to court an unbiased judge will easily see just how flighty Bristol is, first she buys a condo in Anchorage, talking about going to school, working, etc. yet none of these things tend to last too long, then she's back to the compound in Wasilla, still don't understand the reason for that since she was living in Anchorage before she and Levi allegedly got back together so why did she have to leave? Shortly after that, she's off to L.A. and DWTS, making a ton of money and within weeks relocates to Arizona where there is no family or close friends that we're aware of, certainly no back-up system to take care of Tripp and thousands of miles from his father. Where is she going after this? New York? What's this nonsense that $arah was spouting about Bristol and Track having found their path in life? What is it for Track, working a couple months out of the year at his father's fishing business? What is Bristol's path? After her recent DWTS show, are the offers pouring in for her to go on other shows? If she was really a name that people wanted to see, we would have heard a lot more about her. DWTS is over and so is Bristol's career in Hollywood.
ReplyDeleteLevi should be able to keep her in Alaska if he wants to without much difficulty. Otherwise, let the Palin family spend the money to fly him back and forth every two weeks for visitation, along with the nanny, of course, since Bristol is going to be so busy with "college".
have said it many times before, will say it again: If Levi wanted to be in Tripp's life, he would.
ReplyDeleteThere's a reason Levi and Bristol were attracted to each other, likes birds of a feather.

So are we talking about Trig or Tripp? I mean when Anon 11:28 says: Levi and Tripp are related, but Levi is not Tripp's father.
ReplyDeleteLeadfoot 1:06: It doesn't make as much sense to me unless the unacceptable bioDad is for Trig, which was the reason for the hoax in the first place, even more than the political-viability reason. Yes, the SP "pregnancy" was announced the day after McCain got the GOP nomination, but I always have thought SP could have handled it more simply for the political viability reason. No, there was some other reason to do so risky a thing as a pretend-pregnancy hoax.
Anon 1:43 -- that "baby brother" quote sure fits this scenario, doesn't it? I had forgotten that.
And then -- ooops! the second pregnancy! -- and Levi was keeping company with BP then, but still might not be the bioDad.
Remember the alleged quote, Bristol snarling at Levi: "I wish you weren't the Dad." That was re Tripp, right? I've always wondered what that meant. I've thought it could mean: he isn't, but I have to make him think he is, at least for the duration of the campaign.
Oh, geez, in the end it won't matter. Did you see the "big reveal" scenario at mediainsider? SP will put out the sanitized version, "confess," and none of this will ever come to light. Well at least we might be rid of her, but I doubt if her white-washed "confession" will sink her. --Amy1
Maybe the location was chosen so Nazi Sheriff Joe in that county can run interference for whatever needs to be kept secret.
ReplyDelete@11:28am
ReplyDeletePlease tell us how Tripp could be Levi's brother instead of his son.
Um, for those of you who commented that a 20 yr old OF COURSE naturally doesn't want to parent...that is FALSE. I was 20 when I had my son (unplanned) and his bio father & his family and my sadistic mother tried to get me to abort and adopt him out, respectively. I practically scratched their eyes out and walked away from them ALL for my child, AND had him over Christmas break and took him back w/me to school. I tell him now he attended UC Berkeley in utero and took a Physics class as an infant. He "walked" (OK I carried him ;D ) w/me when I (we) graduated. By then he was almost 3 and I was married and 7 mos pregnant w/my daughter, so it all worked out.
ReplyDeleteAge is just a number! :D It frustrates me as well that Levi doesn't fight for Tripp. But as he is Trig's likely father and has allowed Sarah to parent (neglect) him as her own it seems unlikely he'll fight for Tripp either.
I'm glad you fought FOR your daughter Gryphen. I spent my entire life wishing my father got me away from my (literally) crazy mother. My mother sent me away for 2 weeks in High School as "punishment" to my dad, and he was so happy to have me there. I missed my friends but it was the most stable home life I'd ever had. After 2 weeks when I didn't beg to come home she MADE me come back. It was all a big mind F***! If only he'd FOUGHT to keep me there!
Anon 1:43 -- that "baby brother" quote sure fits this scenario, doesn't it?
ReplyDelete-----
No. It really isn't the most likely fit.
In what universe would Mercede be happy about this 'half-brother'? And Sherry would be happy and taking photos of her children with their biological 'half-brother' while her marriage falls apart because of him?
The explanation for the photo captions is simple and reasonable: 1) Mercede knew Bristol & Levi were engaged and that Tripp was on the way; 2)she viewed Levi's relationships to the Palins as her own; 3)Trig was introduced to her as Bristol's brother.
Both Gryphen and Mercede have written about the captions and the explanation. Some may have missed those blog posts. I simply don't understand the others who've read the posts and resisted the answer than makes the most sense.
Perhaps, it's easy for me to accept as I viewed my sister's inlaws in the same way. It's really quite possible to feel close to a sibling's inlaws.
OK, this has to be written over and over and over, but there are baby pictures of Levi - maybe Mercede posted them? - that look EXACTLY like Tripp. Blond haired kids turn into brown haired adults all the time. Eye color has to do with recessive genes, so that can't be counted as some sort of circumstantial evidence that Levi isn't the father.
ReplyDeleteLevi is the father of Tripp. Can't figure out his connection to Trig, but I almost think he's his brother.
Anyone who has Rex Butler for a lawyer is a fool. And lets face it, Levi is not the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree, his elevator doesn't go to the top floor and he is a few pickles short of a picnic. I think it is more than coincidence that Van Flea just went to Arizona and Bristol(Sarah) bought a house there. As for Levi getting a DNA test done, I don't think he has the brains to even know what DNA stands for.
ReplyDeleteMaybe the location was chosen so Nazi Sheriff Joe in that county can run interference for whatever needs to be kept secret.

I was thinking just that.
Is Tripp really Levi's??
