More on Bristol's Arizona move.

So some very nice contributor just sent me these pdf's of Bristol's real estate deal, and I thought I would share them with any of you who are curious as to the particulars of the deal.

As you can see there is no co-signer or money down, she just bought the whole thing lock, stock, and rotten barrel.

The deal went down on December 10, only about two weeks ago, but we heard rumors that she was looking for a place as long ago as a month.

Here is a link that shows pictures of the house and gives the very depressing layout of the surrounding area.  If Bristol wanted to find a place to hide she could hardly have done much better.

There is a lot of information coming my way right now, but I am not sure how much of it is reliable.

I hear that Bristol is running away from her mother to start her own life.

I hear that the that the ENTIRE Palin family is heading to Arizona to start new lives.

I hear that this is nothing more than a sunny place for the family to purchase a home to get away from the harsh winter months, to become "snowbirds: if you will, and that they are simply putting it in Bristol's name for the sake of convenience.

I hear that Sarah is establishing an Arizona residence so that she can one day take McCain's Senate seat.

I hear that Bristol is establishing HER residence in Arizona to one day take McCain's Senate seat.

I have no idea if any, or some, or none of this is actually accurate.

All that I know for sure is that regardless of which one of these is in fact accurate,  we can definitely assume that Arizona is going to be seeing a whole lot more of the Palins in the very near future. So they might as well get used to it.

Come on kids!  Let's see if we can do for Arizona what we did for Wasilla!
By the way Bristol, if you are reading this I just wanted you to know that your mother is wrong when she blames YOU for losing the 2008 election.  As a matter of fact, if you skip to around the 2:12 point in this video you will see her owning up to who is REALLY to blame.

Did you just love the part where Sister Sarah says that SHE is not one to point fingers or play "the blame game, " and that she won't participate in any of the negativity?  The hypocrisy just drips off of her sometimes doesn't it?

She wasn't going to get involved in the negativity and insider crap. Then operatives starting bullshitting things about her. Most was bullshit fyi. The africa question was a lie and a convo that never happened for one

Sarah doesn't blame Bristol and would never blame her personally.

Yesterday the family held a pretty big holiday party at the house. facebook was aflutter with "we are so blessed to know the Palins" and "I am so happy I finally got to meet them all"

Early Nov was when I first saw that Bristol wanted to live in AZ (Scottsdale/Ph area she mentioned), she said she was gonna start looking for a house when she had time.

The only reason I think she moved for the climate is her comment when she arrived in AK this past week "I arrived last night. it's freezing" She chose to accept DWTS for the change of scenery and enjoyed herself and the weather obviously.

I wonder what the other house (in scottsdale) is listed under. Thats where they (Palin, and grandparents) had thanksgiving

When we start to hear more about the part the Paoletti's are playing in this deal we will be able to get a bigger picture. There is no way it is plausible that Bristol is independently initiating and handling this.

The house looks like a Reality Show could use it to stage a show. The town is a perfect place to take over and do whatever you please.

The people saying she wants a baby and she is hot for her real estate broker don't jive with what the Facebook writers want you to believe. Why is a baby wanting unwed mother fixing a house to take the Wasilla gang to snowbird with her?

If you buy the story about Bristol starting her own life, that means the advocacy thing was all her idea since she has concrete plans to continue that work.

While I don't think this move is to shut anyone out, I do think she genuinely enjoys her teen advocacy stuff. She seems genuine and enjoys speaking with youth at town halls

It is time to reveal the Paoletti family. John Paoletti is not in on any of this? Whether they are just the Tea Party finaglers in this business deal, whether boy Gino is an actual boy toy for Bristol. Any combination of it all. What do the Paoletti's have to say. If they are gagged like Levi already, what about others who know the situation with local realtors and close family ties to the Palins?

  7. Just because you buy a house and there is a lot of moose-crap spewed about it, that doesn't mean Bristol will live there. John McCain has so many houses he doesn't know them all. He "lives" in Phoenix but was never home to raise his family. Cindy and her parents did that. He was in DC or elsewhere but can say he lives in Phoenix or any of the many houses he forgot.

If you are from Wasilla, Arizona is the place to go. If you are from Phoenix, San Diego, Mission Bay, La Jolla are the places to go. Everybody has the migration gene when they live in places with awful weather or some kind of blight.

That house is nothing special, infact, she still may have overpaid considering the finishes, but who really cares. I am so glad you found that footage of scara lying about being one to point fingers. When I saw that originally aired I just about fell over having already seen her for what she really is, but most of the country was still blind. She sure has done a VERY good job making those statements false. Well, done sista sarah, you have proven to be exactly the opposite of what you claimed.

anyone who ever wished Palin would go to H-E- double hockey sticks can rest at ease. That is exactly what Maricopa feels and smells like in the summer.

I personally think this is Sarah establishing residency for a run at McCain's seat. I also think VanFleabag is laying the groundwork.

I assume the Wasillabillies will spend a few winter months there

Boy is that strange to hear from her. Next day she was bashing everybody in sight, seems like. And there is that whole going back to work for Alaska thing. Whatever happened to her brain anyway? I know. This never was her take on things. But to hear her say all this?? If only.

If Only Sarah Palin Paid More Attention to C.S. Lewis

    http://www.doublex.com/blog/xxfactor/if-only-sarah-palin-paid-more-attention-cs-lewis

Lewis said: "Theocracy is the worst of all governments. If we must have a tyrant, a robber baron is far better than an inquisitor." Palin believes the United States should base its law on the Bible; Lewis explicitly rejected the notion that Christianity is the basis of morality. "It is often asserted that the world must return to Christian ethics in order to preserve civilization," he said, in a pitch-perfect prediction of what current discourse would sound like on the Christian right. "Though I am myself a Christian, and even a dogmatic Christian untinged with Modernist reservations and committed to supernaturalism in its full rigour, I find myself quite unable to take my place beside the upholders of this view."

Palin's supposed favorite author disdained the grasping attention-greediness of so many politicians, for which there could be no better exemplar than the Twittering, Facebooking, reality TV-starring, self-styled presidential candidate. Lewis certainly would have hated Palin's penchant for taking cheap shots at public figures with no regard for the facts (as with her latest swipe at Michelle Obama, which was a deliberate distortion of what Obama actually said). Lewis believed in thinking seriously about issues of justice and morality, not political point-tallying.

Bristol, better get used to border patrol vehicles, in the neighborhood. Of all the beautiful places to live in Arizona, she picks Maricopa. Guess it reminds her of Wasilla. that house damn near sits on the Maricopa AkChin Indian Reservation. Well at least she's a stone throw away from Indian Medical Services. Can you say Yu'pic

They didn't make it private because this document tells you what they want you to believe. No one actually knows if the money was a front or if it was from Bristol's accounts. No one knows why she did this or if she was put up to do this by others. The fact it was not made private does tell us somethings.

Reading some of the posts on other blogs, Maricopa doesn't sound like a very appealing place to live. It was incorporated as a city in 2003. There was a building boom, following by foreclosures. That's why the smart real estate agent/boy friend Gino could find such a bargain for Bristol.

Unfortunately, there won't be that many neighbors with kids for Bristol's kids to play with. There are a few stores, and not much else. Maricopa is out in the desert, easily 45 minutes from Phoenix with no traffic. It gets over a hundred degrees during the summer. (And by the way, who announces that they want to have a baby in 2011? That makes it sound like Bristol is going to get her wish, very soon).

Why would Bristol pick such a place? I have a bunch of ideas. Based on the post by anon 4:34:
    1. I smell reality show, with a home make over, two kids, a marriage, and more "made for TV fakery."
    2. It's a decoy house, and they will live somewhere else.
    3. Someone posted the information that Maricopa is a meth producing place (this is just unsubstantiated gossip), but it would remind Bristol of home.
    4. People suggested that Bristol wants to run for public office. Well, she can be the mayor of a really small town, just like her mother, and when she is 25, she can run for Congress. Do you think that Bristol will stay in Maricopa for 5 years?
    5. Sarah's lawyer, Van Flein, recently moved to Arizona. Coincidence? Maybe Sarah will be taking up residency?
    6. Bristol just wants to get as far away from Sarah and Alaska as possible? Bristol is rich because of Sarah, or that's Sarah's way of paying Bristol off. Wonder why?
    7. This is a great place to hide out from the media? They already have her address.
    8. Seriously, that place is in the middle of nowhere, with Bristol's closest neighbors Native Americans and Mexican Americans. I don't think that these are Bristol's "people." From all those pictures of the DWTS Star out on the town in LA, a life in the sticks doesn't sound like Bristol at all.

In the documents Bristol Palin just declared that her residence is in Arizona, not Alaska.

I hope she realizes that by doing so she is no longer eligible for a Permanent Fund Dividend (although no doubt she will apply claiming she has some other residence address).

With luck, there's going to be a lot of people in whatever state the Palins infest that will give the big middle finger right back at Bristol Palin and her relatives.

Bristol Palin is a wealthy young woman that relishes the attention of the media. She's an advocate solely for herself. She doesn't have the looks, intelligence, talent, ambition, or soul to be anything other than one of the performing animals in the Palin 3 ring circus. Her place of residence isn't going to improve any of her glaring deficiencies.

Bristol Palin is and will remain a mere breeder.

This confirms what I've been thinking: McCain has Alzheimers or something worse and this deal was made for her to take his seat, to squash the nutball rightwinging, teabagger primarying him, and also why so many insiders, like people in the white house, saying that she won't run: They know about this deal?

    ReplyDelete
  27. Anonymous6:13 PM

$ Palin is probably washed up in Alaska. She probably couldn't get elected to anything there. She is probably mad @ Alaskans for "betraying" her as well. She may as well move on. Bill & Hillary moved from Arkansas to NY. It's Alaska's gain. I only hope the citizens of AZ don't want her either. They have a lot of crazy there already though.

Since Lisa Murkowski is voting in a more centrist fashion, I was wondering if she isn't positioning herself to run for president? If she did, that would really be a(nother) knife in the heart of $.P. (DO IT, LISA, DO IT!). $.P doesn't really go for Lisa even when Lisa has clearly dissed her. Hmmm. Why is that?

The house is too small for the lot of them, but plenty large for a couple & their 2 kids. I hope the National Enquirer stalks her like bloodhound.

I hope for Bristol's sake she is trying to break free of the thin-skinned screecher. But I don't think that is the case.

I think SP is finding it harder and harder to use her old charms and sparkle in Alaska, and she is going to see if she can spin some webs and dazzle the folks of Arizona.

That clip of SP lying at every turn in the video had me chuckling under my breath.

She totally denies there was any tension in the McCain/Palin campaign. Wow, what a whopper.

After the "diva" and "whackjob" descriptions of her conduct were leaked, she had everybody's email account hacked in an effort to find the "traitor". Everyone was suspected; it was a nightmare of suspicion and distrust.

As for her comments about "helping" the new administration, I think she believed she could put on her nicest push-up bra, lick her lips, wink, and make Obama forget all those nasty insinuations she made about him during the campaign.

Somehow she would find a way to kick old man McCain to the curb, the way she had many times before (Wally Hickle, John Bitney) and sweet talk her way on board the new ship of state.

I think part of her anger and obsession with Obama is because "hell hath no fury like a woman scorned" or in her case, just ignored.

Time will tell but Sarah Palin won't go quietly. She will have to be soundly rebuked before she leaves the stage.

When a politician holds a seat for a period of time, any number of congress people, state legislators, and misc. big city folks start to pile up, just waiting for the old incumbent bird to fly off.

Sarah Palin can't even do a sympathetic interview with a Time Magazine flack in real time, having to be "interviewed" via e-mail. Additionally, Sarah doesn't even know diddly squat about Alaska--how is she going to convince anyone she knows something about Arizona?

No, the only "office" Sarah Palin is gunning for is head of some bullshit religious organization, like Focus on the Family, so she can pretend to be a mover & shaker or a king maker like Pat Robertson..... Anything more than that would mean more work than Private Citizen Palin is willing to do.

Whatever's going on with the house purchase, the one theory that can safely be dismissed is that it was a shrewd investment. Did you notice the prices of the neighboring properties? The Wasilla hillbillies swooped in and "shrewdly" snapped up the most expensive house in a sea of foreclosures and depressed values. Genius!
One can just picture the improvements, too: glitzy and cheap, just the ticket for white trash. The folks who snapped it up, did a little work, and flipped it for a quick $50K profit were the shrewd ones.

I feel strongly that this is at least a possibility:

I think the last time Levi saw Tripp, he either swabbed saliva or got a snip of hair or some other DNA sample. Tripp is not Levi's son and THAT is why Bristol has been yammering about "he hasn't even ASKED to see Tripp in five months!"

I also think this is why Sadie has been so quiet. She adored that baby in a way that was visible to us all...she dearly loved Tripp wholly and completely despite knowing what a three ring nightmare it would be to stay involved with any Palin for any reason.

I know several people including Gryph and Sadie have pointed out that Tripp looks like Levi did as a child. But let's be realistic, folks. When you WANT to see similarities, it's really easy to see them in photos of two toddlers side by side.

I'm not saying this "is" what happened...only that it's a possibility. Levi was already under threat from the Palins- already scared silent by his mother's farce of a "prosecution", etc...he wouldn't speak up if this was the case...I'm sure of it.

    What is going on?

Explanation #1: Devious plans yet to be deciphered- due to their devious nature and the complexity of the schemes. Be worried- very worried.

Explanation #2: Clusterfu*kery and a failure to plan leads to wild and nonsensical goings on. Collect money and fame each time you are on the teevee or cause an internet and twitterstorm. Be annoyed, and ignore.

Explanation#3: Some of both- hard to tell which it is until after it is all over. Does this make one sleep any better at night?

I think this post at Wickersham's Conscience is interesting and informative.

Palin, Tea Baggers and the Dunning-Kruger Effect

I saw the link in his most recent post 2010 in Review: The Palin Traveling Circus.

"Her frenetic campaigning for her Tea Party favorites, her daughter’s embarrassing over-exposure on reality television, her incessant injection of her ill-informed opinions into national issues; it would gag a maggot.

WC believes he may have been the first to link Palin, Palinstas and the Dunning-Kruger Effect. It explains a lot about the Refudiator’s thrashing around, about how often and how badly she gets it wrong. And why, despite continually humiliating herself, he followers continue to support her. The Dunning-Kruger Effect, unfortunately, describes the problem but doesn’t offer a solution; indeed, it implies there isn’t a solution. Which means more of the Palin Horror Show in 2011. WC can hardly wait."

Both of the linked posts are worth a read. Gryphen has Wickersham's Conscience linked on the left.

Concerning all the tips and information that Gryphen is getting- there must be some reason

They do what neglected kids do (drugs, vandalism, sex). They allegedly played sports, yet not one of them looks or seems particularly athletic. They don't really even seem to know how to fish, though the parents claim to be fishermen. I haven't seen ant footage of a bookshlf full of books or any instruments suggesting music lessons. They barely speak english, let alone any foreign languages (not even Russian incase of invasion). Even if $ wasn't available, where were the grandparents? My grandparents took me to Vacation Bible school, taught me how to grow a garden, make pies, can various foods, quilting...You get the picture. I only saw them in the summers. I don't get the impression that those kids can do much of anything. If they drop the ball on Piper they don't deserve any leadership position. Would anyone be surprised if Piper could barely read? Bristle can still educate herself, but they don't value it. She has to want it, but why put in the work when the cash is flowing without it? Why learn how to write when all your stuff is ghost written? $ is probably so defensive because she and Tard really SUCK as parents and are petrified that someone will point it out.

Sarah Palin unexpectedly popped up at a teabaggers rally in Phoenix in late October and used as her excuse, "I was comin' through town".

Prior to that, nobody knew she'd left AK - but she was in AZ for a reason (not the rally) and my guess at the time was real estate.

But a house with so little privacy isn't going to be a place to gestate - or even a place for Bristol and Tripp to live a non-pregnant life. Is it instead Gino Paoletti's new house, and merely a handy decoy?

I admit that in ´08 sarah was somewhat presentable. Props go to her campaign handlers who were working 24/7, breaking their backs, and doing their best to hide sarah. Now I know why.

    They were making her STFU.

    Hey Asshole at 5:50

I have been a homeowner for over 30 years in various parts of the country including the westcoast, have built houses, and am a desinger. I know plenty about real estate and have invested well and made lots of money doing so. My current home/city has not been hit as bad as other places and we are fairing well, what about you? The only reason that house will ever resale for a profit anyday soon is because it will have the curse of the paylins and some idiot will want to claim that as some kind of gain. Otherwise, it is just some 2x4s held together with some chicken wire and stucco, tile floors, and cheap finishes just like the other 2million homes built within the 500 mile radius. Trust me, no investment.

    ReplyDelete
  59. That looks like just any another Southwest subdivision built during the recent boom in urban sprawl. Here in the Albuquerque/Rio Rancho area of New Mexico there are "ghost towns" of these new subdivisions filed with vacant houses that were purchased by investors and never occupied. Since so many vacant undeveloped lots that were cleared of all natural vegetation surround them, the subdivisions have become dust bowls for the few residents who reside there.

Doing the math from the Zillow info Bristol’s house and others were listed for around $44 per square foot. Now that is a subdivision in real trouble! My guess is that the Palins were led to believe this would be a good investment. I wouldn’t plan on flipping it for a profit anytime soon.

Thank you. Your post was great and I finally have a reason and understanding of why the paylin phenom is such an obsession. I am not formally educated, but always very curious and self taught. I read the articles you suggested and now I have some answers to my questions and confusions. Makes total sense but does scare the hell out of me especially the part where that despite continually humiliating herself, she is still followed. I also love your explanation #2--perfect. For all of you who have not checked out the articles, it is worth the time.

I can believe any reason for Bristol moving to Arizona, with the sole exception of Bristol wanting to be independent.

Bristol certainly does not want to be independent of the clusterfuck that is her family of origin. Why should she? Why should she want to be responsible for organizing her own life meaningfully and earning her own way- when her family is more than willing to support her in her ignorance?

Those Palins do NOTHING on their own. Even when Track "enlisted"- and I believe he did so under threat of law enforcement- he joined a larger "unit." Bigger than his family, but still able to feed him and tell him where to go and what to do. Todd follows Sarah around like a neutered cockapoo. They drag Willow or Piper or both whenever they go someplace. (How odd their youngest child gets left behind! Or not.)

They hunt in packs. They may hate each other but they'll never break those ties. It's always gonna be them against the world.

Bristol and college? Never. She might run into someone who doesn't tell her how wonderful she is.

    From the City Data forum:

"Please do not move here, it will ruin your life. I lived there, and yes, it ruined that portion of my life.

    1) Houses are not any cheaper than they would be in the other "outskirt" suburbs. I don't know much about Surprise, Buckeye or Queen Creek, but if you are dead set on a really cheaply built house research those areas first.

    2) Housing is dirt cheap everywhere. If you do your homework you can get a really awesome deal in Gilbert or Chandler.

    3) The utilities are awful. In July I had an electric bill of $370. I thought I used a lot of energy, so when I called a friend in Chandler, with SRP, he actually used 20 kilo watt hours more and had a bill of $160. Water will be $60 at a minimum. Everywhere else is like $12.

    4) The schools are awful. They will demand that your children be drugged with Ritalin before they even allow them into a classroom.

    5) The cheap rentals brought graffiti and petty crime. I don't know if that will translate to violent crime or not.

    6) There is one road in and out of town. If there is so much as a traffic stop, traffic will crawl to a near halt.

    7) That road is in terrible condition. Change your tires every 10,000 miles or you'll blow out.

    8) There is nowhere to eat or hang out. Be prepared to gain 20 lbs from eating fast food, unless you want to cook every night.

    9) The people in town are miserable losers. It has a small town feel to it, and it's just awful. Your neighbors will do everything they can to get in your business.

    10) Go exactly the speed limit at all times and never even slightly roll through a stop sign. If you do MPD will pull you over and harass you.

    11) Say goodbye to your friends. They won't visit you out there.

    12) Dust. Stink. I've never been in an area that had more dust, nor stunk worse, in my entire life.

The only thing Maricopa is good for is maybe stopping at when you are driving through to Rocky Point."

Anon @ 11:01 am "And the ones who don't like her resort to makin things up which is why there is no credibility for the Trig story out there."

In my view, this is what a "c aring, common-sense" woman would NEVER do:
    - fly down to Texas from Alaska, while she is in a high risk pregnancy
    - give a speech there, after leaking amniotic fluid
    - then board two separate planes to get back to Anchorage
    - ignore and bypass hospitals in Texas and Anchorage, hospitals equipped to handle deliveries in high risk preganancies
    - (also by the way, this woman is Governor of the State, and cancels her security escort in Anchorage)
    - then after landing, lets her husband drive her for almost an hour from Anchorage to the Matsu Hospital, unescorted, late at night, in the winter, after she first began leaking amniotic fluid in Texas very much earlier that day
    - lets her husband take her to a hospital that is not equipped to handle the high risk birth of a Down Syndrom baby.

(Remember, this was a woman who prayed to God to not let anything happen to her dear, precious baby - as she engaged in such heedless behaviour.)

And all this because according to her husband "you can't have a fish picker born in Texas".

Are the decisions they made and subsequent behaviour credible to you?

In my view, this is it not only INcredible, but also reckless and irresponsible.

In my view, this "common-sense" woman and her husband are the ones who are "makin things up" regarding this lunatic charade.

And that is why the story of the "Wild Ride" and Trig will never go away.

    P.S. You're right - we don't like her.

    - Maricopa is out in the desert, easily 45 minutes from Phoenix with no traffic. -

I haven't driven the road for decades but what I recall was horrible traffic. The whole area was a shocking cesspool of pollutants long ago. I can't stand to think of the air quality now. Good place to move a toddler. When the heat isn't soaring and stagnating the air he can leave the nasty air conditioning duct environment and enjoy the beautiful outdoors.

Don't look for this to last long. That's a very boring area. There's no there there. Maricopa is typical of the instant cities that have sprung up around Phoenix. Big developers cut up the desert in little lots and put big houses on them.Lots of attention was paid to maximizing profits. Minimal attention was given to building communities. Except for visiting commercial establishments and what's left of the desert there's nothing to do there. Most of the nearby businesses are over in Casa Grande, which is another spot with nothing in particular to recommend it except its proximity to Phoenix. There you can find a small assortment of small versions of big box chain stores, a movie theater and a bowling alley.

About the only advantage I can see to that particular location is that the Phoenix airport is on that side of town so it will be easy to get to, except for during the morning commuter rush. Going into Phoenix in the morning is a bumper to bumper slog reminiscent of LA traffic. There are any number of pleasant places to live in AZ. The Phoenix metropolitan area, Casa Grande and Maricopa are not three of them.

McCain just won another 6 years in the Senate during the last election so, unless he's planning on dying or quitting, I don't think the move has anything to do with him, other than that he has introduced the Palins to a part of the country that isn't AK.

As far as AZ as a choice for the Palin's, they like/are friends with Sheriffs Babeu(sp) & Jan Brewer--all bullies. They probably think they can be bullies there like in AK.

It is not likely she would run for office in Arizona. She can be appointed to fill someones seat if that becomes necessary. This may just be a back up plan to keep her brand marketable. Republicans kept Ronnie going as Pres. While his Alzheimers got started. Cheney was always over medicated and he is only still around because of money and modern science, he never had a heart and now he doesn't even have a pulse. Since everyone is use to McCain carrying on as an idiot, no one is paying attention to his demise, it's just old McCain. He could be around for years or gone tomorrow. Whatever they are doing with Sarah is probably a back up plan.

That thing on McCain's face is looking serious. They may know he doesn't have long. The public is in the dark with all that.

The airport may be the attraction. If this has to do with a Reality Show, the airport is a plus. A film crew could turn Maricopa into Mayberry within a week. Well Friends, McCain may or may not be ill-may or may not complete his term (and that goes for all of us. None know when they are going to "buy the farm"). But if AZ's insane & evil governor attempts to appoint $ Paylin to his seat it would really cause Megan McCain to release the Crackin. Hopefully it would even make Cindy McCain cowboy up and say "hell to the no!" I just can't see it happening.

More likley $ & Tard feel like they have a chance in AZ due to the high # of whacko elected officials. If $ wanted death panels, she'll get them in AZ. They will definitely be among like-minded people. They will probably take to shooting cactus & Tard can join one of those border militia groups. Willow (& later Piper) can extort money from the parents by threatening to get pregnant by a Mexican. I'd love to see $ try to spin that one.

I was looking @ a photo of Bristle & Tripp and wondering how both of his parents brown eyes resulted in his blue eyes. Tripp has 4 brown eyed grandparents as well. I know it's not impossibly for him to be Levi's son, but brown eyes are a dominant trait and this is defying my high school unit on genetics. The gene lottery is a trip (pun intended).

This is a decoy house. That doesn't mean that Bristol won't be there or "live" stay there and may have photo shoots. It is a place where they could have media control, if not like the TV station at the compound, something acceptable. Bristol can decorate bedrooms for cousins and the hockey team can move in, or Gino will do until his run is up. It is all part of the smoke and mirror tricks they learn from the movie industry.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Anonymous8:14 AM

This can be considered an investment property if you want to use it to manufacture meth. It could be used as a half way house for the human slave market (and those who are migrating from other areas). Another way they might think of it as investment is if they know the house and area will be transformed to star in a TV show and the fame will increase values. I'm not buying the Paoletti scam about the kid from nowhere, part time Anchorage and Arizona real estate whiz, that is advising Bristol to buy a quality poor box house in a hell hole just to turn a profit in the RE market or to raise a kid.

The town doesn't have a hospital. The Bristol branding folks want us to believe she is strong and independent while she clings cries to cousins to migrate to Maricopa. What kind of independent unwed mother is excited about bedrooms to put up migrating college age cousins? A real mother would be considering the neighborhood, possible playmates, the yard and back yard, schools, nearby hospitals and how child friendly the area is. Bristol is excited about making a home for a child into a dorm like atmosphere. She isn't doing this on her own at all if the cousins are being coherced to join in on this farce. She needs to find someone with a child she can pay off to migrate to Arizona so she looks like she is interested in her son Tripp.

If true that Tripp was seen in happy holiday photos with the Johnstons that means all parties are happy enough with arrangements. Or paid off. Perhaps the Johnstons know that Tripp will be spending most of his time in Alaska. Tripp has signed with a Public Relation firm. He no doubt has a lawyer. Things have been worked out with Levi to some degree. It isn't certain that Tripp has his own trust account, as they do with child actors or media personalities. Both parents could work with Tripp and his money could be paid to his accounts until he is of age. In this case, it may be arranged that only Bristol can work with Tripp and financially benefit .

Everybody has their price. The fact that Mercede didn't continue to be a sweet, honest girl and say something to her fans is significant.

Merry Christmas and FU to all the Johnston/Palin fans, from the Johnston/Palins!

I don't think you understand how bland and boring these instant cities are. Maricopa isn't much more than a collection of houses. It wasn't incorporated until 2003. In 2004 there were 5,000 people living there. Today the number is around 45,000. Just about everyone there is from somewhere else. There's no significant industry there and little in the way of businesses so just about everyone who works works somewhere else. There's so little business there that they have two supermarkets and no big box stores. It's a town of 45,000 people with one McDonalds, one Taco Bell and no Wal-marts. They have 2 lawyer's offices and 3 accountant's offices. Except for Wal-mart all of the big box stores in Neighboring Casa Grande were built in the last few years. About the only thing the residents have in common is the weather, which, for most of the year isn't all that great. Other than the desert there aren't even any significant geographic features there. Anything the Palins do will just add a tiny bit of color to a very colorless place.

Come to think of it, it could be a good fit. Unimaginative instant celebrities meet instant city designed by people with no imagination.
